Munchen, Zehentstadelweg 12 🧭 Map
My family's first impression of Munich. We stayed with two kids in an excellent two-level suite.
Very clean and comfortable room and next to what appeared to be a nice restaurant.
Very pretty and clean. Hotel was fine. Only downsides were very limited parking, no elevator and to get breakfast you have to walk to a different hotel.
The loft space was incredible for a fair price. Great location and close to everything in town. Zehr Gut!
Gave it a four because there were no coffee machines in the rooms and no microwaves. For me this is a staple in any hotel room. Other than that they were super friendly and it was a nice location, although the parking was not ideal.
Service well-maintained, good location near to ring road, good for families with large rooms. The breakfast room is maybe a little small but has a nice view.

This hotel was amazing! It was quiet and walkable to public transportation and had GREAT dinner options nearby! The staff was awesome and so helpful! We highly recommend this hotel to all!
Everything seemed perfectly clean except for some long hair on the bathroom floor.
Very good
I arrived early and was allowed to enter the room 3 hours before the officiel earliest check in time !
Picked this place because of its location in Untergiesing / lower part of Haidhausen, where not too many hotels exist. Location was great, just a few minutes away from the Kolumbusplatz subway station. Main attractions of Munich are within walking distance (20 to 30 minutes). Staff was efficient and friendly. Hotel was clean. Room was dated and relatively small (I had booked a one-person room, though...
The staff were super nice and accommodating. Hotel is a good 3 star, and I have no complaints. Amazing breakfast with different options. The location is just on the out skirts of down town, but you can either walk or take a cheap cab.
I really liked my room, clean, good furniture, decent privacy. Very good location. Excellent place to stay at while on a business trip.
The breakfast wasn't great and there's no air conditioning. So maybe I would avoid staying there during the summer months and grab something from spar for breakfast.

Conveniently located near the central station and a bus ride away from the city centre. Rooms are spacious and breakfast is excellent.
We had a lovely time here! Well appointed rooms, delicious breakfast, great location, and exceedingly kind staff. Our room was on the street side and the noise was absolutely not noticeable with the windows closed, I suspect the reviewers upset about it have never been in a city before.
Clean rooms. Friendly staff at the reception. Breakfast cold but very tasty, there was a wide choice. Good location, main railway station accessible on foot.
The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The room was a bit noisy, and to get in and especially out of the shower you had to take a big step. If you're not so mobile this is an issue. The hotel was run by a lady and a gentleman. Order a drink and ask about his adventures, you will have a interesting conversation;)
This is the best hotel we could dream of for a stay in Munich. Great, fun and very helpful staff, delicious breakfasts and very clean rooms. A few minutes to the station and the main center full of attractions. We will visit this place again with a big pleasure
Clean albeit rather small rooms. It is just a half kilometer away from the city center and central station. Good breakfast and super friendly staff.

Munchen, Goethestreet 26 🧭 Map
A basic hotel but it serves it's purpose. It's close to the train station, which was what I was seeking, for a good rest between two days of long train travel. The area is not upscale, not at all, but it's safe enough and culturally mixed. I think there was supposed to be a sauna but I didn't discover anything about this. There was a thermos of hot water for tea at the entrance, and I appreciated that...
It is very close to everything. I stayed in a single room on a twin bed. I am surprised at how comfortable the bed was for its size. I haven't slept so well in a while. It is everything you need without the overpriced attitude. The staff is quiet, yet helpful when asked. I will stay again without question if I come back to the city. Side note- no microwave if you're looking for one
While the hotel obviously isn't decorated to 5 star standards, the rooms are spotlessly clean, the beds ridiculously comfy, the showers goes as hot as you like. It's 6 or 7 minutes walk in a straight line to the main train station so impossible to rate this other than 5 stars for the price!
3 stars only because the receptionist was extremely nice, if not it would have been 2. The area doesn't feel safe at all not even in the morning. The room was nice, the highlight was definitely the bed - super comfortable, but the bathroom might need a little bit more attention: the soap dispenser, for example, came down as soon as we touched it.
If we're ever coming back to Munich we're not going...
the room and bathroom were clean. comfortable beds, however I requested double bed and received two single beds pushed together, which made it difficult to sleep as a couple, but the bed was rather comfortable. Good tub and clean, hot water.
Got stuck in room 205, which had no WiFi connection available inside the room. After saying that the WIfi was an important piece of for me, I was simply responded that "There are no other single rooms available". Well, I did pay for it and was really expecting to be moved to a proper room, regardless of being double or single.
Also, when checking-out, I got a bit late because I didn't know the check...

A good hotel close to the train station, welcoming staff, very nice breakfast, clean rooms
Very smooth check in and check out. Location is so convenient to the train and it being right in the center of the city. Staff is super friendly and super helpful. Rooms are just what i needed for my stay, having everything i needed. Great choice !!
Very nice experience in hotel Andra and in the beautiful Bayern.
Smooth from check-in to check out.
Adequate sized rooms and nice breakfast.
Kind and friendly staff.
Sure will revisit, if staying in Munich.
Great value for money.
Basic hotel near Munich city centre but clean and comfortable rooms. It's located in the "turkish" street so plenty of halal and Mediterranean shops and restaurants around. There's also a supermarket close to the hotel. The best thing I liked is the sound proof windows.
We had a lovely state at Hotel ANDRA. The standout feature is the lovely staff who immediately made us feel at home and relaxed. I can't recommend this hotel more highly.
I would give the 5 stars if the rooms had A/C but don't let that stop you staying here.
I stayed Hotel Andra room 50 for one day.
Friendly receptionist, gorgeous breakfast, very clean bedroom and shower room.
Location is very good. It takes about 15-30 minutes to Munich central station and main sightseeing spots by foot.

Koliko para, toliko muzike. Budget hotel. Great option for one two day stay. 24 h parking 16 eur. Solid breakfast included. 10 minute walk from the center. Shady neighborhood but for 60 -70 eur per night what do you expect. For this price it s a bargain.
Sometimes I wonder what reviewers are expecting from a budget hotel. Some of the comments posted by previous guests just didn’t align with my experience. The room was clean, the bed comfortable with clean bedding. The bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water with good pressure. The breakfast provided is great. Yes, the surrounding area does contain a few strip joints but no one bothered us and we...
The location is close to the center. The room I stayed in was quite small but it was enough for me. I stayed for 1 day. It might be a problem for those who stay longer.
Was looking for a convenient place near the train station to stay for one night in Munich. For the price, this place is pretty good! Reception was actually quite friendly (we checked in on 19 July around 3pm), and the guy looking after the breakfast buffet was very nice as well (Ali). Room was clean and comfortable. Check in and out was smooth. Can’t ask for more for the price you’re paying. The only...
Fairly cheap and conveniently located hotel in downtown Munich. Good for a quick sleep and layover before heading to another location.

Nice & quiet but not the best placement
Small, nice hotel, silent, good breakfast and nice personnel! …the street, placement was not that nice though, but close to the centre.
Staff really helpful and polite. Stored our luggage securely so we could walk around munich
Every member of staff that we met was kind, helpful and welcoming.
We traveled with an infant. The baby equipment provided was clean, in good condition and thoughtfully installed for us upon arrival.
Good hotel
Good hotel, within walking distance of most things.
Marvelous old world hotel. Surprising cheap parking nearby (10€/night). Friendly and informative staff. Exactly on the border between a quiet neighborhood and a noisy, sleazy neighborhood. The hotel itself is quiet. If you approach from the Hauptbahnhof side, you might never know about the nicer, hospital side and vis-versa, lol.
The location is very walkable to the city center, trains, and buses. The staff was very hospitable and was especially kind to make us some tea at night even though the kitchen was closed. It’s the little things that make a place stand out and that kindness went a long way!

Location is excelent and many small restaurants and groceries that opens until more than 20:00. This is the time where everything is closed in Munich. All transportation is at 100 metres.
Just to consider that this is the beginning of a red zone.
Finally, cleaning service of the hotel a disaster. People of the restaurant are quite good.
Pretty standard rooms, clean and spacious. The only issue is the location, don’t let the pictures fool you when you walk around this area it’s like a scene straight out of the film city of god. Apart from the slum lords, sleeping drunks and clientele from several nearby brothels which litter the street, the hotel is in a nice spot right by the central train station, walking distance from the city centre...
Really good location, besides being in a red light district. I didn't have any feelings of being unsafe, but may be a concern for other travellers. Room has no AC, so it's sweaty until the sun sets, and the noise on the street means window can't be left open overnight. Other wise the room is soundproof.

Stayed at this hotel with some family members while we’re on vacation in Munich. We were amazed by how close this hotel was to the Marienplatz and in turn the subway system. A nice accommodation on the final days of our Alpine vacation.
This hotel exceeded my expectations. Its prime location, combined with a friendly team and spotless rooms, made for an exceptional stay. Knowing it's a family business added a special charm. Highly recommended!
We spent five wonderful nights at the Hotel am Viktualienmarkt.
The location can't be beat with easy connections to public transit with a tram stop around the corner and the Marienplatz station a few minutes walk away.

Nice little 3 star hotel. Really nice service. Our room was clean and spacious, which is great if you travel with 2 small kids. Price was really cheap and breakfast was nice.
Very friendly staff, quite spacious room with kitchen, very close to the central station and marin platz. Nothing to dislike.

Nice clean rooms. Staff very friendly. Good price and convenient location. Not right in the city center but very close. Breakfast isn't anything fancy but it is good food and a nice variety. Overall a nice place to stay.
Great price in a convenient location. Things to keep in mind: it's in the middle of the Turkish neighbourhood behind a supermarket, loud during the day but surprisingly quiet at night, entrance to the hotel is inside the courtyard. Relatively cheap, clean, the rooms are comfortable. Is placed in a strategic position near the station and the city centre.
