We only stayed for one night in order to catch the early train. If this is your situation, this hotel is a perfect option. But when we were taking shower , the water got clogged and wouldn’t drain, overflowing all over the floor.

It was ok. Staff was very friendly. The area is a bit strange at night. The hotel and the room could use an update. Overall it didn’t feel like a 4star stay.

It’s a cute little old-fashioned hotel in the middle of the city. Everything is well maintained and clean, very nice breakfast and most of all - the friendliest staff on earth. Close to the English Garden and good access to the airport (the direct LH Bus stop is one subway stop away and faster than going through the main station). Would certainly stay here again.

If you're staying in Munich for work or a long stay this hotel is comfortable and has everything necessary. The cupboard space is ample and there is a full ironing board and iron in every room.

Very close to the train station, making transportation convenient. There are shops and restaurants nearby, and you can walk to all the major attractions. We paid the same price for two rooms, and one of them had a swing, which the kids absolutely loved. The hotel is located on the main street of Potsdamer Strasse. It is easy to find according to the navigation. The hotel has a parking garage, but the aisle is too narrow and the slope is very large, so you need to be very careful when driving. The aisle of the hotel is too narrow, the room area is small, and the hygiene is OK. The speed of reception and check-in is also OK.

It was nice and clean and quiet. I've stayed there before and will stay there again. I would give it a 5 instead of a 4 but in this room the heat was way too high no matter what the thermostat was set at. It's a shame to waste energy but we had to open the window to cool the room. Also the shower didn't drain well and it overflowed onto the floor.

The location is quite nice, it takes less than 15 minutes to get to the center of the city , with The Metro There is a supermarket quite close, as well as other small shops including a pharmacy. so all in all, a quite ok hotel.

Fairly simple contemporary hotel with all that is needed for a short business stay. Good internet speed, quiet for a good sleep and a 5 minute walk from BMW digital if that is where you will be heading. It's also a 1 minute walk to the S-Bahn to get you to the city center or elsewhere. One thing that could be improved here is the breakfast which is a bit too basic for 4 star hotel.

Decent Mercure hotel. Very nice service, I can't rate the breakfast as I didn't use it (but it looked very good). The hotel has a good tram connection to the main station and Stachus. Both can be reached in about 10 minutes. A good hotel for a weekend trip.

It was the worst because there were cockroaches and bugs like you would find in a restaurant. I couldn't sleep because of the bugs for two days in a row, so I asked to change rooms, but after that it was fine. The staff was nice, but I won't be going there again.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Great location. With only a 10 minute walk to the main square. Tram and train station a few minutes walk from the hotel. The staff were amazing. Extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Even the owners son took the time to check we were okay and have a chat. Will definitely be coming back.

Hotel Isartor is an older hotel with a not particularly welcoming staff. The bathroom was tiny with a shower squeezed into a corner. The breakfast was adequate. Location was ok once we figured out the way to Marienplatz. I’m sorry to say, the woman working in the breakfast room could use a smile.. All in all it was ok but I would not stay there again.

The room was very clean. Staff was kind and let me check in early, as well as helped me carry my suitcase up the few stairs to the elevator. They also hold luggage if you need them too.

City Hotel was a good location to the train station, very convenient with luggage. It's in a bit of a bad area thought next to a strip club and lots of drunk people around on the weekends. The WiFi was terrible, but the room bathroom and AC were good and the breakfast was very good

We stayed here for 11 days. Great location near the train station which made day trips a snap and easy walking distance to Marianplatz. Good, friendly service and a very solid breakfast with good options that allowed us to skip lunch several times and save money. The room wasn't fancy but more than served our needs. The price was very reasonable. We'd stay here again.

A positively surprising experience! Despite a very moderate price for a hotel in Munich, it offers quite a good accomodation for the traveller, who is willing to go further away from the city centre. A very convenient self-check-in via an automated key box. The only minus is a bit weary signs here and there - nothing seems to be new.

This is a very pleasant little hotel. It’s very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were quite long and narrow and as such all the beds were single, however comfortable and warm enough. The breakfast was tasty although options were limited compared to bigger hotels.

Fairly basic hotel but it has reasonably sized rooms for a three star. Unfortunately the rooms are not well sound insulated from the street so early morning cleaning and rubbish collection is problematic. The breakfast was very basic and frankly not up to the standard of other places.

Location of this hotel is great. Right smack dab in the transport hub of Munich. We spent here a couple of nights and were treated nicely by the staff. Props to the front desk team always helpful and polite. Rooms are clean and rather newly refurbished. The neighborhood may seem dangerous but it's safe. Very central hotel only a few metres from the train station. Clean and comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast!! Very helpful and friendly staff. We stayed 2 nights then went cycling down the Rhine for a month and they kindly stored our suitcase for us at no charge even though we only stayed the 2 nights there before we left for our cycling trip. Would definitely stay again!!

I've stayed at this hotel a good number of times. The location to the Munich hauptbahnhof is perfect, and the price is budget friendly. The hotel and rooms are very clean. The staff are helpful. Breakfast is great. The neighborhood/streets around the hotel are lively and have adult activities. Great for business travel and for people without children.

Location conveniently at the front of Hauptbahnhof Station, easy access to food and shopping, there is a stripped dance club opposite so it gets noisy in the night. I stayed at the Petri in December of 2018. My room was fully modernised with a balcony. The breakfast was fantastic and the employees friendly. I underestimated of great my stay would be but would definitely go back next time i'm in Munich.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and looked new and fresh. Great big screen TV with Internet connectin and could stream from my Netflix account. Only small bad thing was that the bathrooms had a sliding glass door that did not offer much privacy or sound proofing for when two peoples share the room.

The staff were friendly and explained everything to me carefully, which made me feel at ease. The TV in my room didn't work, so I wasn't able to watch it even once during my stay. It's in a quiet area, about a 20-minute bus ride from the central station.

As I arrived early in the morning, I went to leave my luggage there and was allowed to check in at 10am. I was also allowed to have breakfast before check-in. It was a very comfortable stay.
