This hotel is quite far from the city center but is well connected as there are ubahn, bus, and tram stations nearby - about 5 min walk. The receptionists were very helpful and accommodating. The most notable for me was the breakfast options as it did not feel like the generic ones you will get from other hotels. The choices were well thought of and everything was fresh. The guy in charged for breakfast, Amine, was super friendly. He can also speak multiple languages so that is helpful for different foreigners visiting the city! Overall, I really enjoyed staying at this hotel.

The room was clean, beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. There was a coffee machine and a beautiful lobby. The bathroom was convenient and we liked the combined bath tub and shower. Perfect for our one-night stay. Thank you for the complimentary water.

Great location – just across the street is a wonderful German restaurant, Alter Wirt Moosach, and there’s a metro station nearby, along with several grocery stores. The hotel has a convenient underground parking garage. Breakfast was excellent – plentiful, fresh, and delicious. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well soundproofed, making for a very comfortable stay. A great choice for both short and longer visits!

Location was quiet and in close proximity to public transport stations, restaurants and supermarkets. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was decent, although rather expensive.
Hotel receptionist was rude, entitled and borderline racist towards a customer of Eastern European origin. Were it not for inconveniences like this, I would have enjoyed my stay here a lot more. Do not mock your customers for their spoken English. Learn to maintain a respectful attitude towards tourists regardless of their place of origin or speech impediments, especially if you are (still) somewhat of a foreigner yourself.

The staff we met were extremely helpful. We had no problems at all. The location of the Hotel allowed us good access to the public transport system and we could travel all over Munich at ease.

Clean,tide rooms,very kind and gently stuff.Inside the room available kettle, tea and coffee bags,fridge. If you don't consume breakfast, you can have a cup of coffee from their "dinning"room as well for free!

Very comfortable suite and very good breakfast. Such a shame that their bar was closed and they did not serve dinner nor had room service.
