We enjoyed our stay here in December 2023. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious and very clean. Location is good, very close to the main train station (Hauptbahnhof). Our room was on the first floor directly above the hotel entrance, and we got quite a lot of street noise. Staff were friendly and efficient, overall a very pleasant stay.

basically it is not a 4 star hotel. Double rooms doesnt't have double beds but just single bet put close to another. Very unplesant unteraction with the hotel manager. The other people were ok.

We enjoyed a superb stay at the Alpen Hotel München recently. Our room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The rest of the hotel facilities were amazing and the breakfast this morning extremely delicious. The hotel staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. Our only regret was that we only stayed for one night, but we will definitely return!!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Alpen Hotel! From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. The rooms are a great size, breakfast was delicious, and the interior of the hotel is fresh and modern. It was the perfect stay! We hope we can return in the future.

Great hotel, beautiful old building, and even the 1p room was small but very nice. However, the location is a bit dodgy (many shisha lounges and such). I didnt feel comfortable in the evening as a woman alone. Thats the only reason i would book a different hotel next time.

Lovely hotel, the staff is polite and service is good. Good breakfast choice. The moquette in the room felt a bit out of date and the area is undergoing major works with crossings and roads very busy, loud and disruptions.

Fully refurbished hotel with everything new inside as close to city center as you can get. Hotel is all about BIO products and ECO friendly furniture made of natural wood... Good breakfast, very clean rooms, very polite employees. I personally don't like only the refurbished squeaky wooden floors all around the hotel, but that's just a minor comment. Hotel for recommendation!
