We loved our stay here! The location is superb, the hotel is one of the cleanest and newest we’ve stayed in, and everything felt thoughtfully designed. Staff here are extraordinary. But what truly made our experience memorable was Dominic! His recommendations were spot on, and we genuinely enjoyed every conversation. Thank you for making our trip extra special!

On a recent Trip to Munich, had the pleasure of staying at the Ruby Lilly for 1 night. It is done quite well in an industrial style, beautiful large bar , great rooftop patio. Staff are friendly, helpful and a special mention for Dominic. He made sure the cheese we had bought during our trip was refrigerated properly as the rooms do not have a fridge. The room itself was cozy with large windows , clean and comfortable bed .

Not far from Munich Central Station, convenient transportation. The room size is a bit cramped, but the price is there. The hotel breakfast is quite satisfactory, certainly not as rich as in China. The decoration style of the whole hotel is very young, the staff are very friendly and dressed in personality. It is worth mentioning that the hotel is close to the tram track, even at late night, you can still hear the tram passing by.

I stopped by Ruby Lilly just for a coffee, and I’m so glad I did. The atmosphere was cozy and stylish, but what truly made my visit memorable was Razvan, who works there. His warm attitude and kindness genuinely made my day better. It’s rare to find such great service, and because of that, I’ll definitely be coming back!

It was an absolute pleasure spending my evening at Ruby's! The team – Arian, Liv, and Mohammad – were so welcoming and created such a lovely atmosphere. And Pierre, that drink you crafted was simply delicious! Thank you all so much for a wonderful experience. I'm already looking forward to my next visit, even if it means a trip from Hungary! I truly appreciate everything.

This hotel is a great place. So friendly. The staff is outstanding. Wrapping up the evening at the bar and having a great conversation with Luciano. He is awesome. So friendly and communicative. He is dedicated and so attentive.

This is the only time I have commented on a hotel in all the years I have lived in. I was really angry! This hotel is too dirty!
I have never seen a hotel that does not clean!
I stayed for two nights in a row. When I came back the next day, I was speechless. I have stayed in so many hotels, and I have never seen one that does not clean, no matter how bad it is!
Not to mention that the consumables such as bedding, pillows, and cushions are visibly old, the towels are so dirty that I dare not use them at all.
In addition, the location of the hotel is that the place where the Munich refugees hit people is less than 200 meters next to the hotel. There are many refugees and homeless people in this area, and you can also see homeless relief points. It is quite dirty.

Location is a bit far from the center. The staffs are not that helpful in terms of the hotel bar.

Overall everything was fine. The room was clean. There was tea and coffee in a separate room on each floor.
