Holiday Inn Munich City Centre, an IHG Hotel

Great staff! The bar is very nice. Well stocked, and with a good food menu to accompany. The breakfast area is extremely well equipped, you won't walk away hungry. As far as location goes, the metro station is located under the hotel! It is the perfect place in Munich to start your travels from. In addition, there are many local restaurants right around the block that are amazing. 10/10 would recommend. I will definitely stay there again the next time I'm in Munich.

Good city centre hotel - you can access Roseheimer Ptz S Bhan station directly from the hotel via the shopping centre below. It's big and busy used by air crew and coach tours. We didn't dine or have breakfast during our 3 day stay.

Check in was busy but efficient and the room (10th floor) looked nice and modern with the bed facing the window looking out over the city. It was quite well equipped but some of the electrical outlets were damaged and hard to use. There was a UK style outlet which was handy.

Housekeeping was pretty basic but adequate.

A lesson on how a hotel should be run...great, friendly welcome. Efficient, clean, vibrant and rooms are nicely laid out and have very comfortable beds and pillows!! Breakfast busy but a real treat, worth staying here for that alone. Nice bar area where you can relax or have a drink, like I said a proper hotel. Location good directly on the S Bahn stop so transport good into city 10 mins max. Service with a literal and real smile. It's easy when a team is together like this!! 😃

The hotel is a great location. It is close to public transportation and many bars/ restaurants. However, the beds are not the most comfortable. The pillows could use some improvement, as well. The staff was very accommodating and kind. I highly suggest this as a stay. The facilities include a gym and a sauna. Overall, a mostly positive experience with room for improvement.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Munich City Centre and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that the hotel was well-managed, as the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. Great hotel, close to city centre and S-Bahn. Rooms very clean. Breakfast was excellent, so many different food choices. Large lobby area too with lots of relaxed seating and well-stocked bar. Plus a great view from the upper floors!

I’m just rewrite my review. The location and the breakfast of the hotel and the clean of the hotel were the best. There is air conditioner for each room.

There are two notes but didn’t ruined my experience in the hotel.
1. No Fridge in the room while there are iron and water heater.
2. Calling room service or reception takes time to answer and mostly will not answering you.

Thank you for your service and good breakfast and the guy for omelette maker was humbled and nice guy.

Rooms are huge nor small. Decent size if you don't have tons of luggage. Location is good. Only 15-20 minute walk to Marienplatz. Parking garage that is not part of hotel but has elevator directly to parking. Gas station next door which has lots of snacks and drinks. Train station and shopping underneath the hotel although we didn't check it out. Big bar area with lots of comfortable seating. Breakfast is pricey so we skipped it due to price. Lots of places to eat right around the corner.

Incredible staff. Super friendly, courteous and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the local area. Thanks for an amazing stay!
