Holiday Inn Munich City Centre, an IHG Hotel

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Munich City Centre and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that the hotel was well-managed, as the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the delightful front desk agent named Citra. She was not only polite and friendly but also ensured that every detail of my stay was perfect. Her warm smile and attentive service made a great first impression.

The room itself was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with a fresh and inviting feel. The bathroom amenities were top-notch, offering high-quality cosmetics that made my stay even more comfortable. It's evident that the hotel pays attention to even the smallest details, which truly sets it apart.

Another highlight was the room's ambiance—fresh, modern, and very well-maintained. It felt like everything had been recently updated, adding a layer of comfort to the entire experience.

From the efficient service to the fantastic room quality, Holiday Inn Munich City Centre clearly knows how to provide a superb guest experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Munich and look forward to staying here again on my next trip. Great hotel, close to city centre and S-Bahn. Rooms very clean. Breakfast was excellent, so many different food choices. Large lobby area too with lots of relaxed seating and well-stocked bar. Plus a great view from the upper floors!

I’m just rewrite my review. The location and the breakfast of the hotel and the clean of the hotel were the best. There is air conditioner for each room.

There are two notes but didn’t ruined my experience in the hotel.
1. No Fridge in the room while there are iron and water heater.
2. Calling room service or reception takes time to answer and mostly will not answering you.

Thank you for your service and good breakfast and the guy for omelette maker was humbled and nice guy.

Rooms are huge nor small. Decent size if you don't have tons of luggage. Location is good. Only 15-20 minute walk to Marienplatz. Parking garage that is not part of hotel but has elevator directly to parking. Gas station next door which has lots of snacks and drinks. Train station and shopping underneath the hotel although we didn't check it out. Big bar area with lots of comfortable seating. Breakfast is pricey so we skipped it due to price. Lots of places to eat right around the corner.

Incredible staff. Super friendly, courteous and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the local area. Thanks for an amazing stay!

I was not happy on the first day out staying in this area because I was just walking through the exit to the train station and shopping centre. However, things changed for the better once we explored and walked to the left of the hotel which takes us through a walk along waters, greenery and a small local residential area. We loved how the area is not so crowded with tourists and so, we were able to take in the sights and really enjoy our time exploring this part of Munich.

Pretty good hotel, has a great location and nice service in general.
Beds are quite comfortable, but pillows are a bit too soft for me.
The air ventilation system is a bit old, so it can deal with one person in the room but not more, anyway windows could be open.
The fitness room is small but has necessary stuff.
The breakfast is great but obviously overpriced.

Location Very central with integrated public parking (Parkhaus) and small shopping mall. Staff friendly. Price for dog very high on first night (30 Euro) but nothing actually in the room for the dog (bowl, bed etc)🤷. Otherwise comfortable, quiet, clean and recommended for short stopover.
