A lovely hotel situated super close to the train station! Members of staff were very helpful and lovely! Decent size rooms and the breakfast was excellent - handy it is till 11:30 on weekends too! The pool was such a great facility! Only thing to note is the area of the hotel isn’t the safest if you are a solo female traveller.

The place is very loud. There are people shouting outside the window all night, so don't expect to ever open the window.
Area is rough, my girlfriend didn't feel safe to go out alone at night. It is a central location however and is close to the central station.
The gym is quite basic to say the least and on top of that you are charged 5 euros per time to use it.
The rooms feel a but outdated. Mattress felt uncomfortable and pillow was so thin that I had to use two just to support my neck. TV didn't work, it got stuck. AC was very weak, barely did anything at all. For some reason the fridge is empty, and instead they want you to go to some vending machine to buy drinks. We got our room cleaned once and it wasn't very good we werent even sure the room had been cleaned, the bed was barely made.
Shower had good pressure, but no way for humidity to leave so there was mould on the ceiling.
Reception staff were helpful enough. But overall I would not recommend this place and I would not book again.

The rooms are quite nice apart from the bathroom. The paint on the door frame is peeling off and the tap and shower are very difficult to control as too much water comes out. The soap dispensers were very annoying to use as you have to properly squeeze the bottle to get the soap out. The sound on the TV wasn't working in our room for some reason which was disappointing. Breakfast wasn't the best and there wasn't much vegetarian options. The swimming pool was nice but a little bit on the smaller side.

Hotel is great to reach out all the attractions, it had a great breakfast, nice spa zone. The only thing to improve is to clean surfaces, because it looked like the room was cleaned very quickly, without extra attention.

Hotel is very clean and spacious. Outside environment is not as good as the new town area, but is quite convenient to Munich Centre station. The service is nice and staffs are very friendly, good 👍

Clean and modern and most importantly AIR CONDITIONED. Comfortable beds with TWO PILLOWS! It's also very quiet despite being close to a busy area. The hotel is set back off the street which is good because its in a bit of a rough close to the main train station. I enjoyed my stay here and recommend it for visiting Munich.

Decent hotel! Stayed for 1 night, and enjoyed clean towels and sheets, amazing breakfast (no; REALLY amazing), and a great experience. Only critique was the heavy smoking and lack of safety on the way from the train station to the hotel, but the staff were very supportive. Just be aware as you walk to the hotel. I would go back. It’s just a casino vibe, so if you like casinos and are okay with smoking, it’s perfect in every other way!
