Very good location. Room is spacious. Not much variety for breakfast.

Great service. My room was ready and delivered before check-in time. The receptionist was wonderful and explained everything. Breakfast menu - The buffet was wonderful. This hotel is right across Central Station and close to main tourist attractions. Highly recommend. Sauna and swimming pool on the sixth floor. 👌

Recommended based on my experience. Good breakfast. Friendly staff during my checkin. She was trying her best for my early checkin and getting me a nice quiet room.

Perfect for quick business or leisure traveling. So close to central train station so easy go get straight from the airport to the place. Good value. Reception desk staff were friendly and great breakfast in the morning.

The hotel is well located near all commodities, however the neighborhood is not that nice (even ***** club just near). For friend adult trip is fine but maybe a little limit for family.

The hotel was located next to a strip club and didn’t feel safe walking around hotel area. The room is spacious but the basic necessities are NOT PROVIDED e.g iron, ironing board, room slippers, kettle, water, and coffee tea weren’t provided as well. Asked for a room with city view but ended up with a courtyard/ junkyard view. Asked for big bed but got assigned to a room with twin beds combined.
The towels provided was with stain and no toiletries provided except for a multi purpose soap.
In my opinion, this hotel does not deserve to be a 4 star hotel. More like a 2 star hotel. I do not think this is worth the price. I will definitely not return here for my next stay.

Great location, near the main railway station and a short walk to Marienplatz, a good shopping precinct. The hotel itself is very comfortable and the staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is epic, with lots to choose from. Something for everyone. There is a restaurant and a piano bar on the ground floor. Didn't make it to the pool and sauna as we were here for the football and time got away from us. I would highly recommend this lovely hotel.
