Great service. My room was ready and delivered before check-in time. The receptionist was wonderful and explained everything. Breakfast menu - The buffet was wonderful. This hotel is right across Central Station and close to main tourist attractions. Highly recommend. Sauna and swimming pool on the sixth floor. 👌

Recommended based on my experience. Good breakfast. Friendly staff during my checkin. She was trying her best for my early checkin and getting me a nice quiet room.

Perfect for quick business or leisure traveling. So close to central train station so easy go get straight from the airport to the place. Good value. Reception desk staff were friendly and great breakfast in the morning.

The hotel was located next to a strip club and didn’t feel safe walking around hotel area. The room is spacious but the basic necessities are NOT PROVIDED e.g iron, ironing board, room slippers, kettle, water, and coffee tea weren’t provided as well. Asked for a room with city view but ended up with a courtyard/ junkyard view. Asked for big bed but got assigned to a room with twin beds combined.
The towels provided was with stain and no toiletries provided except for a multi purpose soap.
In my opinion, this hotel does not deserve to be a 4 star hotel. More like a 2 star hotel. I do not think this is worth the price. I will definitely not return here for my next stay.

Great location, near the main railway station and a short walk to Marienplatz, a good shopping precinct. The hotel itself is very comfortable and the staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is epic, with lots to choose from. Something for everyone. There is a restaurant and a piano bar on the ground floor. Didn't make it to the pool and sauna as we were here for the football and time got away from us. I would highly recommend this lovely hotel.

Wonderful, clean, accessable hotel just across the street from Central Station (Hbf). Reasonable rates, excellent pool and sauna. All forms of transportation outside the front door. Trains, subway, trams, buses and e-bikes. Please note there is a similar named hotel just out the door of the station.

The Maritim Hotel in Munich is a spacious establishment conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the main train station. The staff was helpful during check-in, ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival. The room was large and comfortable, featuring a very nice and clean bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, offering a rich selection of items, including great coffee. Parking is available on the ground floor of the hotel, although reservations are not guaranteed. However, the hotel reception provided a discount for parking.
Overall, the Maritim Hotel is a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay in Munich.

Convenient location to the train, but the area immediately surrounding the hotel is not great from the homeless on the street, the beggars, and the strip club. Didn't feel very safe at night coming back.
Room size is good, but the beds are very uncomfortable. The shower pressure coupled with the pointless half glass wall makes for soaked floors every time.
Hotel gym is awful if you even want to call it a gym. It's more of a tiny closet where only some of the machines even work. And guess what? If paying hundreds of Euros wasn't enough to stay here, they charge you 5 Euros for the privilege of using the gym! Was informed of that on checkout, NOT when first checking in. Never in my life in staying at hundreds of hotels around the world have I heard of such a thing. Ridiculous.
Look around for some place else. This ain't it.

This hotel is awesome! The staff are super helpful and friendly. The pool and sauna are too cool! Great restaurants beer by try the München Shinn it’s right around the corner and great. Hoping to get a chance to try the piano bar later.

Not so easy to find but quite close to the Underground station. Depends on the room, you need to use 2 elevator to reach 2nd floor in built-up building. Overall good looking and clean.
