The hotel exceeded expectations. Fruits and snacks were given as gifts when checking in. Soft drinks in the minibar were free. The front desk service was also very warm! The bathroom in the room had floor heating

The location is very convenient, surrounded by many tourist attractions in the old city, and a variety of restaurants and food. The location is irreplaceable. We only had breakfast for the meal

The old town hall at Marienplatz and St. Peter's Church were a few minutes' walk away. The area nearby was very suitable for shopping. Munich was the last stop of my European trip

I accidentally discovered that the traditional breakfast shop that was opened for decades and was very suitable for checking in was on the street next to the hotel

We were in Munich for a short stay to visit a friend at her stables an hour outside of the City Center. Staying at Louis Hotel was a smart and perfect decision

The room was very clean After all, the hotel is renovated into an old building, so the air conditioning equipment makes a louder sound when it is turned on

The staff is wonderful - front desk people were friendly and always had a full candy jar! Breakfast was great, with lots of variety and freshly made Cappaccino! Our room was very nice and always clean when we returned

We felt safe walking to the hotel during usual times (before 10 pm) heading north and on the main street toward the town center. Would stay here again next time in Munich

Great value for money, we had the rooftop room and it has amazing view. The location is quite good but the surrounding of the hotel is a bit shabby. Great breakfast.

Small but adequate bathroom with a shower. Contemporary feel, comfortable. Free contents of room fridge although no alcohol. Good breakfast with multiple choices

Easily reached from the train station even with luggage. Easy to walk to town center and the main tourist attractions. The rooms are clean and spacious

It was a good place for the amount of walking that I needed to do. I enjoyed the ability to shop for groceries nearby.

We appreciated being a little outside the city center for the quiet, but it was an easy and pleasant walk to the subway and then a short ride into town. There was a grocery store and restaurant near the subway

Really neat grounds and room layouts. No AC in my room, and I had to ask for shampoo. I've heard good things about breakfast. Love the sports club and restaurant associated with the property

Our quad room included a small kitchenette which was helpful for keeping beverages cold or had we wanted to make simple meals

Our rate included breakfast which was quite good, including fresh squeezed orange juice and an assortment of hot and cold items, breads, pastries, jams. The room was spacious and bathroom was modern

Perfect hotel perfectly clean perfectly friendly perfect breakfast perfect location what more can you expect from a trip to Munich. A short taxi ride to the centre. These people make you feel very welcome and comfortable

The Rothof Hotel is an amazing Hotel with a very lovely park in the back, great comfortable rooms and friendly staff - not to forget the delicious food they serve for breakfast and for catering during events

The hotel was an awesome place to stay at during our short but lovely stay in Munich :) The room was really clean and so was the entire hotel !! The free breakfast was awesome too, because of the wide variety of options for ppl with all sorts of tastes in food

All the city center is reachable by feet. The room was clean and cozy. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. Nice place to stay.

The best hotel in my life, went there with for a school trip and the staff was nice and friendly, very big rooms and very well furnished It’s a shame you can’t give 6 star because this hotel deserves them BEST HOLIDAY EVER

Oh and the hotel is located in a perfect area - It's in close distance to the Hauptbahnhof (train station) and it's also really close to the city center which was also really great and convenient

A cozy hotel near the Munich bus station and the Oktoberfest venue. Nice room and interior of the hotel itself. The administrators are friendly, speak good English

The staff was helpful and the breakfast was excellent. If you are looking for a reasonable nice older Hotel this is a great opportunity.

The hotel is near the Oktoberfest venue. There is a shopping mall about 20 to 30 meters away. It takes about ten minutes to walk from the airport to the station. You can go directly to the airport by taking S1

The Hotel is quietly located, but yet quite Central. Bus connection just around the corner. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. My single room had all that you need. The bed was a little too soft

Amazing staff ! Staff were amazing and the hotel is super cute ! It is located in a quite area and there is a bus stop super close to the hotel which makes everything easier

The area is very quiet, the staff is very friendly. I needed their help several times, for printing/scanning something, for help posting a letter, and advice to finding places etc. , they helped with all my questions

The breakfast for 9 euro is absolutely delicious and starts the morning off right. The free wifi is good quality and an added bonus. This is also a very clean place, I have no complaints

Located right next to a Ubahn station. I stayed here with my family and it was a beautiful experience. They have all the necessary items present in the apartment. Grocery shops are about 2 mins away

Spacious room with a seating area, great bed. Breakfast is not inexpensive, but a marvellous experience. Wonderful team in breakfast room , particularly Benjamin who is so welcoming

The highlight for me was the 24/7 snack machine, offering a delightful array of soups, drinks, and snacks. Located conveniently near the U-bahn station, it offered great value for money with superb breakfast options

I stayed here for 5 nights in March. It was absolutely perfect, nice clean comfortable room, quiet peaceful area and right by U Bahn station to get anywhere

The room we had was large and on the first floor so the lack of a lift did not impact. It is very clean, the staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful and the breakfast is beautiful

It's in a neighborhood with all sorts of middle eastern and Eastern restaurants, and the streets can get a little rowdy and loud at night

I've never seen a worse hotel. It was leaking from under the shower stall, you couldn't use it. I don't recommend booking rooms with meals, because the food in the hotel is terrible. I definitely don't recommend it

The location was nice, but way too loud from street noise. Normally I am fine with outside noise, but people were screaming at each other as if someone had died. Eventually shutting all the windows fixed this issue

I am just glad the room was cool enough to do this. The refrigerator in the room was a nice feature, BUT is not keep anything cool, so we had to through out our food. Lastly the wi-fi was the worst ever

I asked the staff to reset the router twice, but I never able to have internet longer than 30 seconds before being kicked out. I literally tried over 30 times, but eventually gave up

An average hotel room but completely fine for a couple of days. You can also leave your luggage there on the check out day.

It's about 3 tram stops from Munich Station. It's a little far away, but it's not noisy, so that's good. They kindly gave me the Wi-Fi password, and when I bought food from outside, they gave me a fork and spoon

Although the breakfast is quite expensive and in my opinion not worth the price they offer (in an other place one person could not eat so much food for that price, even those with a good appetite), they have AMAZINGLY good choice of leaf tea

Great hotel in a quiet part of München. A bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Prices are quite low for München, but quality remains the top one

Room was very nice and clean, comfy beds, warm room. Breakfast was a traditional continental breakfast. Depending on how much you eat depends wether it's worth spending the extra on it

Only if one is already in Solln, is it worth it to go. Comfortable with standard Bavarian food, but no Wow-factor. Prices are acceptable, if it is Sollner.

Cost me 9 euros and I think I ate 3 euros worth of food

We stayed in the corner room with lots of windows which I loved and was necessary for ventilation since there’s no AC. Even in August the windows were enough to keep us cool though

Cozy and traditional, Weichandhof offers Bavarian cuisine prepared with skill and care, quality is far better than others in the area, the duck is very good, the bison steak is special, the schnitzel is worth the price, and they have recently added a very enjoyable burger

The location is a little outside downtown but the neighborhood was so cute that I actually loved being able to get away from all the hustle and people downtown

There’s a park close by to stroll through and lots of trails along the little river that runs through the back. The staff was so kind and generous

They allowed us to drop our bags while we waited for check in, and then let us check in early after a long travel day which was so appreciated

Lift is readily available to upper floors which is great after a really long bike ride. Room with garden view was really clean , very bright and good size. Bathroom was very clean, compact with good shower and toiletries

We booked this place at a short notice (1 day before) and I am glad we stayed here. We took the Double Room with Panorama and it was very beautiful, we had our own garden, and everything was well taken care of

Located 15 min driving from city centre transport a bit complicated because you need take bus to uban or walk 20 min I guess hotel is good nice and clean well equipped gym with swimming pool in from with restaurant

I was there to shoot a movie and from what I saw it was clean and had modern equipment. I would definitely go there if I didn't had another gym membership.

Very good, the front desk was very polite. I checked in at midnight, but after making a few phone calls, I was safely checked in

It was just too late and there was no elevator to use, so carrying the suitcase upstairs was a bit difficult

Slightly dated and ‘old fashioned’ property, but nevertheless very quaint, slightly quirky and very adequate! Situated in a quiet, suburban area, away from any direct shops but easily accessible (10 mins/3 stops by No 160 bus) to Parsing/Munchen Parsing train station

Friendly guy welcomed us (beard) and was particular helpful due to having left some personal property on a train! Room (125) was basic and furniture not new, but quite adequate - and bed very comfy! Could hear noises from next door (!) bit not serious

Absolutely fabulous, but no wifi This would be a 5 star review: If there had been WiFi or better cell service, something that allowed me to do some work there. That’s my only complaint, everything else was great

Nice Hotel the fridge was broken, a new one promised the next day, a new fridge never arrived. The breakfast was good and varied. The hotel's environment was peaceful and a short distance from the train station

The pictures were better than our room. The mattress was a disaster, the bathroom was impossibly small and had no heating. The door to the room was a bit small, you could hear every word in the hallway

The staff were very friendly and informative, the seating area in front of the reception underneath the awning was also great to hang out during the rainy morning between wiesn days

Both times I was in Munich on business at a trade show, but the second time I stayed after that and had several family members join me. We all stayed at the Wasserburg for another 4 days and everyone loved it

Appreciated the early check-in! We stumbled on this place when almost all hotels in Munich were booked. in fact, it's an easy walk to the center (15 minutes or so) with even easier access to Gartnerplatz

Staff was very friendly and accommodating for their size. Breakfast was great. Location was far enough away from busier parts of the city to not be crowded but close enough to easily get to them.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The cappuccino could be better but there was plenty of fresh fruit and good bread for breakfast buffet
