Very cozy, very clean, very comfortable. Friendly desk staff, comfortable beds, good shower. Easy 15-minute walk to Marienplatz. It's in a neighborhood with all sorts of middle eastern and Eastern restaurants, and the streets can get a little rowdy and loud at night.

Front staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Stayed 2 nights and the room and needs were very comfortable.

Very clean rooms and comfortable beds (what matters to me most). Well located within easy walking distance to Old Stad, train, tram and bus stations as well as car hire depots. Christmas markets were great! Overall, a great stay.

Pretty good value during Oktoberfest. The really important thing to know is there are no elevators and some rooms are up three floors of stairs. If you can handle carrying your bags up and don't mind the climb at the end of the day it's a great hotel.

Room comfortable and newly renovated. Breakfast plentiful and of excellent quality. Only flaw is missing the elevator.

The hotel is in a good position. The room was clean but not well isolated to the others. The breakfast was ok.

The Eder is an excellent hotel, we stayed there for two nights in May 2016. It is in a central location near the Railway Station and many exciting tourist destinations. The room we had was large and on the first floor so the lack of a lift did not impact. It is very clean, the staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful and the breakfast is beautiful. I rate this hotel very highly, would stay there again and recommend it.

Personal sehr freundlich, von Außen relativ uneinladend (kaputte Beleuchtung), saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, Preis-Leistung sehr zufriedenstellend. Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in München definitiv wieder gebucht.
