I had a very good time in this hotel. I was positively surprised about the service and the quality.
The room was very clean, nice style, modern and unique.
The breakfast was very good. The food option and variation quality was excellent. And I liked a lot the breakfast team. They were very friendly and attentive.

We were in Munich for a short stay to visit a friend at her stables an hour outside of the City Center. Staying at Louis Hotel was a smart and perfect decision. The Hotel through Alexandra efficiently helped us arrange our transports daily. She also assisted in ensuring that our late luggage (Lufthansa) was safely placed in our room the following day. The room was very good, comfortable and quiet. Breakfasts were healthy but need not be. Haha. The waiters were all attentive and efficient.
Best of all, just going outside the door brings one immediately to Viktualienmarkt, Marienplatz and MaximillianstraBe. When we visit Munich again and even if we live half way around the world, we will definitely book here again.

I am writing this review from room 406 on the 5th day of our 2 week honeymoon at this amazing hotel. We have stayed in Munich numerous times, at a number of different hotels in the city centre and not one comes close to this hotel.
From Entering the reception area on our first day we were in awe of how beautiful everything is. The staff are wonderful, especially Nikolas at the bar.
Our room was prepared in a way that made us feel so special.
We cannot praise this hotel and its staff enough and look forward to the remainder of our holiday here. Honestly, don't look elsewhere for anywhere else to stay, this hotel is all you need.

I went there with my dogs, and I loved it! The dog beds, cups, and snacks were nicely prepared for them. I like everything here, it’s quiet, nice room, nice view, but some small things are a little bit run down, like the lift that looks a bit old, and the rain shower in the room doesn’t really want to work. Overall, I still love this hotel.

Hotel is well located. Rooms were nice size and very quiet. Hotel has a very tiny exercise room with good equipment but no room.
Service wasn’t great. On check in they said we had 2 rooms each for 1 person. They admitted their error only when I showed them my email confirmation. Then they said the breakfast included was only for 1 person.
At breakfast they got my order wrong and then first told me that I was wrong before realizing they mad a mistake. A bit odd. Also housekeeping didn’t refresh towels (took away all towels but only really laces with one). But overall nice stay just a lot of service issues so only 4 stars.

Overall a location hotel. Everything is nearby. You won’t need much of walking or even taxi. We loved nice restaurants etc around.

This hotel is right in Munich's city centre which makes it easy to explore all places of interest.
The staff is very friendly, professional and attentive.
The best is the breakfast- super fresh, vegetarian options, too, fresh prepared by order, yummy... A must.
Tge room we had was okay - difficult to put your clothes into the mini wardrobe and everything a bit used.
It was also very nice that the mini bar was on the house.
We enjoyed our stay.

The room seemed smaller and more box-like than the photos on the website.
On the upside - the hotel pillow menu is fantastic - the heated mirror in the bathroom meant I could do my make up without steaming up while my husband had a steamy shower.
They even have the hotel brand engraved on the shower handle - very fancy indeed.
Also thank you for the complimentary birthday breakfast- it’s really appreciated…

Our stay at LOUIS Hotel was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The attention to detail, attentiveness of staff and overall ambiance is unmatched. Our room had an amazing view of the Frauenkirche and despite being in the most central location you can get in Munich, was completely quiet and peaceful at night. The breakfast was delicious with tons of options both sweet and savoury. I can't wait until our next stay at LOUIS :)

Superb location. Unfortunately hotel does not provide basic toiletries such as toothbrush, toothbrush. Was extremely shocked and appalled that they charge me $9 per bottle of water in the room when I requested for it. They didn’t inform us of any charges nor did I sign any invoice. They just put in the tab quietly and made us pay upon checkout. I gave tips each time a staff member brought it up, and imagine my horror when I found out upon checkout that I was euro36 for 4 bottles of water!
