Choosing Marriott, and especially Westin, usually means attention to detail, care for the guest, and a certain level of excellence — and I must say that this stay fully confirmed it

From the very first moment, the entire staff was exceptional. The check-in experience was warm and professional, and every interaction with the reception team was marked by genuine kindness and attentiveness

What impressed me most was the overall atmosphere created by the staff. Many of them were working in a country that is not their own, yet they managed to convey a remarkably warm and welcoming attitude

There was a small misunderstanding at the beginning of my stay, which was handled immediately and in an exemplary manner, turning a potential issue into a demonstration of true professionalism

I was pleasantly surprised to meet several Italian trainees, all of them extremely polite, well-mannered, and clearly well trained — a real credit to the hotel

The breakfast was simply outstanding — rich, varied, and of excellent quality. Truly a “mega” breakfast, offering everything one could wish for

I found the breakfast to be FANTASTIC and on par with many 5 star hotels: custom-cooked egg station, plenty of juice and pastry options. Really good sausages (this is Germany, after all)

The quality of room construction, like all hotels of this era is a bit "plastic", but that is not the fault of the hotel Good points: room was clean, staff was very friendly

Stayed here for 2 days on business. Got a good corporate rate and was upgraded. Rooms are decent sized but a bit sparse in furnishing. A solid "4 star" hotel in quality

Pretty central location: The old city/Marienplatz is 15 minute easy walk. Very close to U and S bahns, so an easy ride to tourist spots and the airport

Great value for the money with respect to location, facilities such as the sauna, pool, and gym. The restaurants were very good, and the staff was friendly. The decor seems a little dated in the halls and rooms

Just stayed here with my son durring Oktoberfest. How you dont give this Hotel 5 stars is beyond me. From the moment we arrived early, very early they escorted us to the Spa so we can use the lockers and change

Housekeeping needs work. The guy refused to take our dirty dishes and always just left them sitting there. He did the bare minimum of towels, make the bed, empty garbage. Even toilet paper was put in improperly.

We booked this hotel to be on the U6 line so we could be in between Munich city centre (Marienplatz) and Allianz Arena (Fröttmaning). This was perfect although it is a good 10 minute walk with suitcases

The room was clean, comfortable and compact. The breakfast had a small variety of options especially the hot section compared to other Marriott hotels

Great room and good breakfast. Nearby playground is great for children to play. Highly recommended.

Nice indoor pool and sauna. Small workout room and has Champions Sports Bar in lobby. Great location, next to the subway at Nordfriedhof stop. Nice Italian restaurant within walking distance.

But above all I liked the hotel staff, very nice and friendly. A special mention goes to Marius Hornig from reception, very competent and professional. I will always be happy to return to this hotel

An amazing HOTEL! A real Palace! The best location in Munich! Very well renovated! An exceptional breakfast, a unique atmosphere at the lobby bar and an unbeatable service!

The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, offering a good standard of quality. Nothing ultra luxurious, but they do a good job. What really affected my stay, however, was the constant issue with the key cards

It became tiring and frustrating, especially when returning to the room late or after training sessions. The gym could benefit from being larger and better equipped for a hotel of this calibre

The table had to be cleared first, and then it took another 10 minutes before we could speak to a member of staff for the order. The same situation occurred in the evening

The sauna experience was also disappointing, it didn’t feel properly heated or up to standard, which was unfortunate as I enjoy using the sauna regularly

Almost every day during my week-long stay, I had to return to reception three or four times to have the cards reactivated

Short trip but great experience, very helpful and kind staff at reception, especially Lorenz who helped us, gave us time, showed all the patience in further guidance and did this with a smile

Absolutely stunning hotel! Lovely staff and the room was super comfortable and gorgeous. It's close to the train station so super convenient.

The swimming pool is one of the more interesting things about the hotel. Like nothing you've experienced I'm willing to bet but rewarding to the adventurous

Our room was very nice, clean, bathroom was large, 2 sinks, huge tub and a nice stand alone shower. Comfy bed, nice TV, came with bathrobes for the pool, little fridge & safe. Beautiful views of the Alps from our balcony

1 of the reception counter reluctant to help to reheat packed food from supermarket nearby. Being told only for staff only. Luckily we try again and another staff assist to reheat the food

Friendly team, big rooms , cafes and supermarket, pharmacy is 2 minutes walk. 5-10mnt drive by car from most of the locations we had to go.

Overall stay is quite pleasant and like the location. Able to travel all M zone areas with weekly ticket

We even have to get the clean towels by ourselves

The first room they gave me, the TV was not working and they changed me to another room. Overall it was a comfortable room. Location was pretty convenient from Theresa Giehse-Alle station

The only one hotel provided the disposable slippers and toothbrush in Germany I ever lived. Nearby the Siemens blocks. Very good and warming Christmas vibe.

A mall was location in walking distance and easy access to convenience stores to grab for quick meal

It has all the necessary for short and long stays. The service and reception staff is very kind and helpful. It is also very recommended for Spanish people as most of the employees were Spanish

The hotel is near the train station which is convenient. Lobby is spacious. Staff is helpful and nice. The room is tidy and also spacious. Overall is quite good.

The room was very clean and tidy, everything was great, and there was plenty of hot water. The only downside was that the hotel didn’t provide bottled water, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work

Service staff: Were warm, friendly and welcoming. Amenities: Didn’t get to use other amenities as we only stayed 2 days - but really enjoyed their smart TV with YouTube and Netflix

The hotel is amazing! Staff were outstanding, especially Ben Said from Tunisia. They upgraded us to a spacious, classic-style room with a separate dressing room and option for a connected room

Everything is within walking distant of the hotel within a few blocks, dining, cafes, trollers, shopping, even has a theatre. The views from the rooftop bar were the perfect nightcap

They even installed a bidet spray in the bathroom and helped return our rental car. The location is quiet and perfect for relaxation, with very comfortable beds and pillows

We requested the room to be cleaned, but when we returned, it hadn’t been cleaned at all. The service in this hotel is very poor. Also, the room lighting is very dim, and the room is quite dark

You will be seen naked if you open the shower door to reach out to the towel The room was tidy but a bit dusty (dust hanging on the ceiling), one silverfish was spotted Sofa bed was not too comfortable Breakfast was pretty good, central location, quick check in and out

Rooms are nice, fairly large and comfortable (very large double bed). Toilet is separate, which is nice. A bit pricey, but probably the location right near the old city and train station is the cause

The facilities are comprehensive, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. I was a little disappointed, though, that the smoked salmon wasn't available this year

Cozy, wooden floor no carpet so it’s not dusty. Not too far ( 8 mins walk) from Karlsplatz where all shops around and close to HBF nord (5 min walk) where riding tram around city is quite nice

This is my second time staying at a Eurostars hotel, and I highly recommend it. The rooms are very spacious, which is convenient for business travelers like us who stay for multiple days

In addition to that I needed a hotel which was well connected with easy and fast access to Munich - yes it was, underground Machtlfinger station is one corner away with a 5 minutes walk and you're in Marienplatz in around 10mins directly using the U3 after 9 stops! Hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable, quick check-in with an excellent rich breakfast (pic attached)! I highly recommend this hotel...

We had an amazing family stay here. The room was very clean, modern, spacious and comfortable — it really felt like home. The beds were excellent and everything smelled fresh and well cared-for

The most memorable part was the view—Munich was snowing, and I found a few beautiful spots in the hotel garden. The only downside was that the toilet was not clean enough

The restaurant staff were kind and truly kid-friendly: children’s menu with fair prices, games and colouring activities that my children loved and even took home

I could’ve done that at home in the garden area. I will say, and I believe my wife will agree that the food provided at the restaurant was quite good. The service in the restaurant was excellent and we enjoyed ourselves

If you are given room 191, like my Wife and I were, then you have a nearly 200 meter trudge down narrow hallways to our room. For Senior citizens in their 70’s, this trek is NOT FUN! Now lets talk about the Showers

She also assured me that she would send us the tracking number once the package was handed over to the courier

We arrived at the hotel slightly past midnight but the staff was very helpful and hospitable. Strategically located, you can reach the city centre by trams, buses or simply walk for about 20 minutes.

We had dinner tonight in the restaurant, our sever Tom was amazing!! He remembered our drink order from last night, made sure we had everything we needed and checked in that all was as ordered

Easy access from S-Bahn station which takes you to and from airport. Very convenient for business meetings in surrounding offices. Breakfast was plentiful and had lots of options. Rooms were modern and well equipped

Munich was our last stop in Germany. We found the hotel easy as we were traveling with children. The food was excellent, it was easy to get taxies and the staff could not have been nicer

It has been some time since I last stayed in Platzl hotel. No changes to the superb rooms, breakfast and service. This is my first choice hotel for Munich.

I also appreciated the in room coffee and tea. The room was cleaned daily and was absolutely spotless, plenty of plush towels and nice amenities. The bed was comfortably firm, and I slept very well

I spent five nights here and absolutely loved it. I had a single room on the fourth floor overlooking the Hofbrau house. While it got a little noisy on the street at night it generally quieted down after 9 PM

The location is a four minute walk from the S Bahn stop at Marienplatz, which takes you directly to the airport, as well as connects you to other parts of the city

The staff is exceedingly welcoming and helpful. The fifth floor spa/sauna is very nice. The lobby is a cozy place to sit in the evenings and have a drink

Located in a quiet shady neighborhood only a short walk from the large park with the English Garden. The room was clean and in good condition and the staff was friendly and very helpful.

The subway is about 7 minutes' walk away, and the nearby Aldi supermarket is about 1 km and 15 minutes away. The hotel provides disposable slippers and a kettle, which is a plus

The location is convenient for North Munich - about a 7 minute walk to the subway, easy access to the highway, and close by the Lufthansa airport bus stop

A beautiful and well-maintained hotel. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The subway connection provides easy access to the city center.

In addition, the dry and wet separation is also a plus, and the environment is clean

The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. We stayed this time with a group of ＞30 people. All arrangements have been taken care well; including meeting room. We plan to come back again next year

There is nothing negative to say about the hotel. Everything worked excellent. What stood out though was the staff and especially Fay who helped us through everything. I strongly recommend it

I enjoyed the stay pretty much, as the room was spacious and very comfortable. The size of the room is big enough to give you the comfort of being in your living room at home! Breakfast with a vast selection of food

The empty space in the middle can be used to spread out 3 suitcases. The hot water is very big, very comfortable, and comes quickly! The mirror in the bathroom is a little high, I can only see my head 🥲

It was clean and they folded your clothes for you. But the quilt was a little short. Aren't foreigners quite tall? I'm 166cm tall and I think it's OK. There is also a 1 meter ✖️1 meter pillow

A great hotel with clean, spacious rooms. It has a wonderful indoor pool with murals on the walls. Friendly, welcoming staff. Near the metro station to get into central Munich easily.

I don't understand why it is so big. There are two beds in the room. The layout is quite reasonable. Even though the room is small, there is enough space

You get what you want just have to ask. Well it's 4 star till 2020 but the hotel is from 90's and so it's looking. Restaurant downstairs not good for me. Wellness area with Pool sauna and fitnessroom in extra building

I stayed at this hotel during the Bauma fair in Munich, and I have to say it was a really great choice! The location is super convenient ,just 5 minutes by car to the exhibition center, which is perfect after a long day of work

Great location just beside the train station.

Hôtel very close to Subway station, less than 5minutes by walk, and only 3stations to the centre, it is very convenient. The hotel itself is quite Ok, business kind, spacious and confortable room

Service and amenities are Ok but nothing particular for a 4*. I would recommend for a short stay if you don't expect too much for an accommodation

The Tv did not work . Was charged for water . No toiletries, slippers or robe . Not worth it for the money I paid .
