Hotel Europa

I stayed for one night with my companion and my overall experience was good. The hotel room was roomy with a nice classy sofa/bench, minibar, large TV and great views from 5th floor towards the city. The bed was comfortable and clean. The AC was really good and quiet. Bathroom was small but worked well for the purpose. The bathroom had also a glass wall to the bedroom and it had an electrically opening curtain which was a nice extra touch. We opted for the breakfast. Mostly really good options (also gluten free bread when asked) and good quality but in my opinion the scrambled eggs was not too good. Lastly about the reception service. Our receptionist was friendly and nice. The check-in and out were quick and easy! I would recommend this hotel in Munich for its good location and proximity to the main station as well as the Olympic Park.

The hotel is good value for money and as described. All amenities are relatively new and room layout was good. Location was convenient for getting around. The 4 star review reflects the cleanliness of the rooms. Only the obvious things were being cleaned like the sink, toilet and night stands. Many other places had months worth of dust - all the creases in soft furniture, top shelves, etc.

Hotel Europa is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Munich, offering a central location that's just a short walk from the city center. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of.

The room was on the smaller side but well-equipped, featuring a desk, a sofa, a closet, and a large flat-screen TV. One minor downside is the large window between the shower and the bedroom; however, there's a curtain you can pull down for privacy, which helps.

The hotel also offers an underground parking lot. While the space is a bit tight, it's still manageable and better than other options we've encountered. The breakfast buffet was a real highlight, providing a wide variety of delicious options including fresh bread, eggs, yogurt, fruit, and cakes—perfect for starting the day.

Overall, Hotel Europa offers a comfortable and convenient stay with excellent service. Highly recommended for travelers looking to explore Munich!

My family and I had a great stay at Hotel Europa. The rooms and other amenities were clean and comfortable. The location is great too with a tram stop and a few shops less than 5 min away. The staff were always kind and eager to help with any situation and at any hour - it felt like the Hotel Europa team always go above and beyond to ensure their guests are happy and well looked after. I would stay at Hotel Europa again.

Staff were nice. We were able to check in early. Clean and great location, not a far walk to Old Town. Breakfast was delicious too!

From the greeting till goodbay everything was perfect. Stuff is super kind, help in any situation, answer questions, give advices. Kitchen is very good, tasty, the waiters polite, friendly. Room was very clean, cleaned daily, superior room was very comfy and I really liked that the room was in the courtyard we can open the window, it was quite. Hotel located in good area, small walk and possible to reach all kinds of public transport. If I come back, I will choose to stay again

One of the best hotels in its class that we have visited. Breakfast, garage are the best, the distance from the center is about half an hour at a normal pace. The windows face the street, and silence is no problem.

An excellent place to stay

Hospitable, clean, quiet, cozy. Spacious. Well lighted, with large windows everywhere.

Nicely and tastefully decorated (in a mainly modern, functional style, with new materials, but in which you may also find some subtle touches of the 70’s special nostalgia…) .

Impeccably maintained and managed, in all regards.

It is also well situated, notably very close to a tramway station.

Excellent buffet-breakfast.

The whole, at a fair and reasonable price.

A special mention has to be expressed, regarding Sebastian, at the Reception. Professional, sharp, focused, dynamic and efficient, he literally goes out of his way to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Not only does he respond adequately to your requests, but he even takes the initiative to offer you something that you might need, but that you don’t want to bother him with it. He is such a nice and positive human being, with such a formidable smile on his face, that you want to stay at the Reception a bit longer, just to chit-chat with him.
