All the staff were very friendly. The service was very attentive. The location was just great. The breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean. So, a very pleasant stay.

Experience was awesome! Staff was friendly and helpful…loved the breakfast… bed was comfortable…loved the jacuzzi tub… liked the late night club in the bar to cap off the evening.. location is close to everything in old town. Only one recommendation to replace the hallway carpets to allow roller baggage to flow…thanks for the enjoyable stay!

We stayed in Haus im Tal for four nights during our trip to Munich in September. The place is very close to Marienplatz, so it's easy to find and use the public transport from the airport or central station.
The room itself is very spacious but minimalists, there's no kettle and tea or coffee in the room, but we requested for tea kettle and tea and we got them delivered to our room, so if you need anything, do let the concierge know about it, they would help you.
The reception is on the 5th floor, where the breakfast is (but we didn't book our stay with breakfast since we preferred to go out), and the girls behind the reception were all friendly and professionals. I can only recommend this hotel

After being on a plane for 12 hours, having my credit card declined, trouble downloading my husband’s transportation pass and feeling as though Google Maps was purposely making us make U-turns just for their entertainment, we found Haus im Tal. Frazzled and stressed, I was greeted by a very friendly man who took my information and assured me that all would be well. He answered all my questions and sent me to my room with a lightened spirit. The room was very nice and the location was wonderful.

The room was nice, but the AC would automatically turn off ever 20 minutes. Which is very annoying especially at night. The hotel tries to do everything online like check in or room requests. It’s a good idea in theory but not executed very well. The hallways and elevator also
are in desperate need of a remodel. It’s okay, but there are better hotels in Munich.

I traveled to Munich for the first time and was greeted by Lucas who was beyond helpful and friendly. He spoke excellent English. My friend was a disco guru and was also an interest of Lucas’. He had invited us to a sister hotel where he was a dj. We were treated so kindly and had the best time. Hope to get to see you again Lucas! Jeff H
