My wife and I had such a great stay at the Conrad Hotel Munich, the rooms were very clean and the staff was exceptional. The breakfast buffet in the morning was amazing. I would recommend anyone going to visit Munich stay here it is perfectly located to get anywhere. I would have to say Erwin Hammermeier was amazing, super nice gentleman, he would take care of us for any questions we had and his service was outstanding.

This is an aging 4-Star. The breakfast was amazing. A true Bavarian feast. The service was great. The hotel lobby and common areas are nice and clean but the carpet in the hallways looks old. The room was decent, but the view of the inner quad wasn’t. The room had all of the thing one might want. It was clean. I’d stay there again at the right price and I’d put my parents there. Discount on parking was appreciated.

The hotel is very close to station, just walking distance. Even to all attraction, it takes 20 mins max which is very convenience.
My room was including breakfast and the staff are really friendly. They greet me and check with me any coffee or tea needed.
The room is quite old and small but it's very clean. As a fussy guest for bathroom, I have no complaint about the cleanliness.
There's only one thing concern me which is night time (about after 9pm). It seems a lot of people (mainly guy) gather around that areas. Hence, I'm not sure about the safety, especially lady walking alone. Don't get me wrong. I'm totally safe and nothing happened on me. Just a concern. ?

Hotel is very nice, friendly personnel. Very close to u-bahn. The main problem I have is, that the hotel is situated near the main train station, and in the evenings one does not feel safe there. Lots of weird people around selling weird stuff, lots of homeless asking for money, during my 1 week stay there I saw numerous completely drank or drugged people and often emergency came, I cannot however say that I saw police around as often. Even if the hotel is really nice,I definitely cannot recommend for example single women being there and walking in the evening to the hotel. So hotel only is 4 stars for me, but including the surrounding I can give maximum two.

Hotel sucks big time. Service is bad, hotel receptionist does not even care to welcome you and makes faces (wonder why). The area/surrounding street is unsafe. You can have sleepless night feeling unsafe especially if you are staying alone. They literally gives you a key and ask you lock the door from inside for safety reasons. The interior too is quite old. Overall way below average.

This was the fourth time I had stayed at the Conrad. Each time, it has been a very pleasant stay with nice, comfortable, clean rooms, with good breakfast and superbly helpful and friendly staff.
This visit was no exception. I was there with our son, my brother-in-law and his three sons. We were all made to feel welcome and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
