Good hotel, clean rooms, friendly service. Things that positively stuck out: open bar to very early in the morning. Great breakfast and super breakfast service personal. Fast and extremely friendly. Nice size room, quite. What could be better but there’s not much one can do, you need to carry your luggage up a few steps before reaching the elevator. I liked the hotel. Great location.

Very nice boutique hotel, excellent service and breakfast. It's in a great part of town near some really nice local (non-touristy) bars and restaurants. Price, room size and lack of gym stop it being five star.

Very good staff. Great buffet breakfast. The people who work here make you very comfortable even if not a great German speaker. Location is excellent and is near to major touron zone without being smack in middle. I would highly recommend this Hotel to Munich visitors.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were very kind and provided great service. My only request would be to include a coffee maker in the room (some of us can barely get out of bed without it) or keep a carafe in the lobby.

We had a pleasant stay here. Our room was very clean and well-prepared. Our only problem with the room was that we couldn't get the air-conditioning to work, and neither could the reception staff. However they provided us with a fan.
The reception staff were very good, and friendly and helpful.
The hotel itself is quiet, but in an excellent location for the main sights of Munich, including the Food Market, and there are plenty of restaurants around. It is on a tram route and near to an underground station.
We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice stay. Convenient location. Rich breakfast. Nice team. The room was comfortable but not big.
