We loved our stay at this hotel. From the second we walked in, the staff was kind and welcoming. The included breakfast was delicious and had so many options- the omelet perfectly cooked. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was small but used the space well. The bed was comfortable, as well. Finally, the location was safe and extremely walkable to all the sights we wanted to see. Highly recommend!

On a quiet street, in the most fabulous of locations. Not in the thick of it all but easily accessible. White and brights, sweet and comfortable. We have returned over and over and over. Breakfasts are wonderful, and staff is charming. Outdoor patio in summer is delightful.

Perfect for an overnight stay in München. Easy walk to the centre. Suite was beautiful. Friendly attentive staff. Easy nearby underground parking. Recommended.

+ Reception guy very nice and helpful.
- You can hear noises of neighbor bedrooms when they step on the floor.
- No plug besides the nightstand to charge your phone, I had to leave it on the table and stand up to switch off alarm.
- Curtains do not fully close, just for decoration purpose, I cannot sleep with light coming in through the window.
- Phone did not work, reception could not hear me.

Good location, but unfortunately very very tired and small rooms. Service so far ok, but with a strong hint of the Basil Fawlty’s. cleanliness can be vastly improved. Unfortunately all of the hotel needs a complete make over. Overpriced for what you end up with.

I love this hotel. The interior design is exceptional. The part of town is very quite even though it is close to the action. I can't stress enough how impressed I am with the genuine hospitality and kindness I encountered here.

I loved our stay here. Our room was small but I liked the decor and we were not going to live there permanently so that was fine. The location is fantastic for walks to Marienplatz, The Residenz, etc. Breakfast is served in the fashion one sees in period movies and that is just my thing! My only complaint was that I asked for hot water at each breakfast but never got a cup to drink it in so had to use my used coffee cup to drink the water. The staff are professional and friendly. There’s however not much to do in the hotel if one does not feel like going out (but then you are in the heart of Munich, why stay in?)

Great Boutique Hotel with an old world charm! Would help to have sound proof windows and doors are it gets quite noisy with the street sounds. Also construction of a building close by was a major noise source.
