Hotel opened in 1970, renovated in 2011. In this mini-hotel 83 rooms, 6 floors.

A very friendly and convenient hotel, rooms are comfortable, large enough, with a kitchenette, and everything you need. Staff is VERY friendly and helpful, they were really awesome (both reception teams and breakfast waiters). Breakfast was also superb, a great variety, fantastic choice, quality and freshness. Highly recommend for stay in Munich!

Amazing Boutique Hotel with very friendly and professional staff and the best location you can ask for. Beautiful and clean rooms with great ambiance. There is no better place to stay in Munich.

İn October, during our vacation, we had wonderfultime with my family , in Münich. Our Hotel experience was also wonderful. Thank you for your welcoming, gentle, sincere, friendly hospitality . Mr. Aytuğ we will miss you , and hoping you see you again, thank you very much for your help , you make it easier to get to know around for us.

Wonderful time. With a great location in the city, very very good
service and well equipped and very clean rooms.
We came for 5 nights, took 2 rooms and had little children.
Breakfasts were god.
the service at the hotel was extra ordinary - and there was not a thong we needed that we did not get - at any time.

Excellent location for seeing old Munich. Check in was fast and efficient. All the staff were really welcoming and friendly.
Nice to have breakfast and minibar included, lattes and cappuccinos were terrific. Great location and easy to walk to all the key tourist sites in old Munich.
Downside: Room AC was weak and could not keep up with the the weather - 30c.

Views of the trash and parking lot. Have to keep the drapes closed the entire time (room 101 and 110). Bathroom door doesn't shut all the way (sliding see through glass that is smoked in the middle). Shower is big. Looking for another hotel so we can check out. Bed is uncomfortable. Location is very nice however.

Room is the core. Kitchen was the best ever experienced. Light system and Do Not Disturb excellent, because that data went probably all way to the reception desk. Bathroom had space enough, although it was lacking table space. The shelf on the bathroom wall is way too narrow. I would like to have an opportunity of "At Markt Side" when booking, doesn't matter if with extra cost.

Ok location, walkable to most of the sights in Munich.
Rooms are clean and well-furnished.
Breakfast is not bad.

-Although located in a noisy street, good sound insulation on windows
-Great view of the Viktualienmarkt
-Friendly and professional staff (except room maid and nosy waiter in restaurant)
-Bed mattresses with adjustable hardness
-Big screen LCD TV (unlocked)
-Cosy general ambience
-Hotel located at 5 min walk to Marienplatz
* The Bad *
-Room was always cold (19-20 degrees C), heating system in room was not functionning properly.
-Bathroom door unnecessarily obtruding to room, preventing access to wardrobe.
-Toilet did not have an air extraction system
-Water leak from bathtub to bathroom floor
-Nearest parking garage 300m away
-Extremely annoying frequent wifi disconnections requiring authentication for reconnection
-Poor Housekeeping service. Trash cans were left on top of our toilet seat, cleaning cloths forgotten here and there, some of our personal belongings (cosmetics/electronics etc) being reorganized, freezing room due to window left wide open etc.
-Breakfast area in another building located behind the hotel + poor variety of breakfast buffet + empty buffet dishes were not refreshed
-Quite expensive rates compared to quality supplied.

Cons: Complete lack of service at the hotel. At the reception often there's no one: 3 times out of five instead of a man observed a sign - "will be Back soon." Of the 4 calls to reception - 2 call we stupidly did not answer. This is unacceptable.
Single frame Benedict with reception. A lazy, incompetent employee.
