NH Collection Munchen Bavaria

We stayed 6 nights here and had a great time. Central station is across the street, so very convenient. Area is safe, we had zero problems and came and went day and night. There are many really good restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff friendly, especially Juan at the lobby bar! We stopped in to see him almost every night. Highly recommend this hotel.

I usually booked a premium room on higher floors with view with this hotel. This time, as with many times before, the spacious room was a pleasant place to stay with close proximity to the Hauptbahnhof. The hotel is a quiet and safe heaven to itself in spite of the hustling surroundings. What's more impressing is the attitude of the staff which made you feel right at home. Out of the friendly staff, I found Ms Nicola working in the morning breakfast section outstanding. Nicola kept the breakfast section nice and neat with timely personal effort. She also recommended local specialities and served the guests around personally with a smile on her face. All that was a top-notch experience which reflected the high quality of the hotel. All this makes me returning to the NH collection hotel everytime when I was in München and definitely in the future too. Thank you, NH staff, for the good effort!

I remember I had an excellent stay here last year, which made me have high expectations for the stay this year.
The hotel and it's staff doesn't disappoint.
Being a titanium member, I got upgraded to a room on the top floor, it actually felt quite exclusive as only 1 elevator could take you all the way up.
My room had a balcony with excellent views of the city, I wish I could have stayed for a few more nights.
The room was clean and large with a huge bed with plenty of pillows.
The shower had good water pressure and it was nice to have a decent shower after a day of travelling.
I felt that the hotel staff went above and beyond for me, I found a complimentary sweet treat in the room with a personalized welcome card and letter.
I find that these details matter, and they make my stay even more enjoyable.
This is definitely my hotel of choice in Munich.

Location was great and easily accessible to most tourist districts! Slight concern would be some seemingly homeless that would hang loose around the central station. Other than that, the overall experience was pleasant and enjoyable.

Reception team: on 19 Oct night when we checked in, the staff was polite and the process was quick and fast! Kudos to him and to our surprise that he was also the staff that sent up the amenities kit to our room that same night. Also to appreciate and give recognition to the reception staff (guy) on 23 Oct night. He was alert, sharp and swift to pull out a drunk guy that tried to sneak into the hotel lift with another group of hotel guest and us while we were about to head up to our rooms.

Cleaning team: the guy and lady staff on the 12th floor were really friendly and facilitated our requests/needs despite us putting no room cleaning.

Breakfast buffet team: Jenny and Nicola were friendly and provided excellent services to make sure our meal was enjoyable. They went around to offer drinks and small plates which were cute! Selection was wide and offers oats milk, gluten free breads. They also provide utensils and napkins for children which were very thoughtful.

A bit noisy from the street through the night and early morning which is the price to pay being close to station and trams. Bed was comfortable and room clean. Soap, shower gel and hair products all full in containers. Breakfast is amazing. I love how waiters wander around with fresh pancakes, coffees and juices. The breakfast experience is top notch. Check-in experience was fabulous. Such a great hotel.

Fast and very friendly service. Clean rooms and an awesome view. The bed was very comfortable. Great breakfast! I enjoyed my stay and will come back!

One star is gone because one staff tries to come in our room in the morning even after we put the “do not disturb” light on… + very small gym.
