Convenient location with 2 supermarkets just next door.
Main train station is a 7 minutes walk.
Since is near the train station there are more homeless people around the vicinity.
First, the room was not properly cleaned, with dust and uncleaned towel etc in the corners and an unpleasant odor. I immediately reported this to the front desk supervisor Venessa hoping for a prompt resolution. Instead, I was met with indifference. The staff member I spoke to seemed disinterested and simply shrugged it off, saying, "So what, it’s all right; it happens."
This lack of concern for customer service was shocking. I expected at least an apology or an offer to rectify the situation, but instead, I was made to feel like my complaints were trivial.
Additionally, the amenities promised on the website were either unavailable or in poor condition. The pool was closed for maintenance, and the gym equipment was outdated and not functioning properly.
Overall, my stay was incredibly disappointing, and I will be reporting these issues to hotel supervisors, hoping for better management of their staff and facilities. It’s unfortunate that a hotel with such potential falls short in delivering a quality experience. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this hotel to others.
