2 star hotels in Punta Cana

The free breakfast was ideal but it was the same every day. For tourism the staff needs more English-speaking,not everyone knows Spanish and I felt the staff spent more time on their phones than there guests. The hotel needs some upgraded. Appearance makes alot of difference

It is OK to spend a night.  Breakfast is not continental, everyday the same.  Internet was not good. TV with no Chanel.  lol.    Language only Spanish.  Towels was soap smelled.

About 20 kilometers from the airport. The room is of medium size but the mattress is too soft. Breakfast is two slices of bread and scrambled eggs!

The hotel is quite good when compared with hotels in this price category. With security and a barrier, hot water, drinking water in the lobby. Breakfast is modest, scrambled eggs and toast.

Great for locals, specially when you are looking to spend the night for an event. Its cheap but comfortable. If you are a local, make sure you get an extra blanket, the AC is a killer.

This was the most complicated check in experience I ever had. Only because no one speaks English and I'm very rusty on my Spanish. Very good service. I went to pick up a client as a tour company, and they offered me coffee. I was allowed to use their bathroom. I recommend it 101,102 times! The coffee was very good, and the bathroom was super clean and tidy. Our client also said he liked it a lot.

Great place with excelent hosts! Great location with total confort to visit Macao beach. Management keeps the place clean and organized, with everything in order for your rest after a long day trip or day at the beach. Really recommend and will visit again.

Great welcome and helpfulness from all the staff, small room with few pretensions but absolutely clean. We spent there only one night but we had a good time. We were able to leave the car for a day without any problem.

It's a great a cheap stay if you're down in Punta Cana for business and spend many days out at once. There is though no free in room WiFi or a desk to work in the room. This is where we and our crew spend the night in when we have big projects with 5+ people.

Decent for the price If you want to stay somewhat near the beach but not pay for a big resort, it's a decent place. Not best for families as there are two clubs next door playing loud music until late at night, but overall good for the lrice

It is located next to Drink point which is a club that opens at 8pm and closes at 2am. My room was on the club side and was hard to sleep. There was a few ants that were traveling through my room. Bathroom could use a nice scrubbing. Not enough water running to take a shower in the AM. Had to use an empty water bottle to get the trickling water for a morning wash. AC was cold though and staff was pleasant.

Cant really do better than 3 stars here, not that kind of hotel. However, if you just need a place to crash and you don't have time for amenities anyway, the place fits the bill.

Property had many options of restaurants and amenities. The Turquesa section is however towards the front of the resort. There’s no ocean view rooms and not walkable to the beach. Transportation was nice. We upgraded to the Ambar section to be close the beach and had a swim out room. Of course it cost more. The sales folks know how to sell it.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Bahia Turquesa. I accidentally left my baby’s formula milk at Las Dalias restaurant, and instead of holding it for me, the staff threw it away. An OK resort Bahia principe was a nice resort, with nice shows for both adults and kids. The downside was their food, both buffet and especially their A la carte. Not much flavour and very salty.

The best part about this property is that it offered different entertainment and activities for all ages. However, the property is old and very outdated. I had to change rooms due to a lack of cleanliness. Although the property was big. I would not stay here again.

You must make reservations one day in advance for restaurants other than the buffet. Way too many people trying to sell you "adventure packages". We had a great time at this Hotel. The food was fine and the place is what make this Hotel great. I think the service can get better and the only thing i didn't like was that this Hotel doesn't has a disco. You have to travel to another public disco if you want to have this experience, is very peaceful at night. That would be great to you if this is what you are looking for.

Have been here twice, loved it both times looking forward to returning again. Beautiful nature, birds , peacocks, so restful. Staff are diligent in every department. We had an awesome stay at the impressive premium, the food was really good and we had a great view of the beach from our room! Serenity If the loud, party atmosphere is not your jam, then Selectum Hacienda is for you. So quiet and serene. The staff is all very professional, kind and accommodating. The breakfast is a true feast. You are steps away from the beach or you can choose to relax poolside. This truly was what we needed.

The property is absolutely breathtaking. The attentiveness of the owners and wonderful staff was exceptional. I cannot thank them enough for making me feel welcome. There is no safe, no surveillance cameras, you can save your things as you wish, the safes are faulty, why write that there is a safe in the room if it does not work, it is a scam. The territory is beautiful, the sea is nearby, there is no Internet in the room, you can't even call the police or the reception
