We give it 5* for the Quality , structure and services ,very nice place ,king beds room ,you feel great and enjoy your moment ,I wishing everyone to visit it and you will enjoy... Recommended

It's a great a cheap stay if you're down in Punta Cana for business and spend many days out at once. There is though no free in room WiFi or a desk to work in the room. This is where we and our crew spend the night in when we have big projects with 5+ people.

Bathroom could use a nice scrubbing. Not enough water running to take a shower in the AM. Had to use an empty water bottle to get the trickling water for a morning wash. AC was cold though and staff was pleasant.

Cant really do better than 3 stars here, not that kind of hotel. However, if you just need a place to crash and you don't have time for amenities anyway, the place fits the bill.

It was ok. There were alot of bugs in the bathroom for some reason, so we had to keep the door shut 24/7. Also the person at the front desk gave us the wrong room key, so we walked in on some other guest so there's that.

Affordable prices, everything is clean and peaceful. The hotel accomodated an upgrade in rooms for us for no extra cost. Lots of amenities are within a 5 minute walk. Very nice staff. Highly recommend

This is a great spot if you’re looking to save money and have already planned out your trip. Staff here is friendly and helpful offering good advice regarding the local area and businesses. Rooms are spacious, but could use some updating. No soap bars, no small shampoo bottles, no water dispenser, bare minimum. Air conditioned, but the AC is noisy. Bathroom is ok. Breakfast is good and not that fake...

Very nice hotel, the rooms are comfortable and the staff is very friendly. However, water was out for about 10 hours in the first half of the day when we were there. Beach is also not that close and the hotel-recommended taxi will rip you off.

Very clean place, staff very polite and always willing to help. Perfect location to get around by public transportation and everything is walking distance.

Absolutely amazing and authentic experience of punta cana. If you are like me and my wife and don't like the fake and crowded atmosphere of all inclusives the MT is super quiet and outside the tourist traps.

Fantastic safe budget hotel. Steps from a beautiful beach. A limited breakfast is included. The grounds and pool are gorgeous. Water pressure can be iffy at times but wasn't a big deal to us we have stayed here many times. Front desk staff is very helpful.

Hotel is situated in perfect location, close to the sea. Swimming pool is clean and can be a nice change of pace after sitting all day on sand. Rooms are fine, clean (just sometimes they skip bathroom) with air conditioning and fridge. The service is really helpful not only about the accommodation and breakfasts, but also with planning trips and recommending interesting places to visit.

Great experience for the price. Quiet spot right near the beach. Pools was nice, rooms were just ok. Breakfast was pretty decent. Would return under similar circumstances.

Great for locals, specially when you are looking to spend the night for an event. Its cheap but comfortable. If you are a local, make sure you get an extra blanket, the AC is a killer.

This was the most complicated check in experience I ever had. Only because no one speaks English and I'm very rusty on my Spanish. This place seem to once have been quite grand. It has a nice facade in a pretty locked parking lot, beautifully large high ceiling rooms (ours with a jacuzzi) and an elegant pool. BUT there is no hot water or even thrift store quality towels (so good luck in that gorgeous shower and jacuzzi!). You get what you pay for as far as the rooms are concerned. They really need to keep up on the maintenance of each room but the breakfast was very good. the pool area was great!

Beautiful relax hotel. The owner is very pleasant and welcoming. She assisted with drinks and food orders, Changed the currency and let us stay after check out because we couldn’t go to our resort before 3p . Thank you very much! The rooms are also spacious just as pictures.

The people were friendly and very helpful the Hotel rooms were good size tv inside and there is free Wi-Fi the rooms are keept clean on daily bases by the cleaning people. The pool was Good and The catering was bad simple things like cappuccino was missing from the menu. If you don't want an all-inclusive resort, this is a great hotel. Nice rooms, quite clean for the country, actually overcleaning everyday (even when you ask them not to -- no green/eco awareness there). Soundproofing could be better... Nicest staff ever. I’ve been to a million of these places around the world and this staff is one of the best. Super accomodating and very kind. The beach is beautiful and you can use the beach seating and beds under umbrellas. Full bar, good food. The only reason I did four stars instead of five is the music is really loud in my room. Amazing food! I would strongly recommend to taste their sea food dishes, for example paella. It's great! Sometimes they make excellent coctails, sometimes a bit worse, I think it depends on the particular barman. The cafe is never too crowded, so you won't wait your order too long

Food was delicious but a bit pricey for the quantity. The drinks are very good. Music was not really my kind of music. Service was a bit long but still good. Room was clean. We had to wait for extra the towels and the one extra sheet. Overall it's an okay place to stay at.

The welcome was great and my room was clean and with ocean view, lovely balcony with hammock swing! Room #1. The team here went out of their way to make my stay better, turning the tv to you tube animal videos instead of sports. Great location and excellent service! Delicious Coco-Loco drink. I felt the prices are too high, though. All the prices on the menu don't include tax and tip, that are 28% added automatically. The mains don't include sides either.

Apartahotel Villa Facal is the ideal place to rent for as long as you want. Here you have a furnished apartment, a swimming pool, a good view and the beach just a 7-minute walk away. Spectacular!

Totally neglected, damaged, dirty, old buildings, bad smell... This complex has never been remodeled since its inception, it has old and shabby furniture, as much as you demand the owner turns a blind eye, the mattresses cause skin rashes, impossible to sleep. From my point of view, I would not return or stay in this complex.

No very attractive apartments but if you are on a budget this is perfect. Close to many attractions and a few minutes away from downtown Punta Cana.

Great place for a family holiday ... clean, spacious, very bright ... the pool is big enough and maintained every day ... the staff is more than friendly. Scooters for rent always available and the wi fi works great ... you get much more than paid ... thanks for a quality vacation..
