It was clean and the maid was nice.

We give it 5* for the Quality , structure and services ,very nice place ,king beds room ,you feel great and enjoy your moment ,I wishing everyone to visit it and you will enjoy... Recommended

It's a great a cheap stay if you're down in Punta Cana for business and spend many days out at once. There is though no free in room WiFi or a desk to work in the room. This is where we and our crew spend the night in when we have big projects with 5+ people.

Bathroom could use a nice scrubbing. Not enough water running to take a shower in the AM. Had to use an empty water bottle to get the trickling water for a morning wash. AC was cold though and staff was pleasant.

Cant really do better than 3 stars here, not that kind of hotel. However, if you just need a place to crash and you don't have time for amenities anyway, the place fits the bill.

When you go to plaza coral ask for Alex, that guy is amazing. The service is great.

Check in went very smoothly, they showed me the room I originally booked, but upgraded me to something a little bigger.

Pros: Beautiful surroundings. Breakfast was ok. Cons: Noisy at nights as staff shut doors and talk loudly and you can hear everything. Fridge and TV did not work.

The outside of the property looks like a magical place. It has a vintage vibe inside and outside.

I loved it 10/10 the people around the area were super nice. I felt safe. I was walki my around with my boyfriend at night. Barhopping, it was truly incredible & the hotel is BEAUTIFUL.

They put me in a room that looked like a crypt, unpleasant, unkempt, moldy walls, large, designed for a family. The safe didn't work, no Wi-Fi in the room. I asked to replace it, in response -, If you don't like it, you can move out. There is no safe, no surveillance cameras, you can save your things as you wish, the safes are faulty, why write that there is a safe in the room if it does not work, it is a scam. The territory is beautiful, the sea is nearby, there is no Internet in the room, you can't even call the police or the reception

A wonderful old lady in desperate need of a facelift. Quite rundown property. Was wonderful once great pool the staff OK a bit on bullying side. Just put your foot down as needed. Would stay there again.

The free breakfast was ideal but it was the same every day. For tourism the staff needs more English-speaking,not everyone knows Spanish and I felt the staff spent more time on their phones than there guests. The hotel needs some upgraded. Appearance makes alot of difference

It is OK to spend a night.  Breakfast is not continental, everyday the same.  Internet was not good. TV with no Chanel.  lol.    Language only Spanish.  Towels was soap smelled.

About 20 kilometers from the airport. The room is of medium size but the mattress is too soft. Breakfast is two slices of bread and scrambled eggs!

The hotel is quite good when compared with hotels in this price category. With security and a barrier, hot water, drinking water in the lobby. Breakfast is modest, scrambled eggs and toast.

Great for locals, specially when you are looking to spend the night for an event. Its cheap but comfortable. If you are a local, make sure you get an extra blanket, the AC is a killer.
