There is loads to do, entertainment, water park, high ropes, several pools/bars/ice skating and amazing excursions. There are Always sun beds free and no queues for things

Property had many options of restaurants and amenities. The Turquesa section is however towards the front of the resort. There’s no ocean view rooms and not walkable to the beach

We upgraded to the Ambar section to be close the beach and had a swim out room. The sales folks know how to sell it

An OK resort Bahia principe was a nice resort, with nice shows for both adults and kids. The downside was their food, both buffet and especially their A la carte. Not much flavour and very salty.

The rooms are outdated, the fridge did not keep items cold, although the AC worked well. My family and I did our best to make the most of our stay, but overall, the service and facilities need serious updates

The best part about this property is that it offered different entertainment and activities for all ages. However, the property is old and very outdated. I had to change rooms due to a lack of cleanliness

Our nine-day stay at Hard Rock Punta Cana was nothing short of exceptional. The resort is impeccably maintained, effortlessly blending vibrant energy with a sense of ease and elegance

Dining was a highlight throughout our stay. Chef Jolanes impressed with exceptional cuisine, and Felix and Davidson provided impeccable service that elevated every meal

I don't have anything negative about the hotel. The bad thing for us was the beach, which was impossible to swim in, with too many waves. Children can't even play on the shore, which is extremely dangerous

Our butlers, JC and Jose, delivered truly outstanding service — discreet, attentive, and consistently anticipating our needs with professionalism and grace

The beach team — Yohan, Youhansey, Elvyn, Lorena, Jeffery, Arhensay, and Nury — created a seamless, relaxed experience each day, while Scooby at the pool brought warmth, attentiveness, and an inviting atmosphere

It was a fantastic stay. Love the service and the attitude of workers there.

I had problems with check-in, I waited 1 hour longer than agreed and they gave me the wrong room, I booked a room and they gave me another and they didn't want to change it.

Was at the adult only section and the food was amazing . The buffet was outstanding and the staff was super helpful

Try the french restaurant, good service and great food. Avoid the Rodizio restaurant , poor service , food just ok. Over all is a great hotel but some of the employees need better training .

The rooms are huge, with private pools and patios. The views, architecture, and grounds are pristine. And to be fair, we had a great time

There are oddities in this hotel: the car cleans the seaweed on the beach, mixes it with the sand, so it is the dirtiest on the beach line. Old sun loungers need to be changed

We should have just stuck with Sandals or Beaches

No cocktail straws, you have to chew and spit ice

Lovely beach but there aren't a lot of sunbeds for all the hotel guests. The pool is also nice and it's convenient that it's right by the beach and close to the bar

The hotel has a beautiful environment, beautiful sea water, comfortable beach, golf course, football field, tennis court, basketball court, and many recreational facilities on the sea

I had the best time with my huge family! Everyone who works at this resort is so wonderful and accommodating! Aniblaisy from the entertainment team turned my trip from a 10/10 to a 100/10! She was so kind to me every time we spoke! She introduced me to do some activities and I had so much fun every time! Also, a shoutout to housekeeping! Not only was my hotel room the best hotel room I’ve ever stayed...

The hotel has eleven dining halls, providing different food services

The room was nice and spacious with a huge bed. There was also a Jacuzzi in the balcony but I didn't try it. The fridge was restocked every day, including bottled water

The club is very weird, there are 3 almost naked dancers and the music seems to have stopped in time. I was transported back to the early 2000s

Marketed as a 5‑star resort, this hotel feels closer to a solid 4. The setting itself is fabulous, with an amazing pool and beach area that truly makes the stay special

Special mention: Yara provided us with truly outstanding service. She constantly kept us updated on activities, was always available whenever we needed assistance, and delivered genuine 5‑star care throughout our stay

Overall: The location, amenities, and dining make this a wonderful place to visit, but improvements in staff engagement and room updates are needed before it can genuinely live up to its 5‑star label

They were not particularly helpful or proactive (constantly looked for tips in advance off a service), which was disappointing given the high standards expected of a 5‑star hotel

Her attitude and passion for the hotel are remarkable, and she deserves to be recognised as a face of this resort. Yara embodies the excellence the hotel should strive for

Keren supported her very well to make sure she could represent the resort up to the highest standards

The room, the unique experience, i wouldn't book the normal rooms from Lopesan. The beach is so near to the rooms, and the unique buffet is amazing.

Everything was good. Unique is worth the money hands down. One lobster dinner and it pays for the extra.

Overall amazing stay! Overall everything was excellent with the Unique package and the Unique amenities. The non Unique areas were not kept up properly with trash all around the pool area

Noise on the beach from the dozens of boats trying to advertise their services really had a negative effect with excessively obnoxious noise,and a detriment to the overall beach experience

Actual beach was very well maintained as was the overall property. Service personnel were very good. Food was better than most all inclusives

Some bartenders were fantastic — especially at the Del Mar Beach Café, where service was friendly and fun. This resort is huge so get ready to walk or take the train. Cons Guest service is not very service-oriented

The beach is stunning and well kept. Buffet breakfast was the best of the three meals and very consistent. Overall, the food quality is good

Ordering at the à la carte restaurants was often frustrating — orders were frequently incorrect or not what we requested. Because of this, we eventually opted out of most restaurants and relied more on the buffet

It’s an extra-large resort with many restaurant options and lots to explore. The cappuccino and crêpe bar was our favorite spot — the best cappuccino on the resort and a perfect place to start and end the day

We had several issues with our room, and the response felt minimal rather than proactive. There is a noticeable language barrier with many staff members, which made communication difficult

The agriculture and animal sanctuary is a standout feature — peacocks, swans, turtles, and parrots roaming the grounds make the resort feel unique and special

I have been to more than 40 countries, and this hotel is the most luxurious, well-equipped, and most thoughtful luxury hotel I have ever stayed in. It is only 3-5 minutes away from the beach

This place is amazing! Great resort! The room was very clean and it was nearby the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Tropical Deluxe Princess resort

Honey good hotel and good service

I stayed in this hotel back in 2017. The pool is amazing and they keep you entertained with fun activities during the day. The buffet is great and we specially enjoyed the restaurants we could book for no extra cost

Resort was fun! They had foam parties, large pools, servers and bartenders were great! I enjoyed the a la carte restaurants a lot, the buffet was okay! I did get food poisoning pretty badly for two days - I think from the burger/wing shack

There are people selling stuff in the beach which affects your calm and enjoyment. Front desk could improve as we payed for a service that was not provided. Fortunately this was resolved

Amazing staff so kind and ready to help in whichever way. The food and drinks were awesome ! The entertainment was spectacular. Went on a trip with friends and we had such a wonderful time and will be going back soon!!!!

This resort had the best customer service I have ever experienced. We arrived and the door man escorted us to the desk to check in. They offered us refreshments while we waited. The staff is so friendly and helpful

The animation is very good, prizes are given for participating in competitions. Friendly, funny and kind animators, I especially liked Keila. Night show is worthy and interesting

We had a 7-night stay, we were a group of friends, the experience was wonderful, the beach in this area was spectacular, turquoise color and transparent water

It has been a wonderful experience, we came for 4 days and have no regrets so far. The children's kids club has been wonderful and entertaining for the children and there's plenty of adult entertainment as well

throughout the day and until late night, the food is pretty exquisite also tropical, American variety as well

First of all! Best butler is Carlos Rosario! You need to get in contact with him at your arrival, he will take care of all your needs and make sure you get a VIP experience! The resort is amazing with super nice rooms and views

This was our honeymoon and we were here for 11 nights! This place is absolutely AMAZING! Ana Munoz at the Jigger bar was the BEST, she was very personal and very hard working! All of the workers were so amazing, Jenfry was our concierge and it was so kind and friendly, helped us with all! Claudia Rodriguez did a great job whipping up drinks for everyone and being so kind! :) 10/10 recommend

Ronny belicar was a wonderful and fun waiter for our experience here. He encouraged us helpfully with ordering all we were thinking about and offered smaller portions to accommodate the amount we wanted to try

Customer service is so good! I don’t normally post Google review but I had to let everyone know this is the best hotel in Dominican, if your coming from the UK do all inclusive it’s worth it

I would prefer a more lively pool area with music and more activity options, rather than the entire resort taking an ‘anti-music’ approach in both the beach and pool areas

We had a great stay here at the Barcelo Occidental Caribe. The rooms were clean, we were able to get into all of the restaurant which was a great experience

One day I left a new sunscreen on the lounge chair and it was stolen, I'm sure who it was because I saw a child approach and then they left, so if you go do not leave your things unattended especially on the beach, many people wait in lines for up to 5 drinks which often the line does not move if you want to drink something, I saw people steal the teas, sugar and take the tupperware full of food because...

I like everything except the boogie tour, they cancel the tour and dont inform or give us notice about the holiday .when we separate

The attention and service of the staff was amazing want to point that out specially for Cindi that tried to help us. We had issue with the A/C since the day we arrived, it was just like a fan no cool at all

The next day we talked with Cindi and reported the same and she tried to helped us giving us other room but we checked it first and the A/C was the same way

The pools were not very busy and the bar staff were very helpful to everyone. They have shared tipping rather than the tip going to that specific person. There are sun beds available at all times

We stayed in villa 15, right in the center of everything, close to the buffets, main areas, and the beach

The food was great as well, with lots of variety, and the resort even had a coffee machine and a barista, which was a huge plus for coffee lovers like myself. The beach was nice, with plenty of seating areas

There was seaweed in the water, but the maintenance crew was constantly cleaning it and making sure the beach stayed accessible

That said, there were a few downsides. We noticed ants on the balcony, and both my friend and I had multiple bug bites on our legs, which may have been bed bugs or possibly something from the beach, we couldn’t confirm

There was always something to do, with lots of entertainment throughout the day and night, including pool activities, dance areas, live music, and performances

My first time in Dom rep. Hotel is great. The staff are excellent. Bar staff are very friendly. David is a great guy, very professional. The pools are beautiful. I would like to come back next year with my family.

At the beach bar, Jonathan was always smiling and have a great time making the cocktails. We will definitely be back for another family break

Beach, 6 themed restaurants 2 buffet and alcohol was okay. Water park was cool and some good shows at theater

We have a great time at the Grand Sirenis Punta Cana. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Sheila, our housekeeper, was very sweet, kind and very hard worker. She keep the room clean, tidy and stock up everyday

The resort was not too busy in September which was nice because we always found a spot on the beach, by the pool, water park and best of all they always had towels

We enjoyed this resort and the food selection at the buffet was really good. The paella, seafood and soups were our favourites. My family of three (including a toddler) stayed for 6 nights and no complaints

Entertainment crew is super friendly and very engaging. Spicy, Maria, Jeffery, yarlis, and myrobi, made are stay great and always kept Us entertained pool side

The only warning I will give: There are men walking around this resort (the beach and pool areas especially) and are trying to sell you excursions - they will try be overly nice to you and then try to pressure you into booking and paying for an excursion, you have to be prepared to say “no thank you” MANY times (if you are not interested)

Leonel was an amazing hotel animator! Always smiling, full of positive energy, and incredibly engaging with guests. He made every activity fun and made everyone feel included

Before I come to this resort my favourite cocktail is espresso martini but now I think I’m addicted to those alcohol infused coffee with whipped cream on top! Also, all the desserts in this hotel are delicious, I loved it :) Really recommend this resort to anyone who wants to spend a happy vacation in the Caribbean region

Younger omelette cook with notched eyebrows is the hardest worker I have ever seen and was always so polite to me. On the boom scale I give it 5 big booms💪

Great experience at Serenade this week. The food was better than we expected (highly recommend the sushi!), the drinks were good (especially the main bar in the lobby!) the pools were great, and the beach was beautiful

It's nice to have coconut parties on the beach included as well as beach barbecues and even food trucks on the beach

Had some issues with the room that have definitely been issues for more than just our stay, whether the were brought up before and ignored or just over looked, these issues should definitely be resolved asap

Other than that, most staff were very friendly, as a woman i noticed I was treated poorly by some women staff while my husband had no issues at all

Beach & Grounds: The beach was stunning, with plenty of shaded areas and loungers. It never felt crowded, and the ground crew was up early each morning cleaning the sargassum, which kept the shoreline pristine

Pool & Entertainment: The pool area was lively, featuring a swim-up bar and daily entertainment. If you want a shaded spot, go early and reserve it with your belongings

Dining: Buffet options were somewhat limited, with a heavy focus on pork and fish. If you don’t eat pork, your choices may feel restricted, and steak or other meat dishes were rare. That said, the food was tasty overall

The pools were excellent and the beach was equally nice, however, there was seaweed covering the beach during that week which limited our use. We would definitely return to this resort

I didn't like the constant sales pitches on the Dominican beach, so I mostly stayed by my room's pool

Our swim up room was wonderful. The staff @ the pools, restaurants & beach areas were warm & welcoming going above & beyond to ensure our needs were met. We may come back in December for my birthday.

This this is only my second time out of the country and my first time in Punta Cana and 1st all inclusive. My experience has been great so far. The room was great tho I wish I would have sprung for the beach view

The property was gorgeous with plenty of swimming options, activities, and directly on the beach. Beautiful breezes everyday. Service was excellent!! Food was great, especially Portofino.

Only the beachfront restaurant, the one with the burgers and fish and chips, was really bad. I didn't have time to try the other South American restaurants

They are exceptional and friendly. Bar good the bartender and waiter are friendly, great customer services. Great water activities, the beaches and pools

I loved being able to have a private low-key access to a quiet quick-serving bar and pool especially have a long day's excursion. I hate being around people after being sun-soaked on the middle of the sea for 6 hours

We had a great time, had a room with the swim up pool, the bartender was amazing! Cristina of the team of animation was fantastic! Definitely will be going back! This was a trip to remember, my butler was incredible and arranged everything we needed
