Hotels on first line in Punta Cana

I don't have anything negative about the hotel. The bad thing for us was the beach, which was impossible to swim in, with too many waves. Children can't even play on the shore, which is extremely dangerous

If you're not interested in buying a property, don't agree to go to the point-based talk because you'll lose half your morning. And with the vendors on the beaches, you'll find better prices

If you're just looking for the beach, this isn't the hotel for you, although you can find quiet beaches within a 20-minute walk along the shore

But if you're just looking for a pool and nighttime entertainment with nightclubs, bars, and theaters, this is the perfect hotel

The food is what I think could be improved a bit more, apart from the Toro restaurant, which was high quality. The food is good but not excellent. We visited all the restaurants and they were all good

We even saw a person drowning, and thanks to the lifeguards, they were able to revive the person. The rooms are quite comfortable and large

Lovely beach but there aren't a lot of sunbeds for all the hotel guests. The pool is also nice and it's convenient that it's right by the beach and close to the bar

The hotel has a beautiful environment, beautiful sea water, comfortable beach, golf course, football field, tennis court, basketball court, and many recreational facilities on the sea

I had the best time with my huge family! Everyone who works at this resort is so wonderful and accommodating! Aniblaisy from the entertainment team turned my trip from a 10/10 to a 100/10! She was so kind to me every time we spoke! She introduced me to do some activities and I had so much fun every time! Also, a shoutout to housekeeping! Not only was my hotel room the best hotel room I’ve ever stayed...

The hotel has eleven dining halls, providing different food services

The room was nice and spacious with a huge bed. There was also a Jacuzzi in the balcony but I didn't try it. The fridge was restocked every day, including bottled water

The club is very weird, there are 3 almost naked dancers and the music seems to have stopped in time. I was transported back to the early 2000s

It wouldn't be a problem, but with a 2 year old is almost impossible to stay still. Overall amazing place and I would definitely go back again

We were in rooms 245-246 and had street noise on the weekend nights; these are standard rooms, not pool or ocean view! The rooms feel traditional and may be perceived as outdated by some; they were roomy and suitable for us

Our stay at the Paradisus Punta Cana could not have been any better. The service was superb, especially Rafael who served us daily on the beach and had our chairs set up for us every day with a smile

Great breads and baked goods, fruit, tuna or pasta salad, and plenty of breakfast options that I enjoyed! There is essentially a lobby bar and a beach bar, and we enjoyed both

Henri de Leon is a bartender at the beach bar and was a ton of fun! Meal service was always good; we appreciated how the buffet would accommodate our request to sit outside

The rooms were spacious and there a lot of “cabanas” on the beach where we were not on top of each other. I would highly recommend this hotel especially the Level

I have been treated like a queen everyday everywhere I went. I looked forward to going to the pool everyday to see the boys at the swim up bar and the lobby to see Jeisel and Patrick

Upon our arrival we were greeted with warmth and a feeling that we were the most important people there. Our Butler /Concierge Juan was and is top notch! We never wanted for anything. Reservations were made for us

From the assistant manager Juan to the young man Albo who drove the shuttle back and forth to the main lobby superb service was provided with a friendly attitude

Positives: resort gardens, rooms confortable, plenty of options for dinning, nice well maintained beach

Beautiful and huge complex with very well-kept buildings and landscapes; however, there are not enough trains during rush hours, which delay dinner reservations and excursions for guests

Negatives: room cleaning was poor, we all got sick eating buffet food, reception desk never picks up the phone, one day fresh towels were not left in room and had to wait for over an hour for these to be delivered, in premise everything is overpriced, rude treatment at front desk by some employees

Service quality was not consistent, some employees delivered outstanding customer service while others were rude, maybe more training required

We enjoyed our vacation in this resort, however there are a few things to improve

it was alright, would I go back? definitely not. Things I liked but mostly things I didn’t like.

The room, the unique experience, i wouldn't book the normal rooms from Lopesan. The beach is so near to the rooms, and the unique buffet is amazing.

Everything was good. Unique is worth the money hands down. One lobster dinner and it pays for the extra.

Overall amazing stay! Overall everything was excellent with the Unique package and the Unique amenities. The non Unique areas were not kept up properly with trash all around the pool area

Noise on the beach from the dozens of boats trying to advertise their services really had a negative effect with excessively obnoxious noise,and a detriment to the overall beach experience

Actual beach was very well maintained as was the overall property. Service personnel were very good. Food was better than most all inclusives

I have been to more than 40 countries, and this hotel is the most luxurious, well-equipped, and most thoughtful luxury hotel I have ever stayed in. It is only 3-5 minutes away from the beach

This place is amazing! Great resort! The room was very clean and it was nearby the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Tropical Deluxe Princess resort

Honey good hotel and good service

I stayed in this hotel back in 2017. The pool is amazing and they keep you entertained with fun activities during the day. The buffet is great and we specially enjoyed the restaurants we could book for no extra cost

Resort was fun! They had foam parties, large pools, servers and bartenders were great! I enjoyed the a la carte restaurants a lot, the buffet was okay! I did get food poisoning pretty badly for two days - I think from the burger/wing shack

There are people selling stuff in the beach which affects your calm and enjoyment. Front desk could improve as we payed for a service that was not provided. Fortunately this was resolved

Amazing staff so kind and ready to help in whichever way. The food and drinks were awesome ! The entertainment was spectacular. Went on a trip with friends and we had such a wonderful time and will be going back soon!!!!

This resort had the best customer service I have ever experienced. We arrived and the door man escorted us to the desk to check in. They offered us refreshments while we waited. The staff is so friendly and helpful

The animation is very good, prizes are given for participating in competitions. Friendly, funny and kind animators, I especially liked Keila. Night show is worthy and interesting

Wendy the waiter came over and ask us what we would like to eat. I told him that I would like the shrimp bisque, shrimp cocktail and I was told that they were out of shrimp cocktail, I continue with my order and he left

After having a body massage at the spa we spent all morning and early afternoon by the jacuzzi. We decided to have lunch a little after 2:00pm. We walked in the restaurant and we noticed no one greeted us by the door

He very rudely answered me, if the green salad doesn’t have avocado why would you like to change the chefs menu. Wow, that was a slap in my face, I have never been denied any small request by anyone

After 48 hours of being here at the royal club, things are not quite looking good. We are royal club members of nearly 18 years. Today was an experience that I would never forget

This was our honeymoon and we were here for 11 nights! This place is absolutely AMAZING! Ana Munoz at the Jigger bar was the BEST, she was very personal and very hard working! All of the workers were so amazing, Jenfry was our concierge and it was so kind and friendly, helped us with all! Claudia Rodriguez did a great job whipping up drinks for everyone and being so kind! :) 10/10 recommend

Ronny belicar was a wonderful and fun waiter for our experience here. He encouraged us helpfully with ordering all we were thinking about and offered smaller portions to accommodate the amount we wanted to try

Customer service is so good! I don’t normally post Google review but I had to let everyone know this is the best hotel in Dominican, if your coming from the UK do all inclusive it’s worth it

I would prefer a more lively pool area with music and more activity options, rather than the entire resort taking an ‘anti-music’ approach in both the beach and pool areas

My first time in Dom rep. Hotel is great. The staff are excellent. Bar staff are very friendly. David is a great guy, very professional. The pools are beautiful. I would like to come back next year with my family.

At the beach bar, Jonathan was always smiling and have a great time making the cocktails. We will definitely be back for another family break

We have a great time at the Grand Sirenis Punta Cana. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Sheila, our housekeeper, was very sweet, kind and very hard worker. She keep the room clean, tidy and stock up everyday

The resort was not too busy in September which was nice because we always found a spot on the beach, by the pool, water park and best of all they always had towels

We enjoyed this resort and the food selection at the buffet was really good. The paella, seafood and soups were our favourites. My family of three (including a toddler) stayed for 6 nights and no complaints

We had a great stay here at the Barcelo Occidental Caribe. The rooms were clean, we were able to get into all of the restaurant which was a great experience

One day I left a new sunscreen on the lounge chair and it was stolen, I'm sure who it was because I saw a child approach and then they left, so if you go do not leave your things unattended especially on the beach, many people wait in lines for up to 5 drinks which often the line does not move if you want to drink something, I saw people steal the teas, sugar and take the tupperware full of food because...

I like everything except the boogie tour, they cancel the tour and dont inform or give us notice about the holiday .when we separate

The attention and service of the staff was amazing want to point that out specially for Cindi that tried to help us. We had issue with the A/C since the day we arrived, it was just like a fan no cool at all

The next day we talked with Cindi and reported the same and she tried to helped us giving us other room but we checked it first and the A/C was the same way

Great experience at Serenade this week. The food was better than we expected (highly recommend the sushi!), the drinks were good (especially the main bar in the lobby!) the pools were great, and the beach was beautiful

Only feedback would be to improve the app as we couldn’t make reservations for the restaurants through it, but the guest services desk was able to help do that. Overall, would recommend and would return!

Serves us twice in two restaurants Bellrum and sportbar he such a great person and his customer service is amazing. At the Kioka sushi bar he is very entertained and also provided a great service

I loved t b e staff, the shows and the beach. The food was a little less tasty than i expected, and more music and activities would have been desirable. All in all it was a great resort.

The resort was large and very well maintained. We enjoyed the food and beverage. Grey in Guest Services and Mayelin at the pool bar were so wonderful

Most of the staff were happy and welcoming. The front desk,/reception were a little less enthusiastic at times and were not always the most helpful

The all-inclusive is great, breakfast and lunch buffet with a wide variety and good seasoning. Of the a la carte restaurants, I would give special mention to the Sensai Japanese restaurant

We stayed in September so the beach did have a lot of seaweed but the staff were out everyday trying to get rid of what they could so guests could enjoy the beach

The only negative would be how the waiters and waitresses treat some guests at meal times in the main buffet - we got ignored on a regular occasion and had to go out our way to get drinks whereas other tables around us would be getting their drinks refilled at the table and brought to them

Had an amazing time at this hotel. Upon arrival we were given a free room upgrade. This room was cleaned by Jolanda everyday who always made sure the room was spotless and we had clean towels

The pools were not very busy and the bar staff were very helpful to everyone. They have shared tipping rather than the tip going to that specific person. There are sun beds available at all times

The ground staff were constantly working hard to repair the cracked floorings (assuming from earthquakes), and the gardeners were always out making sure everything was up to standard

Big negative point the isolation of the hotel which made it impossible to really go for a walk in contact with the Dominicans etc. We had to take excursions to the hotel which were very expensive

Tip: if you wait to buy spa services you can order them from the multiple sales people (kind of annoying) however save a lot on the cost

I had the relax massage at Ambar. It was a fair experience but in general it wasn’t the greatest massage and I felt a bit beat up after
