The pools and pool area were clean. We especially enjoyed the restaurant Portofino, they had great food and service. I do however think they could improve the buffet as there weren’t many options

most of the time it was later in the day. my kids wanted a picture with a parrot. a guy was walking on the beach with a few parrots on his shoulders. for 4 or 5 pictures that we took. it was $50 US dollars for both kids

Junior made it a point to reach out to us on a daily basis. We always ask for Raul because of his charming personality. He was always smiling and service was impeccable. We would come back in a second

The staff is very friendly and professional, the resort is very clean and comfortable, we had a jacuzzi on our balcony, champagne and Rum. The restaurants are nice with different types of menus

This resort had the best customer service I have ever experienced. We arrived and the door man escorted us to the desk to check in. They offered us refreshments while we waited. The staff is so friendly and helpful

There are people selling stuff in the beach which affects your calm and enjoyment. Front desk could improve as we payed for a service that was not provided. Fortunately this was resolved

The waitress Ferdinand at this buffet is very attentive and loves doing whatever she can to make your experience top notch. Raphael, the bartender at the pool, is very pleasant and makes great drinks

We chose the hotel for a long time and chose this hotel and were not mistaken. The staff is very friendly, the food is delicious, our breakfast was included. We had lunch and dinner in a cafe, the price is normal

The proximity to the ocean and the beach in this area is really one of the best - white sand that does not heat up in the sun, azure water, almost always without waves. If there are waves, then they are small

Very tranquil. Nice area to relax, walk the marina, chill by the pool or venture over to Api Beach or Playa Juanillo.

The apt was spacious and well laid out, comfortable, a very nice pool just walking out the door of our terrace and nevertheless quiet, full kitchen (which we didn't use but that is great if you're there for a longer stay), great A/C

Amazing place to vacation. This resort had everything in their premises ( restaurants, markets, club, cigar club, pharmacy). Very safe as well

Hotel is sufficient for singles or family stay. The room has all amenities and stores, restaurants and other services are very close by. Thw room has a kitchenette with stove top

The beach is a 10 minutes walk from the hotel

I liked the hotel very much! Food, living conditions, service - everything is at the highest level. But the main thing is that the nature and the magnificent sea left the most favorable impression.

We met, as usual, with a smile, everyone was positive. There are more individuals, but everyone has enough of everything, they adapt to everything. The food is fluctuating and delicious

The place is safe, clean, calm, & quiet (which I loved) The pool is to die for I spent most of my days there, I had a one bedbroom studio apartment which was huge it had all pots & utensils to cook , the super market is walking distance from the hotel, (however if u have lot of groceries a taxi is offer for additional price)

Despite that once they got an idea as to what you wanted they were ALWAYS willing to help. The pool was clean and welcoming. The area is quiet which is great for rest and relaxation

If you didnt plan any activities u can just hang around the premises Punta Cana is that safe, or you can ask the staff for my man "LOULOU" one of the staff there, he's polite, respectful and will move heaven & earth to make ur staying more splendid

The staff are nice, proffesional, the manager was great she took her time to explain everything despite the language barriers & gave me the best cup of coffee the island had to offer mind you I'm a tea person but that coffee was savory

There's food court acros the supermakert please please go u wont regret it. The only donwside is the beach is not that close you need an uber (15-20min drive)

We stayed there for 7 days we just checked out actually. the hotel was clean and spacious the staff didnt speak much english so communication was a challenge
