Hotels with heated pool in Punta Cana

We had both been assigned the same room and had to all go back to reception to have things straightened out - People were smoking inside the resort where there were “no smoking” signs - Many tiles in the pools had come loose and we sitting detached at the bottom of the pools - a few of the waterslides were broken and taped off to not be used

- Rooms were not well cleaned and are run down - We saw 4 cockroaches in our room during the 4 night stay - Checkin was confusing and we were not given towel cards, or provided the log in for the wifi - After we got to our room another family showed up with keys to our room

Everything was perfect, from the food, the location, and the staff's attention, making the stay excellent. Highly recommended and a huge thumbs-up from Chayanne!

The party aspect is amazing but in terms of quality food, beverages, or cleanliness it is only okay. The service is not 5 star either.

Carmen Vazquez makes the daily entertainment each evening lively, fun and inclusive. Ramon and Santos at the main pool are familia! The service is impeccable

We are currently staying here and we are having an amazing time. Our Master Suite Swim-Up is fabulous. It’s so nice to have my morning meditation right outside my room then enjoy a morning swim

Soft white sand, gentle surf, warm water! The food was beautifully presented but fairly bland and many things were not hot on the buffet. The bread, fruit and coffee were amazing all the time

This resort had the best customer service I have ever experienced. We arrived and the door man escorted us to the desk to check in. They offered us refreshments while we waited. The staff is so friendly and helpful

There are people selling stuff in the beach which affects your calm and enjoyment. Front desk could improve as we payed for a service that was not provided. Fortunately this was resolved

We chose the hotel for a long time and chose this hotel and were not mistaken. The staff is very friendly, the food is delicious, our breakfast was included. We had lunch and dinner in a cafe, the price is normal

The proximity to the ocean and the beach in this area is really one of the best - white sand that does not heat up in the sun, azure water, almost always without waves. If there are waves, then they are small

I have been stayed here for around 2months and absolutely satisfied with my stay here. It is a family hotel, cosy and clean. Dominga is very welcoming and generous person, if you need anything, you will get it

Absolutely nice and affordable place to stay. Lots of cafes and bars around, the beach is close. Kitchen, big fridge, air cons, fans, different rooms for different budgets

The breakfast here is amazing and fresh - the staff is super kind and speak both Spanish / English 👍🏼 I highly recommend this place if you are in the area.

If you like hot showers, I would look somewhere else. There were only a few days where I could take hot showers. The water was typically cool no matter how long you let it run. Most def a water heating problem

I give it a 3 because I went for the experience among the locals which I definitely got. The trip was at the last minute so I wasn’t expecting anything fancy. Don’t come here unless you are on a tight budget

Los apartamentos son espaciosos, limpios y hermosos! Al menos por dentro, por fuera no te dará la impresión de que son así por dentro. Tiene buena ubicación ya que tiene la playa cerca

The apartment has everything you need. Balcony has 4 rockers and a fan to chill in the evening. Pool was cleaned daily and comfortable sun loungers. Supermarket on the corner and plenty of restaurants to choose from

The apartment has everything you need for a short or long term stay. Sitting on the balcony over the pool watching the sun go down is fantastic

Small but well stocked supermarket on your doorstep, Bus stop next to supermarket. Stayed in this apartment 2 years ago and will stay again
