The people who work here were very nice and welcoming. The rooms are very comfortable and we had the view of the pool. The food here is very good since they have a variety of restaurants
The only thing is the alcohol is not very strong. I liked how they have so many things to do in the resort and you can’t get bored
For the most part everything was really nice! The restaurants had great service and the food was very good. The one thing to be mindful of. if u room needs to be cleaned…they don’t come by early
most of the time it was later in the day. my kids wanted a picture with a parrot. a guy was walking on the beach with a few parrots on his shoulders. for 4 or 5 pictures that we took. it was $50 US dollars for both kids
One day, our group rented a cabana on the beach. We enjoyed being pampered and having lunch delivered right there to us
Friendly staff, efficient in all areas, beautiful and comfortable rooms. The pools are wonderful but the beach is amazing

Amazing staff so kind and ready to help in whichever way. The food and drinks were awesome ! The entertainment was spectacular. Went on a trip with friends and we had such a wonderful time and will be going back soon!!!!
This resort had the best customer service I have ever experienced. We arrived and the door man escorted us to the desk to check in. They offered us refreshments while we waited. The staff is so friendly and helpful
The resort is absolutely beautiful and extremely well kept. One improve would be the reservation times for restaurants. You have a very small window in the day to make them

We chose the hotel for a long time and chose this hotel and were not mistaken. The staff is very friendly, the food is delicious, our breakfast was included. We had lunch and dinner in a cafe, the price is normal
The proximity to the ocean and the beach in this area is really one of the best - white sand that does not heat up in the sun, azure water, almost always without waves. If there are waves, then they are small
Great hotel, good grounds and level of service. The hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. It's just that there are good conditions and low prices. I recommend.

I have been stayed here for around 2months and absolutely satisfied with my stay here. It is a family hotel, cosy and clean. Dominga is very welcoming and generous person, if you need anything, you will get it
Absolutely nice and affordable place to stay. Lots of cafes and bars around, the beach is close. Kitchen, big fridge, air cons, fans, different rooms for different budgets
The breakfast here is amazing and fresh - the staff is super kind and speak both Spanish / English 👍🏼 I highly recommend this place if you are in the area.
If you like hot showers, I would look somewhere else. There were only a few days where I could take hot showers. The water was typically cool no matter how long you let it run. Most def a water heating problem
I give it a 3 because I went for the experience among the locals which I definitely got. The trip was at the last minute so I wasn’t expecting anything fancy. Don’t come here unless you are on a tight budget

The apartment has everything you need. Balcony has 4 rockers and a fan to chill in the evening. Pool was cleaned daily and comfortable sun loungers. Supermarket on the corner and plenty of restaurants to choose from
The apartment has everything you need for a short or long term stay. Sitting on the balcony over the pool watching the sun go down is fantastic
Small but well stocked supermarket on your doorstep, Bus stop next to supermarket. Stayed in this apartment 2 years ago and will stay again

Ik ging voor een week naar Santo Domingo en daar aangekomen, werd ik door de heer Charles aangeboden, om historische plaatsen van Santo Domingo te bezoeken. Dit heb ik nooit eerder meegemaakt
Op het terrein is er een gezamenlijke zwembad, een fitnessruimte, een bar en de mogelijkheid om te kunnen barbecueën. Tussen door werd er door de heer Charles naar mijn verblijf geïnformeerd
Bij mijn aankomst werd ik door de gastheer Charles keurig ontvangen. Men komt niet binnen de accommodatie zonder een pas of legitimatie
Hartelijk dank voor alles Charles. PS: Dit was mijn eerste keer in de Dominicaanse republiek
Ik kreeg de nodige informaties om mijn verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken
