I enjoyed myself at the resort. The food was better than I've had in DR before. The rooms were nice. This property is simply too big. There are trolleys, but they don't come frequently enough or were full. My room was a 30-minute walk from the beach. I got in around 10k steps each day. That's not what I want on a relaxing vacation.

Buffet is delicious and so much variety how can anyone complain is beyond me...

Amazing service! They always made sure we were taken care of. The food was AMAZING everywhere we went, especially the unique buffet on the beach. The Unique package was definitely worth it, especially if you plan to visit during peak months. Our butler Victor was the best! He was so attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Every staff member looked happy to be there....

Overall, this hotel is great! Everything you need is here. It is a beautiful property with many things to do day and night. They do definitely need to improve on 3 things. 1. Maintaining the air conditioning in the rooms (they don't work well) 2. Cleaning/maintaining the common areas and public bathrooms better. 3. Customer Service. Lopesan was absolutely amazing and breathtaking. This was my first time in a resort In Punta Cana and I cannot wait to come back but for more days for sure. The food was amazing. The service is outstanding from the moment you walk in Til the moment you leave . The drinks were very good and the reservations for the restaurant you definitely have to try it . Couldn’t book the Asian nor the Mexican one...

Claribel and Domingo, great service. I really appreciated their hospitality. They were friendly and keep our stay enjoyable. You have to stay adults only so you can experience this service. The only deficiency is a lack of snacks at the adults only pool. It would be great if they grilled chicken, beef, or something at the pool for adults only guest!

I had the relax massage at Ambar. It was a fair experience but in general it wasn’t the greatest massage and I felt a bit beat up after. Tip: if you wait to buy spa services you can order them from the multiple sales people (kind of annoying) however save a lot on the cost.

Gigantic hotel complex.... You can get around well with the shuttles.... The main restaurant choice is not bad at all... The beach is pretty but a lot of waves and watch out for touts on the beach... Big negative point the isolation of the hotel which made it impossible to really go for a walk in contact with the Dominicans etc... We had to take excursions to the hotel which were very expensive......

Nice Spa on the Beach. The massage was very good but they are very expensive. 60h min. 110$, 50min 99$ (actual there is an offer for 75$). I booked the 50min but the massage was actual only 40min. That‘s the Reading whu they lost 2stars.

This this is only my second time out of the country and my first time in Punta Cana and 1st all inclusive. My experience has been great so far. The room was great tho I wish I would have sprung for the beach view. My view is still great but nothing beats a beach view. The give you a glass of champagne when you arrive.
