Lovely beach but there aren't a lot of sunbeds for all the hotel guests. The pool is also nice and it's convenient that it's right by the beach and close to the bar

The hotel has a beautiful environment, beautiful sea water, comfortable beach, golf course, football field, tennis court, basketball court, and many recreational facilities on the sea

I had the best time with my huge family! Everyone who works at this resort is so wonderful and accommodating! Aniblaisy from the entertainment team turned my trip from a 10/10 to a 100/10! She was so kind to me every time we spoke! She introduced me to do some activities and I had so much fun every time! Also, a shoutout to housekeeping! Not only was my hotel room the best hotel room I’ve ever stayed...

The hotel has eleven dining halls, providing different food services

The room was nice and spacious with a huge bed. There was also a Jacuzzi in the balcony but I didn't try it. The fridge was restocked every day, including bottled water

The club is very weird, there are 3 almost naked dancers and the music seems to have stopped in time. I was transported back to the early 2000s

It wouldn't be a problem, but with a 2 year old is almost impossible to stay still. Overall amazing place and I would definitely go back again

We were in rooms 245-246 and had street noise on the weekend nights; these are standard rooms, not pool or ocean view! The rooms feel traditional and may be perceived as outdated by some; they were roomy and suitable for us

Our stay at the Paradisus Punta Cana could not have been any better. The service was superb, especially Rafael who served us daily on the beach and had our chairs set up for us every day with a smile

Great breads and baked goods, fruit, tuna or pasta salad, and plenty of breakfast options that I enjoyed! There is essentially a lobby bar and a beach bar, and we enjoyed both

Henri de Leon is a bartender at the beach bar and was a ton of fun! Meal service was always good; we appreciated how the buffet would accommodate our request to sit outside

Positives: resort gardens, rooms confortable, plenty of options for dinning, nice well maintained beach

Beautiful and huge complex with very well-kept buildings and landscapes; however, there are not enough trains during rush hours, which delay dinner reservations and excursions for guests

Negatives: room cleaning was poor, we all got sick eating buffet food, reception desk never picks up the phone, one day fresh towels were not left in room and had to wait for over an hour for these to be delivered, in premise everything is overpriced, rude treatment at front desk by some employees

Service quality was not consistent, some employees delivered outstanding customer service while others were rude, maybe more training required

We enjoyed our vacation in this resort, however there are a few things to improve

it was alright, would I go back? definitely not. Things I liked but mostly things I didn’t like.

The room, the unique experience, i wouldn't book the normal rooms from Lopesan. The beach is so near to the rooms, and the unique buffet is amazing.

He very rudely answered me, if the green salad doesn’t have avocado why would you like to change the chefs menu. Wow, that was a slap in my face, I have never been denied any small request by anyone

After 48 hours of being here at the royal club, things are not quite looking good. We are royal club members of nearly 18 years. Today was an experience that I would never forget

We found our way to the nearest table and sat. One of the waitresses notice that we were sitting and asked us what we would like to drink, we placed our order of drinks

I stayed in this hotel back in 2017. The pool is amazing and they keep you entertained with fun activities during the day. The buffet is great and we specially enjoyed the restaurants we could book for no extra cost

Resort was fun! They had foam parties, large pools, servers and bartenders were great! I enjoyed the a la carte restaurants a lot, the buffet was okay! I did get food poisoning pretty badly for two days - I think from the burger/wing shack

There are people selling stuff in the beach which affects your calm and enjoyment. Front desk could improve as we payed for a service that was not provided. Fortunately this was resolved

Amazing staff so kind and ready to help in whichever way. The food and drinks were awesome ! The entertainment was spectacular. Went on a trip with friends and we had such a wonderful time and will be going back soon!!!!

This resort had the best customer service I have ever experienced. We arrived and the door man escorted us to the desk to check in. They offered us refreshments while we waited. The staff is so friendly and helpful

The animation is very good, prizes are given for participating in competitions. Friendly, funny and kind animators, I especially liked Keila. Night show is worthy and interesting

Beautiful hotel with an amazing location however there is a lot of room for improvement. The room is not properly clean, there is always a towel or water missing. They basically do the bed and that is it

Beautiful resort located very near the airport and outside experiences, however EVERYTHING you need is on property. We stayed on the adult side, but have access to the family side

Also you definitely have to upgrade the room for the privilege option otherwise the room is terrible. Old, the door had a big gap underneath, the fridge was not working and the smell was not good

The staff in the main dining don't care for us at all. The steak house guys were amazing. And why would u have a bar that some ppl can drink from and some can't? And that bar happens to be at the pool are you guys crazy?

It's lovely to have amenities and dining on the beach as well as the natural juice bar but on the other side not the Royal side you can get crepes on the beach and they have a much bigger privilege Beach area

Our wedding photographer and videographer were also super amazing, they captured incredible moments and made a beautiful video. My whole party doesn’t stop talking about how amazing the entire trip and wedding was

Wonderful fun time at Serenade Punta Cana. The entertainment staff is fabulous, Marino, Francis, Stephanie and Maria provided us with lots of fun everyday

The bar staff, and serving staff were extremely friendly, and pleasant to have, our DJ understood our crowds vibe and carried out the wedding perfectly

My wedding coordinator Loraine Mercedes made my day absolutely amazing, she made my vision come true and carried everything out beautifully

The only reason 4 star for service and not lower is because Loraine was absolutely phenomenal

I was hesitant in the beginning, but I can confidently say, she is amazing at her job

The animation team was amazing and had entertainment all day long at the beach in the morning on the beach, afternoon by the pool and awesome dancing with Blue in the lobby at night

The hotel itself is excellent, the food is very good. The sun loungers are more or less so. The beach is excellent. The best in Punta Cana. A very good pool.

It was an unforgettable experience, we liked everything! The hotel is constantly being maintained and this provides facilities in good condition

The all-inclusive is great, breakfast and lunch buffet with a wide variety and good seasoning. Of the a la carte restaurants, I would give special mention to the Sensai Japanese restaurant

Food was 7/10 but they had a lot of different options. The servers were all very nice and we liked our butler a lot. We were right on the beach and right by the pool

You can get around well with the shuttles. The main restaurant choice is not bad at all. The beach is pretty but a lot of waves and watch out for touts on the beach

The massage was very good but they are very expensive. 110$, 50min 99$ (actual there is an offer for 75$). I booked the 50min but the massage was actual only 40min. That‘s the Reading whu they lost 2stars

Big negative point the isolation of the hotel which made it impossible to really go for a walk in contact with the Dominicans etc. We had to take excursions to the hotel which were very expensive

Tip: if you wait to buy spa services you can order them from the multiple sales people (kind of annoying) however save a lot on the cost

Miguel was the best server ever! We are here for our honeymoon and it was such a lovely experience! Our best meal of the week with phenomenal food at Oregano with server Miguel! We also had the romantic dinner next to the beach and Joan was our server and it was amazing! The service was incredible and the food was to die for!! Plus the view 🥰🥰 such an amazing dinner to celebrate our marriage!

This this is only my second time out of the country and my first time in Punta Cana and 1st all inclusive. My experience has been great so far. The room was great tho I wish I would have sprung for the beach view

My view is still great but nothing beats a beach view. The give you a glass of champagne when you arrive. There was a bottle of champagne waiting for me in my room

I’ve only tried 2 restaurants here so far but what I’ve tried at Oregano and The Grill has been decent. Wish I would’ve come with someone but Overall I will be coming back

Everyone works hard and goes above and beyond to allow an enjoyable experience. The resort was very well maintained, clean and beautiful. The pools and lazy river were awesome. We would definitely return in the future

The food was amazing; they also have this coffee shop that makes the perfect spot for snacks and drinks. The beach was so clean; the only problem was the vicious waves that made it hard to swim in

This all inclusive resort is very nice. The covid rules are followed by all staff and enforced. The food is not fine dining, but it tastes OK and there is a lot of choice. The entertainment team is awesome

Rooms were great and housekeeping was wonderful. The beach was nice and clean and the water was super clear. Superb service from front desk and check in was quite fast

Me and my wife decided to get away from all the madness back home in the states. We booked this trip for 5 days and it was phenomenal. The staff were kind and friendly. Every one at the resort practiced social distancing

We stayed in the Reserve, went to the beach reserve and Martin was fantastic! Every morning heading down to the beach, he made sure we had an amazing view of the ocean and had the drinks coming! I would definitely ask for Martin when at the Reserve Beach! Irvin was our concierge, he was also just as amazing! Super relaxing hotel, nightly entertainment that was relaxed and fun!

Our stay was Great! This is such a Beautiful resort!! The staff have done such a Wonderful job making this an Awesome vacation!! Everyday our room was found spotless and the minibar stocked with all kinds of goodies

We came to this resort as family and Raul took care of us the whole time we were there. His service was top-notch! He truly made our experience much better

One thing I recommend is playing more music throughout the day at the pool. And also the parties need to be better because it’s mostly American music but it should be more of Spanish music and it should be all night

The hotel is nice, people here are very friendly and inclusive. If you are part of the travel club you can go to a members only private beach and it feels like your own beach because barely anyone is there

At the pool, Willy, the bartender would save our seats for us so no matter what time of day we arrived we would have seats right by the pool in the shade. He also made sure to always have a drink in hand as well

The pools are so pretty and service is constant your drink never gets empty! Tons of chairs at the pool with some in the sun and others under super cute umbrellas so you can choose the amount of sun

The resort has potential; there appears to be preference with the guest, I had no trouble but people that were with me did ask the spoke Spanish and not English

It was so relaxing, clean, great staff. Jessica and Brigida was so helpful thank you. Also love how safe I felt especially during Covid. Just one thing I have to say i would recommend some music on the pool side

I loved being able to have a private low-key access to a quiet quick-serving bar and pool especially have a long day's excursion. I hate being around people after being sun-soaked on the middle of the sea for 6 hours

The buffet options changed fairly regularly and we didn't ever get tired of what was available. The night time singers and karaoke were fun! The beach was beautiful! I would definutely recommend this resort!

The beach is beautiful and we did not have trouble finding beach chairs, though overall the resort was much more crowded than we expected (including the swim up bar). It can be difficult to get drinks on the beach

Avoid the La Bodega restaurant. All in all, it was a really wonderful vacation. The property is beautiful and you can’t beat the location on the beach

We found that the staff did not come to us, but we had to flag them down, and they did not walk by often. The food in the restaurants was not very good, except for the Krystal and Luigi restaurants, which we liked

I do not have children my self however I would feel very comfortable when I do bring my children here knowing that the staff would treat them very good and interact with them
