The property is great. The food is just ok. The service is poor almost everywhere with some exceptions. The staff needs proper training as it seemed most did not enjoy their job. At the hotel, my pregnant wife and I were held up at the entrance because we couldn't get in until 3 p.m., and they made us wait on the street outside the hotel. We called reception to ask if they could please do anything, and in a tone that said we didn't care, they told us "company policy."
