It had really good food like French toast, muffins, donuts and more for breakfast. It had plenty of fancy restaurants with authentic cultural dishes and more. Very friendly staff. Accommodating for those with allergies. Our family of 13 went and had many adventures and lasting memories! I had a medical emergency and everyone was excellent helping out with arrangements and being sure I had a comfortable stay!

I think the service can get better and the only thing i didn't like was that this Hotel doesn't has a disco. Have been here twice, loved it both times looking forward to returning again. Beautiful nature, birds , peacocks, so restful. Staff are diligent in every department. I just came back yesterday and had to share my experience at Eden Rock Cap Cana. This place is amazing. Top notch service from the moment you step into the lobby until the moment you leave. The staff truly cares about their patrons and it shows in the service. Jaime was the best concierge i have ever had. He is definitely an asset to the hotel. My only regret is not booking a longer stay.

Tortuga Bay is great. Friendly staff, you own golf cart for travel and bikes are all included. We had a great time and the kids loved it. Bonus is you get access to the other resorts within Punta Cana resort so there's always somewhere to visit.

There is no safe, no surveillance cameras, you can save your things as you wish, the safes are faulty, why write that there is a safe in the room if it does not work, it is a scam. This place is amazing...! The staff and incredibly helpful, friendly, and make you feel very welcome. The food is delicious, and everything I've had so far has been great. My wife and I love to travel, our favorite country is the Domenican Republic. Very clean sea and beaches. The Hotel Tropicana Suites Deluxe is our favorite hotel. Have stayed three times. This is our 4th time returning to Tortuga Bay and we hope to be back again soon. The grounds are lovely, the room is clean, the food is delicious, and THE SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. From the housekeeping, to the villa manager, to the restaurant staff, to the beach staff….everyone does a top-level job. They are kind and friendly and accommodating and hard-working.

Beautiful place to stay. The home is in a great location with great amenities, very spacious and conveniently located to local restaurants as well as the market and the Mall. Maxima, the housekeeper, is very professional, competent, nice and prepared the meals PERFECTLY!!!! She was never in the way and was always available if need be.

The suites were beautiful and the beach fantastic! In the summer there is a tendency to have a lot a seaweed wash up on shore but daily the resort removed much of it. The food was very good and in addition to buffets there were restaurants included. We all had a fantastic time and definitely would go back!

The proximity to the ocean and the beach in this area is really one of the best - white sand that does not heat up in the sun, azure water, almost always without waves. If there are waves, then they are small. Paradise Beach is 30 meters away.
