It had really good food like French toast, muffins, donuts and more for breakfast. It had plenty of fancy restaurants with authentic cultural dishes and more. I think the service can get better and the only thing i didn't like was that this Hotel doesn't has a disco. Had an amazing time with my kids and family. This place offers everything you need to get away from the rat race. Beach was perfect I love the people that come around selling things. There is no safe, no surveillance cameras, you can save your things as you wish, the safes are faulty, why write that there is a safe in the room if it does not work, it is a scam. It is a beautiful place, located in a privileged area of Dominican Republic with unbelievable beaches, and good price. Visited on March 2021, due to the pandemic the politic of the hotel includes the same couple of towels to be changed every 3 days. So, same towel for bath, pool and beach (terrible). Also the pool needs to be clean. Otherwise, good customer care and the staff is very friendly.

It was a fantastic stay! Staff is really nice, despite the fact that the visitors are ugly and stupid and believe they are the centre of the universe. We applaud their patience because, during our check-in, we were hysterically crawling over the front desk.
