Apartment Hotels in Punta Cana

I loved t b e staff, the shows and the beach. The food was a little less tasty than i expected, and more music and activities would have been desirable. All in all it was a great resort.

The resort was large and very well maintained. We enjoyed the food and beverage. Grey in Guest Services and Mayelin at the pool bar were so wonderful. They really know what hospitality and service are and made our stay great.

Liked: -Beach is excellent, clear water, clean sand, beach gear, and bars for drinks and snacks. -Cafe. -Room service. -kids enjoyed the pools. -Room location, layout and its size. Disliked: Very limited lights in the room. Only 2 wall outlets and were not functioning. AC unit is very old and super noisy, specially at night Beds were not comfortable. Restaurants are always booked, we were not able...

Beautiful resort! Would have been a 5 star had we not had a couple of disappointing moments with a few members of staff. Would definitely visit again.

The property is beautiful. The food and service was excellent. The only thing that was awful was that all the pillows smelled like head sweat horribly. We had to ask for them to be changed. We have never experienced this problem.

I was looking at a few different resorts and decided on Iberorstar Selection. I'm going to use this review to dispell some of the negatives i read about in other reviews: 1 - Food - Better than expected. Lots of options. At lunch there was always pizza and burgers at the grill, a pretty legit salar bar (including stuff like beet hummus) a make your own taco bar and then some rotating stations...

We have a front row condo. The view is unbeatable!. White sand and turquoise water. Boats complete the scenery. The people are great! Everyone is always happy. It is not crowded like other resorts. It is a place to rest while enjoying the Caribbean. Bars, restaurants, a spa, gym, etc. Love coming back year after year!

Excellent customer service, staff was helpful and happy. Food was good and apartments were well appointed, modern decor and with a great beach view. Very relaxed and quiet, great for families. Some of the best service I have experienced in all inclusive resorts here.

It was a family vacation. We enjoyed our trip. Our kids were very happy with the kids activities. Food was great in every restaurants. Pool excellent beach needs some more attention. Must of the Staff were very attractive and polite. Some others didn't look so happy, maybe you guys can handle that part because it is not good impression for customers. However we had a great time.

My wife, my children and me went for a week vacation and had an excellent stay everyone was very attentive and polite. Rooms are excellent and very clean everything worked properly. The food has a very good quality and much variety. Animation is good specially for kids. I have not complaint at all.

It is located in a very poor area and with a lot of noise until the wee hours of the morning. The sector is pretty ugly The food very bad. Without flavor. very few options. The à la carte restaurants are very small. Difficult to make a reservation The decoration of the room without any grace, the poorly made bed. Very small body towels. They put a scale that does not work

It was a fantastic stay! Staff is really nice, despite the fact that the visitors are ugly and stupid and believe they are the centre of the universe. We applaud their patience because, during our check-in, we were hysterically crawling over the front desk.

My wife and I love to travel, our favorite country is the Domenican Republic. Very clean sea and beaches. The Hotel Tropicana Suites Deluxe is our favorite hotel. Have stayed three times. Everything is on the level. The staff is polite, the rooms are not large, but cozy, the food is delicious. Not a bad hotel!
