It is good place for the price that you are paying.You don't have your room cleaned every day and new towels but if you requested they will do it.The host was very kind and he recommended us very nice trips and restaurants.We had issue with the WiFi last 2 days.

Nice apartment, good location and friendly people. If you want to save some money it is a good choice and you can find some cheap restaurant to eat in the area.

The proximity to the ocean and the beach in this area is really one of the best - white sand that does not heat up in the sun, azure water, almost always without waves. If there are waves, then they are small. Paradise Beach is 30 meters away.

We chose the hotel for a long time and chose this hotel and were not mistaken. The staff is very friendly, the food is delicious, our breakfast was included. We had lunch and dinner in a cafe, the price is normal. The beach is excellent, the sea is excellent. In general, we rested very well

The apt was spacious and well laid out, comfortable, a very nice pool just walking out the door of our terrace and nevertheless quiet, full kitchen (which we didn't use but that is great if you're there for a longer stay), great A/C

Great place for a family holiday ... clean, spacious, very bright ... the pool is big enough and maintained every day ... the staff is more than friendly. Scooters for rent always available and the wi fi works great ... you get much more than paid ... thanks for a quality vacation..

Apartahotel Villa Facal is the ideal place to rent for as long as you want. Here you have a furnished apartment, a swimming pool, a good view and the beach just a 7-minute walk away. Spectacular!

Totally neglected, damaged, dirty, old buildings, bad smell... This complex has never been remodeled since its inception, it has old and shabby furniture, as much as you demand the owner turns a blind eye, the mattresses cause skin rashes, impossible to sleep. From my point of view, I would not return or stay in this complex.

I went to DR for my Bday, I stayed at this hotel. The place is safe, clean, calm, & quiet (which I loved) The pool is to die for I spent most of my days there, I had a one bedbroom studio apartment which was huge it had all pots & utensils to cook , the super market is walking distance from the hotel, (however if u have lot of groceries a taxi is offer for additional price). I really liked the apartment, very comfortable except for the TV which was old and we couldn't connect to anything but local cable, when there was a curfew. Staff was nice. Our apartment keys never worked and that was a headache. Once it was time to checkout, the manager was nowhere to be found. They asked us to wait until 9am, which we did, and then asked us to wait an extra 30 minutes which we didn...

We stayed there for 7 days we just checked out actually...the hotel was clean and spacious the staff didnt speak much english so communication was a challenge. Despite that once they got an idea as to what you wanted they were ALWAYS willing to help. The pool was clean and welcoming. The area is quiet which is great for rest and relaxation...we will be back...soon

Excellent services, beach, supermarkets and restaurant nearby, super clean, and the attentions of its employees very good, mainly Mr. Rafael de la Cruz, very attentive at all times. If you want a quiet and pleasant place, they can visit it.

Clean tidey confortable family place

They welcomed us even after the hurricane when they weren't ready for any guests. Perfect room, big bed, fridge, oven and stove, bathroom, TV, WiFi, air-conditioning. So one day after the hurricane Maria we had everything. The breakfast was a little poor but at least something! We enjoyed it. Thank you.
