Majestic Mirage Punta Cana, All Suites - All Inclusive

Our first trip to Majestic mirage and definitely won’t be the last. We had Beautiful room with a private rooftop jacuzzi. This was an amazing resort and the staff were absolutely spectacular.. The staff was Super friendly and helpful and always ready and willing to help. Always greeting us with a smile. With the being said, Bolivar, our amazing butler made it all happen for us. Always attending to our needs and making sure we got the best experience and stay. He was absolutely fantastic. Would definitely recommend this resort for anyone looking for a nice, safe and fun stay.

I was here for a week and it was very enjoyable. Lots of entertainment and perfect getaway for a young couple. This resort was not sleepy and had activities during the day and late night options. The rooms are giant and we loved our butler Cesar. He made sure to go out of his way to find us and make sure our stay was great. The most notable restaurants are the sushi bar and steakhouse. The martini bar was a pluuuuus. Drinks are strong and top shelf. We loved our bartender at the pool Luis Franklin. The activity staff was super lively and Kenny is the Barbie queen.

Such a Beautiful Resort!! We had a great vacation. We really enjoyed the clean beach, pool, all the restaurants/bars and all the daily entertainments. The Butler service was fantastic, Bolivar is great and very quick to respond!! The entertainment team goes above and beyond to ensure everyone Is having a great time. The Foam Party, Karoke, and Michael Jackson show were awesome, Kudos to the entertainment team Chocolate, Luisa, Orlando, and Kenny!! We also really loved the Steakhouse and Japanese restaurant, the food was so delicious and the staff were so attentive and fun!! Singing and making sure everyone was having a good time.

First visit here, we WILL return a thousand times more! The resort is extremely welcoming and pristine, including all the shared restroom spaces. From our butler, Cesar, to our room keeper, Elena, and restaurant staff Valentin, Naomi, and David, thank you for making us feel like your number one priority during the entire stay. Every employee at the resort is amazing and friendly. I love all the options that are available within a few minute walk, pharmacy, shopping, on site medical provider, spa, and several dining options. We never got tired of food options and stayed for 7 days. An abundance of cabanas and loungers on the beach and poolside. Beach area is super clean. I could have done without the vendors trying to sell stuff but is not a deterant for our return and I respect their mission. Resort is respectful of quiet hours. We also loved they have an adult only side that offers an inside snack/bar area, beach access and pool. By far the best resort! We'll see you soon!

Majestic Mirage Punta Cana is an absolute paradise. From the moment you step into the resort, you're greeted with unparalleled hospitality. The rooms are spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities you could ask for. One of the highlights of the resort is the food. With multiple gourmet restaurants serving a variety of cuisines, including Italian, Japanese, and French. Beyond the dining options, there are plenty of activities to keep you entertained. From lounging by the pool with a refreshing cocktail in hand to participating in water sports or activities on the beach. But perhaps the most memorable aspect of the resort is the staff. Warm, friendly, and always attentive to guests' needs, particularly our butler, Alejandro. He went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect.

Our stay at majestic mirage was so fun! The resort is beautiful and the staff is so welcoming and friendly. The drinks are delicious and the beaches are perfect. Jose Jacobs our butler in particular was fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay we could. He was so kind and professional and shows he loves what he does. We’ll definitely request him next time we get a chance to come back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Majestic Mirage in Punta Cana, and I must say, it was an experience beyond compare. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The resort itself is a paradise, meticulously maintained and surrounded by beauty at every turn.

One of the highlights of our stay was lunch at the beach buffet, where we were treated to a view that was truly spectacular and breathtaking. Every member of the staff we encountered was not only friendly and courteous but also appeared genuinely happy to assist us in any way they could.

I must give a special shoutout to our butler, Jose Jacobs, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. From promptly answering our questions to arranging special requests like spa appointments and dinner reservations, Jose was always there to take care of every detail. He even made sure we had specific drinks in our room, a thoughtful touch that truly made us feel pampered. Jose stayed in contact with us throughout our stay, ensuring that we were having an amazing time.

The only downfall of our experience was the food. While there was an abundant amount of options available day and night, it unfortunately wasn't the most memorable aspect of our trip. Room service on our first night was inedible, which was disappointing. However, despite this small setback, it's worth noting that the food wasn't a deal-breaker for us. We still plan on returning to the Majestic Mirage because, overall, our experience was nothing short of incredible.

In conclusion, if you're looking for a beautiful, luxurious getaway with exceptional service and breathtaking views, look no further than the Majestic Mirage in Punta Cana. With just a few tweaks to the dining experience, this resort would be flawless. Nonetheless, we can't wait to return for another unforgettable vacation.

This resort was both clean and beautiful and our butler Montero was great! Would 10/10 recommend him to anyone staying here. I was here for a wedding over spring break and the ceremony was gorgeous! I have stayed at other all-inclusive resorts and prefer a main pool for games and activities. The buffet could be improved upon, but otherwise no complaints. We had a great time!

We stayed at Majestic Mirage 4 nights with our 15 year old son during Spring Break. Overall the resort is great, amazing landscape and beach, beautiful architecture and friendly service.. Rooms are spacious and overall clean. The entertainment shows at night were better than average.. Our Butler Bolivar was great, very helpful, paid attention to all details, he was very responsive and handled all we need in a timely manner. I ‘d recommend this resort if you want a no hassle beach vacation at a fantastic location! Loved Dominican Republic and its friendly and happy people😊. The only improvement area I see: There was mold smell in the rooms maybe due to AC system?

We had an amazing one week stay at the Majestic Mirage. Leonel was a fabulous butler, keeping us informed, checking in on us but never pushy. Omar and Daisy at the pool bar were great - patient and efficient. Juan walked around the pool area always ready to help with a smile and kind words. The woman who cleaned our room was thorough and thoughtful. Everyone we encountered was lovely and warm.
We loved the different activities and entertainment to choose from. The food was good, we especially enjoyed the steak house and cafe. The spa experience was wonderful. We were pampered! The beach is beautiful and the water so clear and blue. The pools were clean and well maintained.
