We just completed a week long stay at JOIA Bavaro and it exceeded our expectations! Everything was clean, inviting and fun. The staff made our experience exceptional! A spacial thanks to Reynaldo and Cofe for providing us the best butler services. They were very accessible and supported us with anything we needed during our stay. We enjoyed the hydrotherapy pools on a few occasions, which was an absolute delight. The food was always delicious! The live shows and karaoke were a lot of fun on the ship! Shoutout to the entertainment staff and to “Snoop Dogg” for creating an environment full of laughter. We also enjoyed bumping into Bruno often for drinks! Thanks to Jhonny for helping us pick out tasty bottles of wine. Everyone feels like a family here. We’ll be back!

Wonderful hotel with everything close by. The service was incredible, the facility was beautiful and the food and drinks were delicious. Reynaldo and cafe were on call as butlers and supported all the details of our plans. The entertainment staff Dai, Pikachu, snoop Dogg, black mamba were so much fun and engaged guests in all different pool side games and evening activities. The bar tenders and wait staff were wonderful with Tobias and Angelo and Maya. Everyone was wonderful! We met many people who come.back year after year and we understand why.
The only thing is I would not do the swim up room again as I enjoyed being at main pool and would have liked to have the jacuzzi tub in the room.

Looking forward to coming back. The beach is one of the best. We loved our room. The resort building and grounds are beautiful and so very well taken care of. Great variety and choices for dining and it was all wonderful. We enjoyed every meal. The people working at the resort are so friendly and engaging. They made us feel at home, always greeted us with a smile and we felt well taken care of. Edward, Danielo and Augusto were amazing and the very best. They made our time here the very best. They seemed to be everywhere ready to help take care of us in any way . I look forward to seeing them when I return.

I have been to many places in the Dominican Republic, and in my opinion, this is the best hotel in the 5-star category. Calm, peaceful, with a claim to Mediterranean chic. The concept is for adults only, there are pink flamingos on the territory. Good rooms, lots of seafood.

We are very pleased with our holiday, the best hotel on the coast. Responsive and friendly staff, very varied and delicious cuisine. We would like to note the efforts of Starling and his deputy Dawela. There are excellent restaurants, bars and recreation areas on the territory. We were pleasantly surprised by the daily, free lotto. Starling speaks Russian well enough, which has saved us more than once.

The service at the hotel remained the same as before the quarantine, they try, help in everything, respond to requests the first time. Check-in is fast, the animation is not intrusive, but they work great, by the end of the holiday you are almost friends ☺️, the only downside is the limited range of products in the restaurant, but this is probably due to the small occupancy of the hotel, the kitchen does not work at full capacity, but everything is very tasty and the service is excellent. You can order a la carte restaurants every day for the evening, or have dinner in the buffet restaurant of the neighboring hotel (since its own buffet restaurant does not work for dinner) In the a la carte restaurants, everything is also very decent, delicious. I recommend the hotel for a pleasant stay)

This place was one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. The service was so incredible. Our butlers Houston and Valentin were so wonderful and attentive to everything we needed throughout the entire vacation. Our Prestige beach staff was amazing with Manuel and Augusto. Our evening dinner coordinators were so accommodating with Angel and Johnny and Julian. Could not ask for a better group of people to make a birthday vacation a 10 out of 10. Super blessed to have met everyone and we are so excited to be able to come back next year. Would highly recommend this resort.
