For someone looking for a trip in an adult-only setting, this was perfect. Our butlers Valentin and Eduardo were appropriately attentive. The food was great and the pool fabulous. We staked out our favorite spot in the lobby bar that had a strong ocean breeze that cooled the July heat. We ended up here after Beryl cancelled our planned Jamaica trip and we were very pleased by what we were able to find and at a great price.

Valentine was an excellent butler! Also, one of our servers in the bar areas, Elizabeth, was one of the best we have ever had in our travels! She was very attentive and always smiling with all of the clients. The only complaint we had was we booked an ocean view (not front) room and you had to stand in a chair on the balcony to even get a glimpse of it. After airing our concerns were were presented a room with a better view.

We had an amazing experience. Our butler was valentine; best person ever. His so professional and goes above and beyond to make sure that your stay is the best. This man constantly checked up on us and made sure we had everything we needed for our room. Valentine was the cherry on top. This hotel is very clean, the grounds are well kept and the food is delicious. You have so many food options which we love. The comfort level is on a whole new level. The maids always cleaned our rooms and decorated our beds with different designs. I guarantee you, WE WILL BE BACK.

We visited this resort for our honeymoon and it was truly incredible! The resort is beautiful and the service we received was second-to-none. Our Butlers, Edward and Danilo were extremely helpful and made us feel so special on our honeymoon (even decorating our room and sending us wine to celebrate). The location is great as it is right next to the beach and everything is walkable. Food was amazing and they were very accommodating of my food allergies (gluten and shellfish allergies). I would HIGHLY recommend staying here if you are looking to travel to Punta Cana!

The hotel and service are top notch! Our butlers, Eduardo and Valentin, were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed! The resort has amazing pools and a beautiful beach. There is a fitness trail/walk that is lined with trees and shrubs, we enjoyed walks there overlooking the golf course.
You never lack for anything as staff are always nearby to take a beverage order. There are several restaurants to choose from for dinner and the breakfast and lunch buffets offer many delicious options. The food was consistently very good. The service was dependable and staff were eager to please and ensure your visit was going as well as possible!

I am an avid traveller. The service level at this resort is outstanding. The people are warm and friendly. The grounds are immaculate. Exceptional value. Eduardo & Valentine were our floor butlers- their friendly approach and attention to detail made us feel at home. Rosalva made sure our room was beautifully refreshed each day. We looked forward to her creative ‘gifts’ upon our return from a day at the beach or pool. The fun and fit team was entertaining— archery, corn hole, ping pong, all were a lot of fun! Yoga Sunday through Wednesday was awesome- he provided an appropriate class for vacation - not too technical but effective. This was our first all inclusive and we are thrilled with our experience.

We had an amazing experience. The room was perfect, food was great (especially the Italian restaurant), pools were clean, staff were more than attentive. Our butler, Valentin, was amazing. He saw to it that our mini bar was stocked with what we liked and our room had a nice, romantic display for our final night. All of the wait staff and bartenders were fantastic. We have been to Punta Cana 3 times now and this was the best service we have ever received. Thank you to everyone at Iberostar Grand Bavaro!

The service was wonderful, the room and grounds were very clean and constantly well maintained, the food quality and variety was excellent but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the staff are incredibly friendly are helpful and generous with their time and advice.
Especial big shout out to Adriana, Damian and Carlos who made our vacation extra special and memorable. They are superb!!! Thank you Guys from Tatiana and Pablo Escobar you are the BEST!!!

first of all, WOW!!!!
When I say a true 5 star I mean it. Upon arrival, you’re already greeted and treated like kings and queens. Not to mention the absolutely stunning property and amazing lobby. From the moment we spoke to the first worker, down to the last everybody was kind, helpful and ready to serve your every need.
Salvador and Jose were our butlers and they anticipated our needs before we even knew we needed them.
Now onto the rooms. We got an ocean view room and it was STUNNING. Bathrooms with an all glass window above a jacuzzi tub and a beautiful view of the blue ocean. And a balcony that you could fit AT LEAST 7 people on. The cleaning ladies were exceptional and kept the rooms spotless.
From the property to the food, to the workers, to the spa, gym, the room, the beach EVERYTHING was outstanding. I genuinely wondered how a resort could have so many good reviews but now I understand.
I will come back again and again. I would suggest this resort to any and everybody, worth the money!
