Consists of a main 2-storey building (reception) and complex 2-, 3 - and 4-storey buildings.
The hotel has 734 rooms.
Beach: private beach, sandy, there are corals, pier. Umbrellas, chairs, mattresses – free. Beach towels – free of charge. The pool: umbrellas, chairs, mattresses – free.

Attention! Beach towels tourists are in the room (not issued on the beach and around the pools). All the staff were very friendly, except for one very unfriendly person at the reception. The room was excellent, and special thanks to Mr. Noby Ramadan for his outstanding work! All the gentlemen at the beach and pool took great care of us. The Massage Center and Beauty Salon were fantastic. We had five massages, a haircut, and a facial, and everything was excellent. This was our third visit to Dana Beach. However, we were disappointed that there was no T-shirt or repeat dinner, as there had been on our previous visits.

Honestly, this is one of the best trips I’ve went to! Even though the furniture seems a bit old, the activities, entertainment and food made up for it! the rooms are clean though. But one of the things that seemed to bug me are the sheets. The material’s slightly rough and can be uncomfortable sometimes. The staff is very friendly and helpful! Lots of activities and entertainment.

Staff is very kind, polite, friendship and try to make your vacation comfortable all the time. Our room was big, quiet and cosy, but sometimes there was unpleasant smell in bathroom (toilet) (not because of us :)). There is enough food in five restaurants. You always can find what you want in one of the restaurants. The beach is big, a lot of sun loungers and umbrellas. There is enough space on the beach. Animation is calm and unobtrusive, It was good for me. I will recommend this Resort to my friends and absolutely will come back here to have one more amazing vacation. Thank you.

unfortunately, my experience was below expectations. Although we arrived on time, we couldn't enjoy the day because of the late check-in.
The room was not clean upon arrival, with an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the noisy sound of the air condition. We didn't like the quality of the food. These issues made it difficult to relax and enjoy my vacation.During our stay, they didn't provide any water games in the pool, surprisingly while we were checking out, we found variety of water games added in the pool.
On a positive note, the location of the hotel is very convenient and the view from the room was nice.Overall, I was disappointed with my stay. Improving cleanliness and service quality could greatly enhance the guest experience. I would give this hotel 3 out of 5 stars.

This vacation was one of the nicest. Overall, I rate the hotel very positively. The service was absolutely perfect. Food and entertainment too. Staff always very nice. We liked the lifeguard at the pool (16+). We were pleasantly surprised by the huge selection of restaurants. Cleanliness comes first. The butler kept asking if we were missing anything. The animators are also top notch. I definitely have to recommend this hotel further and it is quite possible that we will appear again in the coming years.

I want to share my experience with Dana beach resort. The resort is large overall and you will find a range of activities that will keep you entertained throughout the day. The staff and service in the restaurants were excellent, it didn't happen that you had an empty glass for a while, they always ask you if you need anything, the same applies to the cleanliness and staff on the beach. The food was varied and excellent. Overall, I rate it very positively and would definitely come back again.

Overall, the hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable. However, the air conditioning was very noisy, making it difficult to sleep. The staff, with the exception of the lifeguards at the pool and beach, were friendly and helpful.
The lifeguards, on the other hand, had a deplorable attitude. They imposed nonsensical rules and spoke to guests in an arrogant and unpleasant tone.
The worst of all was an incident that occurred during our stay. A little girl cut her foot in the pool and required two stitches. The hotel doctor attended to her for 15 minutes, and then the hotel charged the parents €700.
We consider this attitude on the part of the hotel to be completely unacceptable and inhumane. An accident of this type can happen anywhere, and the least one expects is that the hotel will show empathy and cooperation with those affected. Instead, they took advantage of a vulnerable situation to charge an exorbitant amount of money.
In addition to the previously mentioned issues, the hotel's lunch options at the food court and beach were also subpar. The food lacked variety and quality, and was often served cold or overcooked. This was a major disappointment, as we were expecting a wider range of dining options at a resort of this caliber.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was our first time in Egypt and also our first time in such a large hotel resort.
The Dana Beach Resort and the whole hotel team gave us a fantastic vacation.
The cleanliness, the good food and above all the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff, from reception to room cleaning, is incredible. We are absolutely thrilled.

We vacationed as a family with a child. When checking in, we took into account our complaints and gave a great room next to the site. At any difficulties we addressed to the staff - everything was very quickly solved. Special thanks to Alice (phone number 765) - she promptly helped in the most difficult situations, helped with contacts with managers, and even when there were health problems, helped with the interaction of services, was always on the phone. Alice, thank you from the bottom of my heart, you are an excellent professional and a good person!
The hotel has a very meticulous attention to detail and a firm hand of management: the equipment is constantly updated (we had all the bikes replaced), the palm trees were trimmed, the sidewalks were washed, the canals were cleaned of stones and the whole area was cared for!
The entertainment team does everything to ensure that guests are not bored: there are tons of activities on the beach and in the evening, the children's room is excellent, the specialists speak different languages. My daughter really liked it.
Restaurants: every time I found the food very tasty! Lots of seafood, various meats, cheeses..... mmm, delicious! The service is also at the highest level: they offer drinks, cleaned up immediately, communicated cordially, solved any requests.
The whole vacation in this hotel destroyed my stereotype that “In Egypt hotels are not very clean and service is not very good”.

Really enjoy our stay here and would not hesitate to book again. Most of the staff were very friendly and give a top class service. Food was good although sometimes repetitive but always found something to eat. The whole resort was kept spotless including my room. Fantastic place for families and couples.
