The hotel has a large beautiful territory, excellent spacious rooms, lots of steps around the hotel. A large beach. Recommend for lovers of diving and snorkeling, as well as for quiet family or romantic vacation.

Location: 4 km from airport, 7 km from the Bay of Naama Bay and 15 km from the Old town, on the beach (300 m from the sea).
The major consists of 9 two-storey buildings, 30 storey bungalows and 48 two-storey villas.

I recently stayed at V Hotel Sharm El Sheikh, and while I did encounter several issues during my visit, I feel it's important to share a balanced view. First, I noticed some concerning practices regarding the treatment of Egyptian guests, which is quite troubling and something that needs to be addressed. Additionally, I encountered issues with insects in my room, as well as an unpleasant smell that made my stay less comfortable.
Moreover, I was disappointed with the inadequate welcome for me and my wife as newlyweds, as this hotel does not seem to be a preferred choice for those seeking a special experience for their wedding.
However, I must commend the hotel management for their swift intervention in addressing my concerns. Their care and dedication to improving my experience were evident and made a significant difference in my stay. I did encounter a few staff members who truly exemplified excellent service and hospitality, which was a bright spot amidst my challenges.
Despite my mixed experience, I would advise potential guests—especially brides—to consider other venues that might offer a more welcoming atmosphere and attention to detail. The hotel is very good, the staff is also very kind, the animation guys are great, the food is very tasty,Every evening there are shows presented by the entertainment team that are very beautiful and every night is different from the one before it.

The hotel was really amazing, I've never loved a place like this, i had too much fun and good time with all people there, the stuff is so nice and the animation team was ao cool and have a great energy and all the activities were amazing, I'll come back soon ♥️

5 star renovated hotel. They are working every day to improve. Good food, even for an Italian standard. I recomend Malai restaurant. I sugegst tonchose all inclusive solution. The team is committed and very polite. Animation guys are doing an excellent work. 10 minutes far from airport, 25-30 minutes to downtown.
It is possible to book planty of activities, from quad riding in the desert, to scuba diving, to kitesurfing, to excursions in the red sea. Just from the beach, you can enjoy the wonderfull coral barrier

Let’s start from the reception 🛎️ the gentlemen there are very polite and I saw them working under such pressure from the guests check out and in , They were very composed and polite to help all guests as quickly as possible. rooms are comfortable but need to be more clean! The main Restaurant so messy i saw kids playing and touching the food on the buffet with their hands and this is really disgusting!!! Food is not really good have no taste lots of spices that covers completely the taste of the food and you can’t recognize what are you eating !!! chefs at the food stations are polite !! Specially the lady who bakes arabic bread ♥️The staff at the main restaurant are really impolite they need to be more respectful and professional!!I have no idea why they don’t do the table setup complete, like I took my meal and I have to wait to ask 2 or 3 of them to get me a dessert fork 🍴🤷🏻♀️ and after all I have to stand up by myself to get one !!!!! And I had to ask them to remove my empty plates too !!!
If you ask any of them for one drink you will never get it !
And there is no waiters for beverages orders!!! Not at the restaurants not on the beach not on the swimming pool , you have to get it by yourself, I hope that they work on that!!!
The Italian restaurant by the beach is much better as well..

Disappointing honeymoon
From my first night at the hotel, I was not impressed. Hot water and AC were not working so had to raise this with the reception. Would have thought the hotel would look into the rooms before settling people in. The phone line also seemed to not work but I wasn't bothered about that.
Day 3 of our stay here we ended up getting food poisoning. My wife had really bad pain so raised this up with reception and was just told you either use in house clinic or go to Pharmacy. Didn't seem to care that much. Went to the clinic and thought the doctor would just see us and prescribe some meds. Didn't expect to be hit with a €120 bill for examination (10 minute chat) and an injection that didn't even do anything as her pain was still there. All in all very disappointed!!!

Every minute of every day of the holiday was beautiful. The staff is friendly and caring. Especially Mosen mohamad Romaniay ashrf lobby bar reception yousry Nagy reception muhammad abd al jawad Security . Just because it's cultural, their food may seem a little different. Other than that everything is perfect. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

It’s third time in the Hotel, first two times was good and nice . This time absolutely disappointing , it’s not same is before. It’s total disaster. Guest relations VICTORIA shockingly was the worst when we tried to explain our unpleasant experiences. She just seems not to care at all. Was not even ready to talk about our complaints. Some staff are friendly in reception but they can’t do much about unwelcoming rules. It’s third but last time for me. From great hotel to very bad unpleasant hotel.

My family and I had the most amazing experience at Pyramisa resort. From the booking to our arrival and pickup at Sharm el-Shaikh Airport to our departure, everything was made to our satisfaction.
Note that while the hotel offers Airport shuffle, it is paid. The van that picked up up and dropped us at the airport was punctual and air-conditioned. The staff were absolutely courteous and made our stay very comfortable.
The hotel itself is located just about 15 minutes from the airport, making it a prime location. The ambience was relaxing and would make you want to extend your stay.
Dedicating a separate paragraph to the food because it is just...perfect! The buffet spread for each meal of the day will leave your mouth watering. The meals were made of quality ingredients and you have an array of choices to make from vegetarian to non-veg.
I could say much more, but to sum it up, I totally recommend this resort if you're ever in Sharm el-Shaikh.

There is much room for improvement. The resort is also under revamp, and all the facilities are not available as advertised. Some staff are amazing and very friendly but there are a few that can make your stay unpleasant. The food is average. Alcohol served is not great. However, the local beer is very good. Overall, the stay was good but most definitely not close to a 5-star resort. It's more like a 3 star. I would advise you to look at other resorts until construction is completed at Pyramisa.
