The only thing I could think of to improve would be the quality of the food, it was all nice and there was lots of choice, but there weren't many veggie options, and it wasn't the best food ever, the drinks choice was great, but the local alcohol wasn't the nicest. Amazing coffee and ice coffee though!
The pools were all very clean, the rooms and restaurants were immaculate and you'd only have to sit down for a minute before someone had come to offer you a drink. The pizza was delicious around the pools, the towel service was excellent, and the amount of excursions available was amazing too.
We had the most incredible holiday, thank you so much for having us!
Advantages:

2. Territory: Well-groomed and spacious territory with a green landscape and cozy chalets, creating the atmosphere of a tropical resort.
3. Food: A large selection of restaurants with cuisines of different countries (Italian, Eastern, Asian, etc.). The buffet pleases with a variety of dishes and freshness of products.
4. Animation and entertainment: Daily programs for adults and children - from morning gymnastics to evening shows.
5. Service: The staff is polite, friendly and always ready to help.

The price-quality ratio is completely justified. Recommended for those who want to spend a fun and carefree holiday.
Genuinely could not fault the staff in any way. Very helpful and attentive everyday. Family bungalow was spotless and Sayed our cleaner was great , leaving amazing family shapes with towels daily which the kids loved. He worked round our wee ones sleep pattern which was very thoughtful. Mohammed at the Alf pool bar was amazing. Service was top class and he went over and above every day.
Resort facilities were very good, so much to do and never got boring.
Variety of food on show was very good, never short of something different to try . Too much to say that was good. Will be back next year.
The culinary experience was exceptional, the meals were a delight. The chefs truly outdid themselves.
The animation team brought boundless energy and enthusiasm, ensuring there was never a dull moment, there was always something exciting to look forward to.
