The bar service at the dolphin pool excellent. Our waiter and bar staff constantly serving us drinks and make sure we stay hydrated ;) thank you
After expressing our concerns, they immediately took action to ensure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. We were moved to a more suitable room that accommodated our family perfectly. The level of service and attention to our needs was outstanding, turning what could have been a negative stay into a very positive one.
The hotel facilities are excellent, and the staff are incredibly responsive and caring. I truly appreciate their efforts to make things right and ensure we had a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional customer service and dedication to guest satisfaction.

Def a delight to deal with.
The room did not have sufficient toiletries, also our room was for 3 people but had 1 bed and a roll our small thin mattress on top of a foldable what seems to be an attempt at a bed. Not okay for the amount spent on a place like this.
Pools close at 6 pm for the day this is unacceptable as people are on vacation and should be able to utilize the pool after sundown.
Food lacks flavor. Needs to be worked on better.
Overall I wouldn’t return back here.
However, the food quality is poor, with noticeable cost-cutting measures such as watering down the milk. Additionally, the tableware is not clean, and we experienced food poisoning multiple times.
Overall, it's a good place to stay as long as you don't eat or drink there.
