The room was clean and hygienic. We added an extra bed for our child at no extra charge, converting the twin beds into triples. We had a great rest, but the bedding wasn't very comfortable. The food was mostly beef, chicken, and fish, with a lot of fruit and desserts, but it was standard. The drinks were mostly blended, and freshly squeezed juice was available for a fee.
Service: The hotel staff was friendly and polite.
Environment: The photogenic setting is excellent, and the three-color lagoon rivals the Maldives.

Facilities: The hotel has a large number of rooms, divided into two areas, A and B, and a main restaurant with four rooms, all serving the same menu. Room amenities are average, comparable to a three-star hotel chain in China.

Cleanliness: Cleanliness is average, with the bathroom floor sticky and a bit of a sticky mess.

Environment: The hotel is quite beautiful, with two lagoons. Snorkeling is also possible near the beach, with abundant fish. The sea changes to three different colors when the sun comes out.

The beach is excellent, large and the entrance to the sea to suit every taste. And you can even look at fish and corals. The rooms are large, the furniture, although not new, but everything looks good. Everything you need is there. Cleaning daily, only the floor was not washed. Tea, coffee and water were replenished. The food was varied, there were different fruits: oranges, guava, figs, persimmons ... In the restaurant, cutlery in individual packaging was given out, the dishes were served by the restaurant staff. This, of course, is not very convenient. But we found a restaurant with self-service. So, also for every taste. Alcoholic drinks were brought to order. Almost everyone understands Russian and some speak it. There were no problems with the language. Opposite the hotel there is a large store with fixed prices, which we really liked, where we bought all the gifts. And so, for those who like to bargain, there are many shops nearby.

I decided to summarize all the reviews, and at the same time dispel fears after the first arrival. So, January 2022 They check you in right away, you don’t have to wait until 2 p.m. and you don’t have to pay anything. The rooms are good, not old, but authentic, like in Aladdin’s room))) But the equipment in our case, the refrigerator is old and works very noisily, I had to turn it off at night. Upon arrival, I was confused by the restaurant that is located on the hotel grounds, it seems small upon arrival, but don’t worry, you need to go back to the check-in and there will be 4 more restaurants. Plus, there are plenty of bars on the hotel grounds, 5 for sure. We had lunch on the beach, where they cook grilled dishes every day, on the first day there was chicken, on the second day there was squid. Beef, fish, chicken are eaten every day, quail every other day. There is a separate table with a set of dietary dishes (located in the hotel near the grill) Also pay attention to the dinner bar with alcohol worked at the beginning until 20.00, already by January 21, 2022 it stopped working at all, you had to order alcohol from the waiters. There are guys on the beach offering different services, compared to other hotels there are not many of these guys here, one person offers one type of service. The beach itself is made very thoughtfully, there is a shallow depth and corals with fish on it too, further on the reef there is already a much greater depth and accordingly we did not take excursions related to swimming in the sea, our reef was enough for us Entertainment Unfortunately, there is practically no entertainment for children, only a children's club in the morning. For adults, the animators work poorly, no matter if you come for darts or bocce, no one is ever there. Nice hotel and foods, and the vibes here!.It’s near by the Marina Hurghada. And you can see many cats everywhere in this hotel. Very cute. And the dancing show is excellent as well!

Reception Service: Mohamed Metwally at reception was exceptionally nice and helpful, providing excellent service by arranging a one-hour late check-out and ensuring our double bed room had great beach access.
All-Inclusive Experience: The all-inclusive package was excellent, offering good value with enjoyable meals and reasonable staff service. The environment was clean and vibrant, attracting tourists from diverse countries.
Stay Quality: Sleep quality was good, with quiet rooms ensuring restful nights. The only notable drawback was arranging city transport, which required extra effort due to limited hotel assistance in this area

Facilities: The room is large, but the facilities are old, the door handle design and bedding are average;
