Consists of a main 2-storey building (reception) and two 3-storey buildings.

Very satisfied, the hotel can snorkel, but it was too cold to go to the sea during the Spring Festival, so only the baby's father took the baby to snorkel, and there were lifeguards watching on the shore, which was great. There are no surprises. The service is very poor. It's full of elderly people. The scenery is not as good as Xiaohongshu says. There are no activities. It's deserted and boring. Chinese people are treated differently. The only good thing is that it is close to the city. Go to choose Desert Rose. At least it's lively and feels like a vacation.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived, ensuring a smooth check-in. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport. I also appreciated the variety of amenities offered, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

Large and clean room. Very quiet with view on the lagoon. There are several accesses to the sea. Nice little beaches. Food buffets are good and they change the dishes at every meal. Staff is friendly. All the common places and surroundings such as gardens and corridors are well kept and clean. No internet in rooms. I would say it’s a very good quality for the price.

The hotel is very spacious, clean and the staff is nice and helpful. The food is varied and tasty. Entertainment is provided every day. The hotel is in the city center, the airport is a few km away. We will definitely come back.

I like it very much. The price is over 600 yuan, and everything is very good. The scenery is beautiful, the temperature is just right, there are many clingy kittens, and they have their own eating place and someone feeds them regularly, so there is no need to worry. The hotel has everything, it is a completely comfortable holiday style.
p.s. If you mind the pilling of the bedding, you can bring your own quilt cover or something. The bedding in some rooms is indeed quite pilling.

The best thing about this place is the fact that it's surrounded by the sea. Beautiful views, many possibilities to swim, relax or snorkel. Beach restaurant is fantastic if you don't want to walk back but stay at the beach. Unfortunately this resort is not right for me since I'm not able to find my "small" wishes. I booked a room with all inclusive but can't use anything. I don't drink alcohol, soda or juice. Just water. The Turkish coffee my only drink I'd like to have is nowhere available and in the lobby with extra charge. I never eat in the resort, I go outside, but if I wish to have simple things like "fruit, strawberry," there's nothing available. I'm only using the room and for couple hours the beach. That's it. I told the reception about my flight canceled, that now I have a later flight and all they care us extra charge to use the room after 12. I don't know why they can't handle individual needs professional. I don't drink here I barely eat here, but then if I need anything it's extra charge. Even the Spa is not included. Fresh juices are 3€ extra charge, super crazy. Outside you buy a juice for 60 Le. The quality of the food is so so - I miss real Egyptian food, can't find it here. I'm upset that nobody helped me with my only need to Stay longer in the room. They are used of mass tourism Germans. Room is clean & big. Staff is friendly.

The front desk service attitude is average. They are friendly to Europeans and Americans, but Asians have stern faces. For such a big hotel, Wi-Fi is only available near the front desk. There is no Wi-Fi in the room at all, and the signal is very poor. The food is also very average. The only advantage is that the hotel is big and the environment is OK. The hardware in the room is rubbish.

The quality of the hotel staff is uneven. Some are very enthusiastic, while others are a bit biased. Especially the night shift guy named Mohamed, who was extremely unfriendly. I forgot to bring my towel card to him when I was rushing to catch a flight. I told him that I left it on the table in the room and I was leaving first, but he refused and insisted that I bring it... The hotel room doesn't even have Wi-Fi, and the signal is poor. The sea environment is just okay. The food is standard white food. I like white food, so it's okay. Overall, I don't recommend staying here.
