Description
The hotel provides impeccable service, friendly staff and a wide choice of sports entertainment. There is a separate enclosure for families with children. Children belong to a children's Playground and a mini club where the animation team offers educational games and various activities. In the evening for the younger guests finds a mini-disco. Recommend for family and youth recreation.

Consists of a main 3-storey building 3-storey family housing and complex 2 - and 3-storey villas.

The beaches around are pretty cool, but with little bit of care and awareness it could be a lot better.
All the beach was full of plastic bottles and even under the see you can find plastic cups and bags that fly from the boats.
It’s a bit sad when you advertise the snorkelling activities and the ocean and you don’t take care of it.
The food quality was not amazing but they did cook nice fresh food on the outside area of the main dining room (D'white) sadly we didn't discover this area until half way through the holiday.
We ordered room service on two occasions and the paid food was not much better in quality.
The service and cleaning however was very good and the entertainment was great. If you are a foodie then you won't be too impressed, but that is often the case with all-inclusive places.
Shops within the complex are all barter based so don't accept the first price they tell you, which will be ridiculously high.
Room cleaning service is very poor.
Few days ago I’ve got a food poisoning.
And the final thing is because of the inaction of reception, 30 minutes I was waiting for a service hotel car to pick me up but in the end needed to walk with 3 bags all the way in 10 minutes. I said that because of them can miss a flight but didn’t hear any apologies
FOOD: They try their best to work really hard, the staff are always on the go. The food itself isn't that great, very bland and a small amount of variety but expect to see no change on the menu as everyday has basically the same choices. The breakfast is probably the best time for food in my opinion. We both had upset stomachs, even though we were careful to have no ice in our drinks and washed hands frequently.
The beach is very good, not too much soft sand but the views are amazing. The beds are comfortable and the sea is beautiful with small fish to see in shallow water and very warm as well. Zeta's snack bar is nice, simple food but it's decent.
If you stay by the pool, expect reps to be constantly trying to persuade you to use their service (massages, spa, snorkeling etc.) Only on the last day did we realise you can get a red flag from the towel kiosk to stop them coming up to you, as the hotel makes no attempt to tell you this!
The pharmacy is really helpful and fairly priced and seems to be the only store that isn't trying to overcharge you.
Overall, the hotel is stunning and the grounds are kept in great condition, the beach is beautiful and the workers are friendly but I would not say its delivering a 5 star service, 4 is being generous. The entertainment nights are good. However, next time I will be looking at a hotel closer to shops.
The restaurants offer lots of variety, food is fresh, drinks are available pretty much everywhere & staff are super helpful & accommodating
