I recently stayed at Long Beach Resort and it was an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The animation team was fantastic! They were energetic, friendly, and always created a fun atmosphere. We arrived here and was instantly amazed with the look and atmosphere of the hotel. We arrived on my birthday and the hotel was amazing in proving extras not that we needed them. The food was lovely and the entertainment team were friendly and there was always something to do. Will definitely be coming back.

Very nice hotel! The room was clean and tidy and well decorated. The food was lovely and the staff were really kind and caring. The animation team was amazing too and we loved our stay here. Will definetly come back!

Location: The hotel is in a great location, nearby many other hotels.
Rooms: the rooms are a bit old, but it is well equipped, so nothing appears to be outdated, hence it is a large room.
I was on the family section, it was good but far away from the sea and everything, there's a new villa buildings, it's new section and modern, it looks amazing as a decoration and have a bar lounge and theatre for shows.
Service: 90% of the people are helpful and smiling, you must know that the resort was 100% in capacity, so every place was full of people, but you don't feel that you have any delays in service or food.
Food: food was very good and have some varieties, I understand sometimes you don't find what you love, but I found that food was good. I have a concern for the breakfast, it should include more dishes.
Snacks: were average maybe the pizzas were over average.
Animation: is a bit repetitive, but they had some competitions in the beach and at the pool. Hence, there was a show everyday, except Friday there were 3 different shows in 3 different places inside the resort.
I loved the foam party at the beach ⛱️ 😍
Pool: what I liked about the pool, that it was connected, so you have some passages to go from pool to another without getting out of the water.
Disclaimer: it was more of a family hotel, if you're couples I suggest to search for another place, but for a family and kids it was on point.
The sea tides were high at daylight, so you need to walk 200 meters or more to get of the shallow water.
Lastly, we had a great time and we could think to visit the hotel again.

The hotel is nicely located but the rooms are a bit outdated.
The beaches around are pretty cool, but with little bit of care and awareness it could be a lot better.
All the beach was full of plastic bottles and even under the see you can find plastic cups and bags that fly from the boats.
It’s a bit sad when you advertise the snorkelling activities and the ocean and you don’t take care of it.

loads of pools to choose from but hardly able to get a sun lounger. Very friendly staff and service is very good. Food isn’t the best for English people especially kids. Shops in the hotel overpriced. Cleaning very good. Entertainment very bad same thing every night, definitely need a lot more entertainment and drinks could be better. Slides only open 3-5pm and not much slide options for younger children

Highly recommend you stay at Long Beach Resort. The hotel itself is stunning and caters to all ages, with lots to do and see from bars, restaurants, entertainment, excursions as well as an absolutely beautiful beach 😍. Firstly I would like to give a massive thank you to Reda who goes above and beyond with his incredible service. He is extremely welcoming and super helpful. All the staff at Long Beach Resort have been brilliant there are to many to name but thank you to each and everyone one of you. We will definitely be back again with family and friends.

Stunning hotel,great location,rooms nice,clean. Staff fantastic,treat them with respect please. We Scots do,the same can't be said for eastern Europeans, particularly Russians. They are the rudest travellers in the world. Absolutely vile to the staff and ignorant to other holidaymakers. Enough if them,the hotel is very big,check in quick,no issues. Aircon great,good shower, big screen TV,pools fantastic,beach beautiful. Trips can be booked in the hotel,we had a fishing morning out on a boat ourselves,glass bottom,3.5 hours for £50 each. Cannot fault it. A small tip of Egyptian pounds,not euro or pound coins, useless to the staff, and they treat you like royalty. Maybe that's because we weren't barking or screaming at them like the Russians. It's time that Russia was just blocked as they are the most awful people,not all of course,but many,many of them. Male and female.

Long beach is a lovely resort with an adult only bar and pool area which is nice if you don't have children of your own.
The food quality was not amazing but they did cook nice fresh food on the outside area of the main dining room (D'white) sadly we didn't discover this area until half way through the holiday.
We ordered room service on two occasions and the paid food was not much better in quality.
The service and cleaning however was very good and the entertainment was great. If you are a foodie then you won't be too impressed, but that is often the case with all-inclusive places.
Shops within the complex are all barter based so don't accept the first price they tell you, which will be ridiculously high.
The food quality was not amazing but they did cook nice fresh food on the outside area of the main dining room (D'white) sadly we didn't discover this area until half way through the holiday.
