Le Pacha Resort in Hurghada

I stayed at this hotel for two weeks. The room was only cleaned once during the entire stay, and the New Year's Eve banquet was disgusting (250+ people stood in line for food with cafeteria-style plates, and the alcohol was terrible and dangerous). On my mother's birthday, I bought her a bouquet of flowers and asked the receptionist for a vase, but they dismissively pointed me to a store across the street. Every time you enter or leave the hotel, at any time, they search you and inspect all your belongings (backpacks, handbags, etc.). The only positive is the hotel's location, but there are so many negatives that it hardly saves the overall impression. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel rooms despite being basic were ok. The beach and pool area were lovely but unfortunately the food, service, drinks and the majority of the staff were rude and unhelpful - especially reception staff. Would never stay again and dont recommend anyone too.. we had to eat outside all the time as food was so bad and the all inclusive drinks were undrinkable..

We would like to say for our entire group that Resort Le Pacha in Hurghada is one of the worst hotels in terms of service, really at a zero catastrophic level, no choice for breakfast or lunch. Repeated all week. You only eat rice and some beef and the fish is burnt, unseasoned, breakfast has zero choice and toasts that you want to make. Everything burns, they sleep, just completely the whole hotel is a mess. We do not recommend it at all. The management should think about themselves. You have All inclusive, you arrive in the morning and they don't even give you coffee, you have to pay for 2 dollars. Simply a disaster. The only advantage is probably the beach. NEVER THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!!!!!

Le Pascha Hotel. Absolutely Not Recommended!

This hotel is completely run-down and in no way deserves four stars! From the moment we arrived, it was obvious that the reception staff had no respect for guests, they were joking around and acting unprofessionally right from the first encounter, which is totally unacceptable in any hotel. The staff lack experience and professionalism, and they seem to have no idea what proper hospitality service means.

The room had countless problems: a broken door handle, an extremely noisy air conditioner, a malfunctioning safe, and a two-hour water outage with no prior warning. Even worse, there was a broken marble slab in the bathroom that could have fallen at any moment – a direct danger to my family’s safety, especially since we have a child. They tried to silence me by changing our room after a full week of complaints. Later, they sent us a tray with some bananas, oranges, tea, and coffee, but forgot to provide a kettle for the water… how thoughtful!!!

The food was almost the same every single day, and throughout my stay I suffered from stomach pain and diarrhea. Hygiene in the hotel is practically nonexistent. Ants were all over the rooms, and watering the gardens coincided with disgusting smells rising from the treated sewage water, to the point where you’d feel you needed a gas mask. Some employees were kind and helpful, but they were treated like slaves in this hotel… and some looked like they hadn’t washed their clothes in a month. Where is hotel regulation in Egypt? I suspect they are either asleep or corrupt.

Staying here is not just risking ruining your vacation but also endangering your safety. My honest advice: stay away from this hotel and look for another place!

It is the worst hotel anyone can stay in, I’ll never forget my days in this hotel as it’s the worst ones, the staff isn’t professional at all, they were very impolite, to the extent that even a simple smile towards the guest was missing.
I advise all not to stay there.

Don’t Go ! Not 4star more like 1Star good location terrible old hotel needs bulldozing. Been to Hurgarda 17 times worst hotel yet. Do t even come here on a budget. Food cold and un eatable Love Egypt but don’t stay here rooms in a shocking state no service in between meals at all no water in room etc

First of all, it is necessary to define very clearly what the target audience is focused on. Tourists from Russia. The staff does not understand English well and tries very hard to explain everything in Russian even though I do not speak this language. The animators are very familiar and sometimes the attitude towards the guests is disrespectful. I especially emphasize the woman - the animator from Russia. Very rude in her expressions and communication. ! Remember that you must have water bottles so that you can fill them, because the hotel has only 2 places in the lobby all day, on the beach at certain hours. ! You should also bring a coffee mug with you so as not to burn your fingers with the small paper cups that the hotel offers. For this reason, I had to buy a mug. The food is uniform. Every day, both for lunch and dinner, the same thing. Overcooked chicken and beef in sauce. Also, for 5 days, for lunch and dinner, overcooked, hard mackerel, which was difficult to even break apart. My room was normal, except for the fact that the cleaner had to be called every 2 days to finally wash the floor properly. The clumps of long hair from previous residents on all sides were disgusting.
