Had a wonderful time great service and nice food , reception staff is very helpful all in all was a great stay

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Excellent location - on the central Sheraton street, next to a pedestrian street. Private beach with excellent access to the sea, several swimming pools. A variety of food, there is a cafe on the beach.

All the staff are good in Le pacha but i especially want to thank Khaled from the restaurant bar. Khaled has always been an outstanding presence in any bar he works at, and his skills with guests are truly remarkable. Whether it's in a restaurant bar or at the beach bar, his ability to make every guest feel welcome and valued stands out. At the restaurant bar, he’s always efficient, attentive, and effortlessly creates a relaxed yet professional atmosphere. Guests appreciate his ability to remember their names, preferences, and moods, making each visit feel personal. But at the beach bar, Khaled truly comes alive. It’s clear this is the place where he truly belongs. His natural charm and ease with people are amplified by the laid-back, sun-kissed environment. Every guest seems to be drawn to him, and the energy he brings to the beach bar transforms the space into something more than just a place to have a drink—it's a place to connect, relax, and enjoy the moment. Time and again, I’ve heard nothing but positive feedback from guests, praising how he goes above and beyond to make their experience special. Khaled doesn’t just do his job; he makes it an experience people want to come back for.

The location is amazing, situated on Sheraton road, walking distance from Marina, Cherry street, El Mina Mosk, all the shopping area is there. Don't hesitate to loose yourself on the streets behind Sheraton road. You will find a lot of shops, local restaurants with a big vatiety of local food: fish, lamb, camel, cow, froot bars, locaal icecream, and amazing sweets. As per hotel, is very cozy, not crowded with a small private beach. There is the posibility to book your trips directly in the hotel. I come the 5th time in this hotel. The variety of food is not very big but is very tasty and can meet all the tipes of tourists: Vegan, non vegan, on diet. I recomend this hotel. The best period would be October if someone asks:).

Travelled with my partner and my dad who’s 90, we’ve stayed at the majority of the beach hotels in the town centre which have better reviews, risking it a bit with the reviews for here. How wrong we were, it’s brilliant. Yes the rooms are dated but clean and everything serves its purpose we’re in 1407 ground floor front and back door private patio veiw of the pool and manicured gardens and palm trees, air con works perfectly mini fridge, if you want to stock it yourself. Fill your water bottles in reception it won’t kill you. The food is amazing always hot and plentiful different choices each day including home made chips that were the best, the usual chicken beef or fish. And something from the bbq. The beach has a bar a snack bar, loads of sun beds. Bit rocky to get in but floated over them. Reception made sure us English had a kettle to make a brew, brought our own Yorkshire tea bags . It’s a nice size, especially for my dad everything in close proximity beach 2 mins restaurant 2 mins pool 30 seconds, dining room is on the first floor and no lifts at all. We managed no problem. The pools and gardens are well maintained it’s a beautiful little resort, and no crazy music blaring out all day. You can actually relax. We’re not for the animation, however we were invited, and they did have a show each evening again not for us. We did take our own cups for beers on an evening shame to waste so much plastic each time you get a drink. And saves getting up every ten minutes, and the staff don’t mind. In the town centre so all the hustle and bustle on your doorstep, brilliant for all your handbags and T shirts. The marina 15 minutes walk away just turn right out of reception. Very few English again no problem to us, but you’re missing a bargain. Give Le Pacha a try absolutely worth every penny.

The hotel itself is a little bit old. It does not influence the standard. However if someone prefer the spend holidays in moderner hotels - then will be disappointed. The variety of food is very good. Drinks (alcoholic / non alkoholic are of a good quality). The staff - very good. If you want to - you can joke and discuss with them. If not - you will be not pushed.
