Our stay was honestly terrible from start to finish.
The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, making it really uncomfortable, especially at night.
The next morning, we went down for breakfast just 14 minutes after 9:00 AM, only to be told that breakfast was already finished. Instead of trying to help, the staff tried to convince us to take a dinner meal instead, then later asked us to pay for that dinner! It felt like a cheap sales trick, not hospitality.
The restaurant manager’s attitude was awful – rude, unprofessional, and honestly gave the impression of being a scammer trying to make extra money from guests.
To make things worse, the receptionist asked for extra fees just to check out at 12:30 instead of 12:00. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and a half-hour extension is normally offered with basic courtesy, not a hidden charge.
Overall, this hotel clearly cares more about squeezing money out of guests than providing good service. Would definitely not recommend or stay here again.
The hotel did not feel safe and was filled with mosquitoes. While the rooms were clean and the staff were friendly, the lack of Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, except in the non-air-conditioned lobby, was frustrating. The restaurant was another disaster – the food was terrible and the service was extremely poor. The only edible items were the fruits. After two days, the hotel manager implemented a new, complicated system for meals and drinks, adding previously unmentioned charges.
Additionally, the hotel is not conveniently located near restaurants, cafes, or the beach, making it relatively far from most services, with only a few supermarkets nearby.
1- The manager is a bully, unhelpful, and inflexible , He created a problem with Booking in our reservation because we wanted to provide a child in the room and he refused on his part and we all made a problem, whereas if it was on his behalf we paid the money better, but he wanted to harass us and the problem continued throughout the trip for four days. I did not enjoy my trip because of this hotel manager.
2 - The manager wanted the child to be counted as an individual, but the management of the Booking website said that he would be counted as a child because he was not yet old.
3 - The manager forced me to change my reservation to include dinner, and the food tasted very bad
4 - On the third day, he wanted us to pay 15 pounds for the drinks, knowing that the buffet included soft drinks and coffee
5 - This manager wants to take money from anything and in any way
The hotel have super quality of service ,cleanliness , room size , the location
in a good center area with free parking in front of the hotel.
The staff there is lovely, once I confirmed my reservation I received a call from Mr. Nader welcoming and greeting me for my booking.
Nader met us in the reception for welcome and good recommendations as well as the friendly talks during our stay that made me feel that I will miss a friend when I was checking out.
We loved everything about this hotel and definitely will be returning back again.
