Location: 17 km from the airport of Sharm El Sheikh, 3 km from Naama Bay and 9 km from the Old town, on the second line (on the hill).

Consists of two 2-storey buildings.

The hotel has 88 rooms.

Total area: 10 500 m2.

Beach: own sandy beach, 100 m from the hotel. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach road runs.

I chose the hotel based on its location. I made the right choice. I can praise only the location and the man at the reception.

Everything else leaves much to be desired. The hotel is not worthy of 3 stars.

And here's why.
I initially paid for a room with a large bed and a sea view. I was offered a terrible room with two beds and a garden view. But come on, I paid for another room! Okay, I was offered a room with a large bed and a sea view. But the room was dirty. I washed the floor and hung the "do not disturb" sign on the door. But the cleaner apparently doesn't know the rules. He came into my room in his shoes and started making my bed. He thought I would offer him money, since I gave him money when I checked in. I don't need to make the bed, and I washed the floor so I could walk barefoot. After the incident, the cleaner stopped responding to my greetings.

There was no hot water because the boiler was broken. The faucet in the toilet was broken. The toilet cistern was broken. the ceiling in the bathroom is smeared with black.

I repeat once again that only the location and the man at the reception deserve gratitude.

the hotel is not worth 3 stars. what is broken needs to be fixed. I want the hotel manager to see my review

Food is very poor. Same kind of food everyday they dont change the type of food.
Service are all young men. No diversity in the hotel. Women like me dont feel safe to leave her private clothes in the room around young men as i suddenly i enter the room and found out a young man from the cleaning service opened my closet and when i asked him why its opened he kept hesitating denying that he opened the closet.
The hotel puts a kettle in the room with no spoons, sugar or anything to use the kettle for. And when i ask for sugar and spoons they gave it to me once and when i asked for it again when i finished it as i stayed in the hotel 14 nights they ignored my request like its not my right to ask for it. Same to toilet papers.

There is no ceilling in the toilet. They just put plastic/alumitel bars and because of that cockroaches pass between al bars to your toilet as i killed 3 cockroaches in the toilet.

The hotel has a very nice view to neama bay but you use a very long stairs (more the 100 stairs) to go to neama bay or to the beach which is very exhausting to use it more than once a day.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is very helpfull, friendly. Good location but only if u wish to walk to the centre the way is 136 stairs to get down to the street but only 10mins walk.
The view is amazing. When u see the Sea, Beach or Mountains.
Hotel give breakfast, lunch and dinner if u would like. All food is good.
The rooms have just 2 plugs in each room but far away from bed. This is only one in negative.

I didn't expect anything special, but this hotel in compare with others 3star visited by me is not a low quality.It has near access to the beach, good view, and close to all bars and shops.Food is not contained a lot of positions ,there were no any fruits, no desert, and one choice of meat/chicken/fish and rice and salads. If you have HP that mean you even can't get a tea or coffee after dinner. no any activities, and sometimes a loud music from nearest disco. There's a great manager hi is quite fast and easy can solve your problems and ask any questions

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. The room was filthy with a dead cockroach, non-functional landline, and an unbearably noisy AC. There were no basic amenities like a kettle, water, or even liquid soap. It was the epitome of cheapness. After multiple complaints, I was begrudgingly given a different room, only to find brown and black water flowing from the shower, sink, and toilet. The fridge was smelly, the bed sheets were dusty, and there was hair on the bed. This is by far the worst hotel I've ever been to. The only reason I gave it one star is for the view. The breakfast was a joke with just three items and no juice. Avoid this place at all costs!

Enjoyed the stay, beautiful location view and friendly atmosphere.

Only disappointing part was that their lobby wasn’t air-conditioned for during our 4-days stay, despite the excruciating hot weather. Poor reception staff were sweating all the time.

Also, check the beds from bugs before laying down on them.

Other than that, they have nice swimming pool & clean close-by beach 🏖️

This is my second visit, and I enjoyed my staying there. Everything is perfect; the staff was amazing as they were extremely accommodating.The room is clean beside the view is awesome. The place provides you with the feelings of tranquility and serenity. It feels like you are staying at heaven.
