Overall it’s good unless that “a dehydration solution“ at the hotel clinic was cost 50$!!!

Really lovely hotel. Room was excellent with clean towels every day and plenty of toiletries. Food very good with a vast choice plus four a la carte restaurants. All staff were lovely and very helpful. Weather amazing. Would definitely visit again. Thank you every one.

Amazing Stay at Kaisol Romance Sahl Hasheesh!

Our Swim-Up Duplex Room was perfect—spacious, elegant, and with direct pool access! The staff was welcoming, the service excellent, and the food delicious. The beach was stunning, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Highly recommended! Will definitely return!

I have no faults for this place! Weather was perfect and the staff are just so lovely and welcoming. Always saying “Welcome home” when they see you. The food was fabulous, you will never go hungry here! The staff quickly become friends too. Simply Love.

This was our third visit to Kai Sol romance in just over a year. We love it so much we are coming back in June. It’s what we have been looking for. Our special place to call home. I cannot find one negative thing to say. Looking forward to seeing Ibrahim. Mustafa (beach bar)and all the incredible staff And not to forget our amazing Sayed who decorated our room for our two birthdays. It’s a pleasure to visit this wonderful hotel

Food was fantastic as was the location close to the beach, with free loungers and the room advertised as Sea View Deluxe was exactly that. From the waiters, to the cleaners to pool attendants, they couldn't do enough. Talking of which, the heated outdoor pool was excellent as the sea was still a bit cold for snorkeling. Tips were obligatory but it's only fair to contribute personally to the Egyption economy IMHO. The day trips weren't cheap but hey ho, it was my 70th and we took advantage of trips to Mahmya Island and to Cairo! Still a bit chilly during evenings so take a hoodie!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the very first moment, we felt completely at home. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Our kids especially had a blast.
The hotel itself is simply the most beautiful place we've ever stayed in. The rooms were modern and comfortable, and the views were stunning. The facilities were excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed the various restaurants.

Overall, it was an unforgettable vacation. We can’t recommend this hotel highly enough and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Came back last Monday from our stay at the sunrise Tucana resort and we loved our stay! When we booked there were only 2 different rooms available which wasn’t an issue for us but with my dad being chronically ill and unfortunately getting bad news about my mums health just before our stay here I asked if there was an possibility to have our rooms close together, so if anything happened I wouldn’t have to go across the resort. Thankfully they made this happening for us which we were very thankful for! The staff was very lovely and helpful, the food was outstanding! So were the rooms the pool which was heated this time a year. Everything needed was in reach. The staff/management would go around every day to ask for feedback to give their guest the best experience possible. I’ve traveled all over the world and I can honestly say when it comes to all inclusive hotels this one got a spot on top of my list! If there would be anything me personally would like to see different it would be the breakfast but again that’s my personal opinion, as someone who doesn’t like eggs I felt the options were a bit limited and no variety from day to day. Other than that we loved our stay and would definitely come back if we’d visit hurghada again!
