Sunrise Tucana Resort is a fantastic place to stay if you’re looking for a mix of luxury and comfort. The service here is truly five-star—everyone is super friendly and always ready to help with a smile.
The food is amazing, with lots of options to choose from. Whether you're in the mood for something local or an international dish, everything is fresh and really well-prepared.
The beach is beautiful, with soft sand and clear water. It’s perfect for just chilling out or taking a swim, and the beach service is great—they’ll bring drinks or snacks right to your lounge chair.
The rooms are really nice, too. They’re spacious, clean, and have everything you need. Some even have ocean views, which is a great bonus.
Overall, Sunrise Tucana Resort is a fantastic spot for a relaxing, high-end vacation very high recommend .

Nice Boho-Hotel
The hotel is a very nicely furnished hotel (boho style).
From reception to departure, all the staff were very, very friendly and made our stay very pleasant.
The drinks service on the beach was perfect. You are served the drinks right up to the loungers. A big thank you goes to Ahmed Jebea, who provided the guests with drinks all day long at 40 degrees. Ahmed is by far the best and friendliest employee of staff, who always has a smile on his face and fulfilled our every drink request. We really hope that his hard work is also appreciated at management level. Everyone likes to have such an employee in their own ranks. Ahmed keep up the good work! (Heineken and Champagne Rose from Germany).
The cleanliness of the entire facility was also very positive.
We cannot recommend the hotel to guests hoping for a big breakfast and good cuisine for lunch and dinner.
The food was unfortunately a huge disappointment! Even simple dishes such as pasta or pizza were sometimes inedible and spoiled our vacation a little. There is definitely still a lot of room for improvement here.
The restaurants of the neighboring hotel may be used, but are a catastrophe!
We had our room directly behind the kitchen/reception. Some of the staff talked loudly until the middle of the night (3am) and didn't let us get a good night's sleep!
The evening events were ok. Only the Oriental/Arabic evening and the beach party were outstandingly good. However, it was all over by 11pm.
Overall we enjoyed our stay but would not book this hotel again (because of the bad food).

Our stay at Sunrise Tucana Resort was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning view of the Red Sea. The resort itself is beautifully maintained with lush gardens and pristine pools.

From A-Z the hotel was a 10/10. The Boho-themed style, the cleanliness of the buildings, hotel rooms, restaurants, pools and beach, the quality of the, food and especially the service are extraordinary. We tried to come up with a request, that would actually be denied by the staff but weren‘t able to find a wish that was denied. Service, quality and great guest experience are the cornerstones of the hotel and we hope that this will continue in the future as we would very much like to come back to this place and find the same highest quality standards as we had the last week.

We has a wonderful stay. The quality of the food was excellent. But the best in my experience was the staff. They were all so friendly and helpful, thank you!
The bars are excellent as well. Whether you want to party or enjoy your cocktail in lounge style.
The beach was perfect! Rooms were clean. This was really the best holiday I ever had.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff is very friendly and their service is great. The room was beautiful and looked very luxurious. Also this place is located at the beach which is nice if you want to take a swim in the Red Sea. I would definitely recommend!

My experience was generally very good but with some limitations..
Hotel style is so cozy and beautiful..
Room size is good and the room itself is clean and well equipped.
Food quality, in lunch, in main restaurant is excellent and delicious ..
In contrast, in breakfast, the quality was under expectations, less than normal .. no varieties.. and you have to wait long time to get simple items of breakfast like waffle or omelette.. strawberry fresh juice was soured
I don't think that a la cart breakfast is a good idea .. it is too poor ..
We tried dinner buffet on Monday night but it was also not the best with limited options.
Italian restaurant dinner was a very good experience with very delicious plates.
Pools were so nice and heated ..
Service in general is good and receptionists were so kind and helpful, especially Ms.Georgina ... ,but most of waiters in main restaurants were unhelpful .. may be because our stay was in Ramadan and they were tired because of fasting as they were telling us ..
Overall experience is very good

Possibly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, hotel is spotless the staff are constantly cleaning and upkeep is immaculate. Staff are all so friendly and helpful I cannot thank them enough for how welcoming they were. Food & drinks were all amazing, entertainment was brilliant. Perfect location on the beach with the coral reefs to go swimming and see some wildlife. Can also use all the amenities in the sister hotel for free which was amazing! Honestly cannot recommend a better hotel in hurgada. Would come back 100 times over

Absolutely stunning hotel, with top service to go with it.
Decor is beautiful and the hotel is well designed.
Food was extremely good quality and the staff / chef go above and beyond if you have any dietary requirements. We are vegan which they did have a menu for but slightly small, the chefs would ask us what we wanted and make it.
Really couldn’t fault the hotel or staff, it’s a fantastic hotel and would recommend to anyone of any age.
