I booked direct with the hotel a double superior room with balcony.
I never received confirmation of my booking prior to travel so I emailed the hotel to confirm my booking.
They replied say they had already sent me confirmation...which they hadn't but what I found strange is that they still hadn't sent me any confirmation of booking.
When I arrived I was charged another 19€ per night parking which I personally think should be included.
After I'd checked in and got to my room I'd noticed 2 single beds and no balcony so I went back to reception and said I think there's been a mistake that's wasn't the room I'd booked.
The receptionist very rudely turn her screen around and said that is your room and we have no more available.
Moral of the story is make sure they send you the confirmation so you don't get shrewd on your arrival.
Would I stay here again......not a chance.
And the breakfast is terrible.

We only visited the roof bar but it looks high end and yes the bar has high end prices so beware if drunk, it'll be one bar tab. Views are spectacular - will visit again.

6 of us stayed for 5 nights ideally situated for old town and lots of restaurants and bars and if you can stomach it the complete cesspit which is the new town is not too far away. Scenic lift is a no elty and the bar with the terrace on 20th floor is wow. Very Spanish hotel guests and staff all very happy polite and helpful. Breakfast falls a bit shirt but there is a lot of choice so you should find something. I'd definitely stay again.

Great location, right in the centre of Benidorm, and really close to the beach.
Hotel is very new and stylish, and room was a good size and comfortable.
Amazing view from the room on the 18th floor.
Indoor pool was a good size and warm, and jacuzzi outside was great.
Breakfast was very good, a wide selection of food, likewise the dinner buffet was very good quality.
Will definitely stay here again.

Brilliant location , between the two beaches, great hotel, indoor pool. We were there in February, everything was open .. sparkling wine with breakfast was classy 😀

Hotel is in the perfect location for new town and old town districts, both only being a 5-10minute walk away. The roof top bar in the hotel was really relaxing to watch the sunset.
Only downside was very rarely any baked beans on the cooked breakfast section.
The staff were very friendly, the rooms were always made up promptly everyday.

very nice hotel with great views from the rooftop bar, friendly staff, the pool's are a little on the small side for a hotel of this size but you are a stone's throw from the beach, being situated where it is it's close to everything the old town has to offer and not to far from the strip if that's what you are looking for. Will definitely be staying there again at some point in the future
