I never received confirmation of my booking prior to travel so I emailed the hotel to confirm my booking.
They replied say they had already sent me confirmation...which they hadn't but what I found strange is that they still hadn't sent me any confirmation of booking.
When I arrived I was charged another 19€ per night parking which I personally think should be included.
After I'd checked in and got to my room I'd noticed 2 single beds and no balcony so I went back to reception and said I think there's been a mistake that's wasn't the room I'd booked.
The receptionist very rudely turn her screen around and said that is your room and we have no more available.
Moral of the story is make sure they send you the confirmation so you don't get shrewd on your arrival.
Would I stay here again......not a chance.
And the breakfast is terrible.
