Only negative were the pillows that were too firm
What a lovely place to stay. A few minutes walk to the centre of the old town. The beach was minutes away. Hotel was really clean and the staff who we spoke with were also lovely. Food was nice and bubbles on arrival in Benidorm was a pleasant suprise.
Our room had a very large balcony which had the sun for most of the day.
Very small negative was the lack of sun loungers and the wasted space with Cabana’s not being used due to a fee to hire them.
All in all, as long as the Mrs’ fancies another Benidorm visit, we’ll be back to stay.
But the air conditioning doesn't work well
Only negative was getting a sunbed was impossible even with signs saying towels would be removed the beds where still reserved early so went to the beach everyday
It was extremely clean and tidy.
All the staff were very approachable and friendly.
The pool area was clean and plenty of availability beds.
The staff at the pool bar were very friendly and cheerful especially Alberto. He was always professional and friendly.
