Love the chill vibe in this hotel compared to what the craziness of Benidorm can bring . Another pleasant stay and would definitely recommend and come back to if in the area again . Saying that it does look a little more tired since we last visited two years ago, some of the rooms need refreshing and one of the rooms we booked had the patio doors all cracked ( which they changed rooms instantly, but they didn’t seem shocked to know either ) .

This hotel is superb. Clean, tidy, excellent staff, beautiful pool area and excellent restaurant and bar. Will definitely stay there again and will recommend to friends. In walking distance to all shops, restaurants, beach etc.

Such a relaxing stay, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the facilities were fantastic. Very clean, modern and enjoyable.

Absolutely loved our stay! The location was unbeatable—right in the heart of everything. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. What really made the experience exceptional, though, was the service—every staff member was incredibly attentive and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Highly recommend!

It took forever to check in- 3 females behind the desk with 1 computer.
In the evening the restaurant is quiet but they have 3/4 members of staff walking around chatting whilst they have 1 barman trying to serve multiple people.
As soon as a group order a cocktail you are waiting 20 minutes for a beer.

I have booked over 30 rooms across 3 days for a birthday- the hotel is lovely but the service and check in are dreadful.

The small problems could easily be rectified…..I am disappointed though

Good but not great
Hotel very nice, reception staff excellent. Bed and pillow not very comfortable. Food - breakfast fine but evening meal not great. Public areas in hotel very nice as are the gardens round the pool.

Hotel is well worth the four stars ! Had a lovely warm welcome and a glass of cava . Room wasn’t ready on check in for a few hours which was a pain as arrived at 1.30pm. Rooms were lovely but a bit too small for us not enough storage. Shower was amazing best I’ve had in a holiday hotel. Breakfast was fantastic great choice of food.
Only negative was getting a sunbed was impossible even with signs saying towels would be removed the beds where still reserved early so went to the beach everyday

The hotel was nice in the reception and food areas and located on a quiet street just 5 mins from the beach. Carpets in communal areas were stained and old. I was on floor 6 and they were terrible. Room lovely but if you like privacy the toilet is pretty much in the bedroom. Shower room in a cubicle so there is no where to get dressed other than the bedroom. Not ideal for friends sharing. Room service made beds but didn’t replace milk after day 1 or have mugs in the room, which I expected from a hotel. Also didn’t sweep balcony so constant sand through the room. The pool area is nice but plants over grown and next to no sun most of the day on 90% of the beds. Breakfast 6/10 on selection. Our view was that this wasn’t aimed at the English at all, and we felt the staff didn’t really like the English. Perhaps a personal view. Overall it was a nice hotel in a good spot in the quieter part of Benidorm. Wouldn’t go back but certainly one of the nicer hotels in the area.

My husband and I had a lovely time at this hotel.
It was extremely clean and tidy.
All the staff were very approachable and friendly.
The pool area was clean and plenty of availability beds.
The staff at the pool bar were very friendly and cheerful especially Alberto. He was always professional and friendly.
