Comfortable hotel with very friendly staff.
Breakfast includes fresh fruit, yoghurt, juices, breads, cheeses and cured meat, with a small selection of fried eggs/bacon.
Restaurant serves dinner, I had a lovely tuna salad (tuna belly on tomatoes and onions, with a dressing).
Rooms are comfortable, with good air conditioning, a large screen TV, fridge/mini bar, and bathroom with bidet and shower over bath.
Staff were very helpful and friendly, in particular Joaquin at the bar, who served with a smile and a joke.
Location is reasonable for the IFEMA (approx 25 min walk).
Would happily return to stay again.

Hi,
I have booked my holidays in Madrid at you hotel and it was no pre payment needed. I had to add my credit card to confirm it and it got confirmed. However after a day I received a message that my booking needs to update my card as this was not valid. I added another one but again the same. Both cards with full credit so I am not sure why it was cancelled. Also I added the booking confirmation in the Schengen visa application form. I need to activate my original booking to avoid visa issues. Please I need it urgently as I have already submitted my application and they will be checking , please send me ur email of contact

Close to the airport. Rooms and breakfast were nice. It is about 10 minutes walk to the San Lorenzo Train Station. If you want to go to Plaza El Sol take the train at San Lorenzo then transfer to Goya (line2) and will take you to Plaza el Sol , by Plaza España.

Great breakfast!
The gym is small but well equiped.
Unfortunately the highway is nearby so its rather loud in the room.
Its a good hotel for a buisness trip to the exhibition grounds nearby

We just checked out. Stayed 2 nights only. But we had a wonderful experience. The room was very clean. And everything was just perfect. The staff was nice from the moment we checked in until we left. It’s not located in a high traffic area, but it’s perfectly in the middle of everything. The airport is 10 mins away. And Center of Madrid like 20 mins. The drinks at the bar were really good. Mojitos with original Cuban rum! Will definitely come back!!

We chose this hotel because the hotels in central Madrid are expensive and we were not disappointed. The hotel is located 30-40 minutes by train to central Madrid (old town) and 10 minutes by taxi from the airport - very well connected. Going to central Madrid was quite easy because the Metro runs frequently and the hotel is just 6 minutes walk to San Lorenzo Metro station. The hotel was modern and clean. If i go back to Madrid, I will stay at this hotel again.

Attended a function. It seemed fine. Presenter lamented the WiFi for the purposes of a video conference.

Good experience and nice personnel. Drinks in the bar are too expensive ( like 4 euro a small draft beer ). The breakfast was also good.

Excellent hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the AC strong. Didn't eat the food so can't comment there but the staff were very accommodating, letting me check in way before the allotted time.
