I recently booked a last minute stay for one night at this hotel, and whilst my stay was good, I felt that the hotel offers very little value for money. The room is extremely basic. There is nothing in it, but a bed, table and chair. For the price I paid, a bottle of water or a kettle in the room would have been nice, at least. The bath tub was a nice touch, though. The breakfast was ok, but I was missing a few things such as olives, and the gluten-free options were poor. The decaf coffee from the machine was terrible. The location, however, is excellent and you can be in the centre easily within 15-20 minutes. Check-in was seamless, the reception staff were helpful and friendly too. I recommend if you’re not looking for any frills.

Wonderful experience! The room is big, comfortable and very clean. The people are pleasant, and the breakfast was very delicious and various ❤️ perfect location. I will come back 😘

For starters, we paid about 678 Euros for a suite, two nights (we wanted the couch as an extra “bed”). It was a last-minute booking, after an AirB&B host stiffed us by yanking the availability of the apartment I booked and paid for months ago.
This property offered the location we sought after, right next to a Metro stop not far from the Chamartín Alta Velocidad rail station where there were lots of dining choices. The property featured helpful staff, modern room amenities and rock solid WIFI.
Other than that, there’s not much else to say about our room, other that it was a larger-sized plainly styled box. Given the price we paid, a four-star rating feels almost like a gift.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and everything was absolutely wonderful. From the reception to the facilities and service, everything exceeded our expectations.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the hotel is spotless and very well maintained.
The beds are cozy , the atmosphere is quiet, and we truly enjoyed our stay.
The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, and communication with the hotel was smooth and easy. The location is perfect- surrounded by plenty of coffee shops, a McDonald’s and most importantly a metro station just around the corner. I would highly recommend Hotel Exe Plaza to anyone visiting the city. Thank you for making our time in Madrid so pleasant.

I recently stayed at Hotel Exe Plaza in Madrid, Spain, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, right next to transport links which made exploring the city very convenient. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything well maintained. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was fresh and had a good variety to start the day right. Overall, Hotel Exe Plaza offers great value for money and provides a perfect balance of comfort, service, and convenience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Madrid!

Do not stay here if you are used to having air conditioner in your hotel room. They turned the a/c off for the entire building because it was “cool” outside. 74f 23c might be cool for some, but it felt really hot to me and they said there was nothing they could do about it. Spend your money elsewhere. The only good thing about this place is the location.
