Do not stay here if you are used to having air conditioner in your hotel room. They turned the a/c off for the entire building because it was “cool” outside. 74f 23c might be cool for some, but it felt really hot to me and they said there was nothing they could do about it. Spend your money elsewhere. The only good thing about this place is the location.

Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Room was comfortable and toiletries provided. Bathroom slightly dated and bidet blocked access to the shower. TV provided, with one English news channel, more could be provided to accommodate international clients.

Very thin walls. You can hear everything in rooms next to yours. And I mean everything.
Cleaning staff is rude (speaks absolutely no English) and I found an old used condom under a piece of furniture.
Breakfast is bad. Cold eggs, coffee machines broken, very crowded most of the time.
All in all a very bad experience and I will not come back.

The price is higher than the value. The location is very good and connected to the city by different means. You should pay for the parking if you have a car, it's around 20 euros/day.

Thank you for the upgrade. We had bad luck because the restaurant and cafetaria were closed Sunday. We had hoped there was a water cooker with some sachets there wasn't. That was the only negative. Bed was big and good. Breakfast buffet was excellent and we could park in the garage below the hotel.

Very unpleasant room that I got. Booked a double room and got a twin without further notice.
No power outlet on one side of the beds and the other was far away.
Far too little splash shielding (only a small glass bit) at the shower so the bathroom floor gets wet every time and it's VERY slippery. Also don't hope to take a comfortable bath if you're taller than 1.5m...tiny bathtub.
Speaking of bathroom the toilet was crammed right behind the door so you have to fully close the the door to even have any hope to sit down... which brings us to the problem that the bathroom door can't be locked and if your roommate opens the door they'll crush your knees.
Location itself and breakft were okay.

It is clean, view was not as good as i Expected and they did not left any option to have coffee or tea in room which really bothered me. But overall It is okay

Nice hotel, the suite are the best size room having bedroom, bathroom, lounge and bar. Breakfast is hot and cold including eggs, bacon, sausages, cereal, fruit etc. Close to Airport, metro and UK visa Centre
