One of the greatest hotels I've already been to in Spain.
Attendants are kind and quite well prepared.
Mouth-watering options are daily served for breakfast.

Great experience! Lovely and helpful staff throughout the stay. Conveniently next to the metro at Cartagena, made my movements around very easy!

Perfectly clean and fully equipped with what you should expect from a 4-star hotel (2 night stay, room only). Service is friendly and efficient. Wi-Fi works well for web browsing and video streaming. Hotel is right next to a metro station (Cartagena) and

Overall a good stay in a good sized room, great view from the 11th floor. Bed was a little on the firm side. Room was supplied with a kettle but there were no cups, spoons or milk, only one sachet of coffee and a few odd tea bags. Rang reception and politely requested missing items which were brought only after more than an hour's wait and a second call. Same thing happened the next day. Buffet breakfast was good.

I would like to make a formal complaint about this hotel. The hotel took money from me, when I cancelled my booking without any prior explanation. A member of staff asked me to reconfirm my booking on the day of my booking, so I said I would like to cancel my booking. As a consequence, I was charged 120 euros, due to not meeting the T and C of the hotel. This incredibly unfair, misleading and confusing, considering I was misinformed by a member of staff.
I have decided to take this further and would not recommend staying in such a hotel, who treat first time customers this way.

It's just fine. Not great but fine.. We had to get moved from room once because of an overflow on another room which was dripping to our room, some of our things got wet, luckily nothing got ruined.

Good hotel to stop the car. Not far from airport, good soundproofing and spacious clean rooms. Breakfast as in all 4* hotels. Second time staying at this hotel, all at the highest level.
