NH Ventas Mini-hotel

I think the location gives great marks, but the reality of the hotel is not more than 3 stars. There are minimal amenities, and you have to request every single thing. Despite repeatedly being asked about the iron board, they cohosh provide it because it looks like there's only one iron board distributed on request to all rooms. I was here for a meeting and needing ironing of clothes for a formal meeting. So you better come prepared. They charge for almost everything as extra.

The furniture is very minimalistic and old. I even saw a silverfish in the bathroom. So be careful filling the wardrobe with your clothes. Otherwise, be ready to take silverfish eggs home 🏡

Breakfast was also very minimalistic. There are not many options, and waiters don't serve you any options for freshly cooked omelette. It was written on the table but nobody came to ask. The place was busy and if you are busy to go for a meeting then forget it.

The noise in the corridor is significant. Rooms are not soundproof. Both night shouts from street come easily from window but worst of all side rooms of other guests can slam at any time in night including cleaners slamming them in morning means sleep isn't the most quiet or comfortable. Get some ear plugs if you have sensitive sleep.

I liked the Marriot hotel much better. That was more like 4 or 5 stars. So be aware while booking, and it's better to check the prices of Marriot and Hilton as you are likely going to get better value for the money. Metro connects all these hotels, so it's no big deal to be a few km away when Metro brings you to Sol station easily. I would prefer a better quality room.

I think if they advertise themselves as 3 stars, it will be a better representation and drop room prices according. It's not a star hotel at any cost.
