The rooms were very nice and unique and the beds are really comfy and it's just very nice. However, the bathroom could do some improving i feel like everything in the room is very nice and the bathroom feels like it's very basic. Also the shower was broken so we had to get it fixed but still very nice. Breakfast is nice and yummy, the employees are nice and welcoming, rooms are nicely cleaned everyday and the location is perfect as there are lots of restaurants near by! I would give this hotel a 4.5 star rating !

Stay would have been great if it wasn’t for the staff ! Location is great, standard rooms are quite small but ok, breakfast is nice. The roof top pool is nice but mostly an area where adults/couples want their peace and quiet. Not really kid friendly. Now the staff is very rude, from reception, and “lifeguard” to management, there is serious improvement to make. For now - I do not recommend this hotel because of their attitude throughout our stay.

It was great staying in this hotel! The whole hotel smelt like flowers and the hotel was super clean!! The hotel was near a lot of shops and also near the main capital. Although everything was great there was some stuff that I was not satisfied with was their communication. It was the fact that they didn’t tell you when you are supposed to check out. But it’s all good!! Overall this is a great hotel and I totally recommend it, just make sure you look up everything about this place before going.

I would definitely stay again at this hotel. Pool was great. Hotel room nicely decorated. Only criticism is I would have liked shampoo and conditioner to be provided. There were also a lot of noisy women on a hen party during our stay but hotel staff were great when I asked to change rooms.

Staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel is very central and easy to go to and from the airport and all tourist attractions. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic.

Room was large, comfortable and clean (and surprisingly good value for Madrid). Nice toiletries provided and a coffee machine. We were given a twin room instead of the double that we booked and paid for, and when we queried this at reception, the female receptionist was unhelpful and rude. We were told that the hotel was full and it was a case of tough luck. Other than a few exceptions, we found the staff at the hotel in general to be surly and unwelcoming.

Location was good- a 10 minute walk to the subway stop that could take you to the central plazas within 15 mins. There were plenty of bars and restaurants in the local area, and we had some good meals out.

The breakfast was €20 each per day (which would explain why it was so empty) so we went to a local coffee shop, which was good value.

Pool area was a nice bonus and was a sun trap (although the pool is unheated, so the water was icy cold in May). Towels provided.
