NYX Hotel Madrid by Leonardo Hotels

Good points :
- Friendly service
- Self service of detox water, apples and coffee throughout the hotel
- Nice atmosphere
- The location is great, plenty of different metro lines (and stations) as well as restaurants and shops
- Close to the Real Madrid’s stadium
- The rooftop bar is great with descent prices for a hotel bar
- Our floor was calm even though our room was located near the elevators

Bad points :
- The double room is small, especially the bedding. A slightly bigger room with a table would be very much appreciated
- The swimming pool is small which means it’s easily crowded at peak times, with a lack of sunbeds too
- The swimming pool close very early (8pm) during summer and they pick up the towels around 7.40/45pm to let the lot sit by the entrance instead of sending them straight away to dry cleaning. A bit annoying really.

Over all our stay was very nice and comfortable. The only thing I would say is we noticed the women working at the front desk seemed cold and unfriendly. It’s like it was a bother to be helpful or to even smile or look at you in the face. Need to work on their customer service skills. The men however were very helpful and friendly. Smiling and cheerful. Thanks so much for giving us a comfortable stay!

The hotel is in a great spot with the Metro a few minutes walk away, and a taxi stop right out front. The breakfast was very good and had many choices. Everything was extremely clean and modern.

My only complaint is they don't allow any outside food to be brought in to the hotel. I even got told my can of soda that I purchased in the lobby wasn't allowed anywhere in the pool area.

Me and my brother stayed her for a couple of nights. The hotel was lovely. Very modern and clean inside. Room was tidy and had everything we needed in. Pool area was very nice pool was cold however with the blazing heat this was fine! All staff we encountered were super helpful and friendly, water and apples available was a lovely touch as well as coffee station in the room! Would highly recommend

I recently stayed at the NYX Hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was impeccable. The highlight of my stay was the incredible breakfast spread—every morning was a feast with a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. Fresh pastries, exotic fruits, and made-to-order omelets were just a few of the offerings that made breakfast truly special.

The hotel also boasts a stunning terrace with a pool, offering a perfect spot to relax and soak up the beautiful Madrid skyline. One evening, I had the pleasure of meeting ADRIAN who works on the terrace. Not only did he serve the best wine I've ever tasted, but he also enriched my experience with a delightful conversation about the city's history and hidden gems. His warm and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home and added a personal touch to my stay.

Overall, the NYX Hotel in Madrid exceeded all my expectations. The combination of fantastic amenities, top-notch service, and the unforgettable interactions with staff like Adrian made it a memorable trip. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid!🙌🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🥰

Beautiful place with a nice rooftop bar and swimming pool, in a calm neighborhood, rooms cleaned neatly daily.

Its a little distanced from the city center but near metro stations that connects easily to the city with also some cool places to eat and drink around the hotel.

I highly recommend it

we stayed 2 night, 4 people, but only one bottle of water each room for the 2 days. water is so cheap ( 0.25 euro at the market each ) and so it would be a lot of good will to give the guests 2 bottles free per day

The amenities are very nice, and services are great for the price. Just the room features are not handy (shower and lighting). Would return however for a bigger room.

I got a room upgrade upon arrival which made my (long) stay even better. The personnel is very customer oriented - which is a plus.

The pool area is very nice and the sky bar too - decent prices and a true hidden gem

The hotel is close to Ponzano street (full of tapas bars) and many metro stops to get you anywhere in Madrid.

Safe area - solo women travelers don’f have to worry about anything!
