This hotel really doesn't measure up. We stayed for three nights and the wifi was out of service the whole time. The staff seemed to be indifferent. I believe believe the guests should have been offered compensation. At the very least a complimentary breakfast or simply coffee would have been nice. Again the staff was completely indifferent.
The in room safes also don't work.

This hotel is in a great location. We originally booked another hotel near Plaza de Mayor, but we canceled it and chose Infantas by MIJ because of its location. Not a very touristic area, but convenient for sightseeing and you can enjoy local vibes. Took off stars because I was not happy that the hotel did not provide us with a separate shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I have expected better amenities for a 4-star hotel. I hate the 3-in-1 shampoo!

This hotel is simply not adequate. Not sure how it’s a 4-star hotel. Doesn’t deliver for the price. The room felt like a hostel room. Dreary, absolutely basic amenities. Grout in tiles in the bathroom were breaking apart and patched up, the sink area didn’t have a counter to put toiletries. The room was dark with suboptimal lighting. The bath towels were fraying with strands of thread around the edges. Everything felt cheap and skimpy. It’s way overpriced for what it offers. Absolutely the worst 4-star hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Huge contrast with other 4-star hotels we stayed in during the trip to Spain. If it were 2-star and half the price, I’d have called it a fair stay. Absolutely not acceptable the way it is now.

Very basic room, no frills- a bed and a bathroom. If you want to purchase breakfast you can. It’s decent. The front desk was a bit rough as they questioned me about paying for breakfast which I did. Not sure why the breakdown of communication happened with the waiter. But it was unprofessional to doubt me- the paying guest.

We came for a marathon and stayed for two nights. On Sunday morning, we briefly mentioned the race during breakfast. Just before we left the reception, they surprised us with snacks that we could enjoy after the race. That's the nicest gesture I've ever experienced from a hotel! Thank you once again, and we will definitely choose to stay at this hotel every time we visit Madrid.

Great location- we walked EVERYWHERE!
Huge clean rooms, super comfortable bed.
PLUS when you checked out - you can leave your luggage at the front desk and pick up whenever ready to go to the airport, plus there is a quiet lounge with restrooms where you can take break, repack your bags and head to the airport. Staff is nice, we were able to check in at 1 am with no problem

Hotel location and staffs were nice. The most important fact is to have a room on the street side instead of internal side. The building is kind of an old one and you may enjoy if you are interested in some Spanish kind old building.
