Good hotel at a good location.
Our room was beautiful, with super comfortable & high quality bedding and thoughtful touches in the bathroom. While there was no bathtub, the spacious shower with cool sliding glass doors more than made up for it. We also appreciated the luxurious extras, like the generously sized bath towels.
The staff was exceptional—attentive, helpful, and always available when we needed assistance. We opted for the daily breakfast during our stay, and it was fantastic! The variety was incredible, with so many options that we never had the same meal twice over four days.
This was truly an outstanding experience, and I can’t wait to return!
The service was good, few of the hostesses in the restaurant and the cleaners don't speak English.
The rooms are newly renovated, good taste in design, but not much space to put our clothes, no drawers, one shelf, small space for 2, we kept out staff in the luggage. Don't ever pay for a room with a view, as there is no view. The rooms have a disturbing noise coming from the upper floor (we were on the third) non stop since early morning every day, im not sure what the noise is but it is so much disturbing (as if moving a machine or furniture)
One major drawback to this hotel, is the smell of cooking all day, you feel that you live in the kitchen, you smell it the minute you step into the hotel, until you enter and leave your room any time of the day.
They serve at the reception antioxidant water (3 kinds every day), prosecco, apples and some jelly beans candies, that's a nice gesture and needed.
