Rooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy but a little narrow so you can’t pass at the bottom of the beds and not much clothes storage. Free safe which was great. Good air conditioning too. We stayed as a party of 6 for 9 days, rooms were clean, towels were changed regularly when you left them in the shower as informed in the hotel information. Easily the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The rooms are nice and the beds are big. Everything is also cleaned every single day and the smell on the corridors is just fantastic. Also, I advise the all inclusive package, it helps so much if you just want to enjoy some proper vacations, and the staff will always help you out. Especially Juanito on the grill, what a lovely guy! A large modern hotel complex with two 7 story accomodation blocks beside the large pool with poolside bar and lounge. Food good with buffet islands within the dining room and attentive staff to assist in finding a table and offering advice on the various hot and cold food available. A 15/20 minute walk to the main large and sandy beach behind which a pleasant park and the busy town can be found.

The best is, for sure, it's location, very close to Platja Larga and somehow away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Salou. The staff was very nice, the food pretty reasonable, and the facilities are good too. A great relation between price and quality. I recommend.

Nice hotel in Salou Spain. Next to the town center and beaches. No private parking though is you coming by car you’ll have to park on the street and keep adding coins from time to time as it only accepts 10 euros at a time. But no big deal overnight parking is free.

I am staying in the hotel right now as I write this there only a couple of issues the Lifts there two in main reception and one around the side used by cleaners or service. Very pleasant hotel, very clean with friendly, respectful staff. Rooms are very basic with extremely hard mattresses. There are no extras in the room, such as coffee/tea making facilities, and no iron or ironing board in any of the rooms. Air conditioning worked, but certainly wasn't cold or powerful enough.

The hotel is generally fine, although the facilities are noticeably dated. The service and cleanliness are very good. The soundproofing in the rooms is somewhat weak, and you can hear a lot of noise from other rooms and the hallway. The breakfast is very varied. It also has a heated pool with a jacuzzi included in the price.

Foyer and dining hall newly refurbished but rooms are dated and could do with a lick of paint. Relatively clean. Completely understaffed for number of guests. 1 person on the bar at all times. Entertainment lacking and pool overcrowded. Food choices extremely limited as is the all inclusive. Very disappointing family holiday. Spent most of it out of the hotel, eating out and visiting sights.

The location of this Hotel is perfect, close to supermarkets, the beach and several restaurants and bars. You can walk quietly around. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious.

Overall a great experience and was just what I needed for my Salou holiday. Great daily entertainment, not stupidly far from the beach, decent rooms (although a bit outdated and only 1 plug socket found in the whole room), and fantastic staff. 👏 Me and my mates are planning on coming back again very soon.

Hotel is clean and tidy, the food is good and always plenty to choose from and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are small and basic without a fridge and balconies are tiny. This is an excellent all inclusive for families with children under 12's .
