Not well maintained hotel in the city of nice.

The reception lady was very very rude. She does not think that we are customer. Her attitude was very awful. They made a big mistake. They sent us an email before which mentions they booked our rooms and everything was ok. But when we arrived, they said they cancelled one room even they charged the prices of both rooms 2 weeks ago. Do not ever consider to stay here!!

Really bad service. Rooms were dirty. Triple room with pillows for only 2 persons, although requested the 3rd pillow never came. Doesn't match the photos. Awful rooms.

Not the best but in terms of price to quality i can say it is ok. The bathroom and toilet are in different locations?!? in the room. Lady in the desk was a little bit rude in the first day but then she was ok. The blowdryer is the worst!!!! It even does not help a little bit to dry your hair.. Not at a perfect location but it is fine. You can go to the seaside by walking in 20 mins

The rooms are so outdated!!! They’re unclean, there’s bed bugs, the bathroom is old and gritty, the curtains haven’t been cleaned. The room is falling apart (room 208 and 212). The hotel lobby is where they’ve spent the money. It’s NOT a 4 star at all. No manager on site and unable to deal with our complaint and refund. No customer service at night. We didn’t stay - had to find another hotel. Spent hours trying to get in touch with the manager. Awful. Do not stay here.

+ The location is good. The breakfast is also fine. There are some gaps in the service quality, but it's acceptable for this price.
- The taxi service is unjustifiably expensive. I asked the frontend office about the Uber - they told, that they work with them, but that was a lie. The WiFi quality is poor.
